Absolutely perfect set up!! Kitchen, living room and front porch are perfectly set up. We lived on the porch, cooked, grilled out. I felt like a king sleeping on a king size bed in loft with awesome view. We took advantage of the Great trails that are literally 5 min walk from cabin, bringing the mountain bikes for sure next time. Was a great place to spend time with my son and dog before the college semester started.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is in a great location, convenient to everything yet away from the hustle bustle of the city. It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Everything we needed was available and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

The host is extremely communicative and offered a number of suggestions which is much appreciated. The home was perfect for my son and his friends. They were very entertained in the forest behind the property and throwing the football out front.
The home has bedrooms on all 3 levels which is nice. Lots of sleeping areas.

Fully stocked and ready to be lived in. Be sure to hike the forest out back. We visited the river just over a mile behind the house and it was a great experience.

The cabin was in a great location. I’d recommend arriving before it gets dark. There are no outside lights in when we arrived and very dark so we had trouble finding the key.
Our kids had fun though there was lots of snow to play in, sleds out back and s’mores table! It was quiet and remote.

The location is few miles outside of Flagstaff in the Kachina Village community. We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy cabin with all the amenities. The host was friendly and made sure we were comfortable with out stay. We would love to return to this location and do not forget to write in the journal.

Located conveniently near the 1-17 but far enough away to enjoy the beauty of the pines and surrounding nature. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The deck/balcony was the perfect place to sit with some coffee and enjoy the view. Our family played games at the table outside while we sipped hot cocoa. The upstairs loft bedroom was what sold it for me. I really liked that you could still see the view of the trees from the windows, it was a very nice way to wake up. The host recommended a pumpkin patch nearby that had a fun scavenger hunt and places to take photos. We also trekked up to the Grand Canyon which was a first for us! Location is great for other places we would have loved to visit if time permitted. The backyard is next to the national forest with many hiking trails. The Little Elk Lodge was very cozy, warm and had all the comforts of home with non of the distractions. We stayed in early Oct (fall), but are also considering how nice it would be to come when there is snow.

Very kind hosts, great cabin in the woods/Kachina Village. Location all that is promised: stars, hiking, trees, forest, etc. Cabin was clean, but it is dated and no AC. You will want to open windows at night if visiting this summer. Owner said they will address the broken or missing screens. Makes for buggy/mosquito sleeping. Location great, and neighbors mostly quiet. Directly next door is a hoarder. The woman sits out in the backyard from early in the morning until late at night (after 10pm) smoking something, often yelling to another occupant in her home. She was harmless to us as adults, but something to be aware of if traveling with small children/grandchildren.

We really enjoyed a week away in Flagstaff. This cabin was perfect for five adults. We loved sitting on the deck with the fire pit, and the house was really clean. We felt comfortable and at home, and the price was great for the accommodations. Quiet neighborhood!

We rented this cabin for my daughters 20th Birthday! It was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make a home cooked meal! Propane for the grill and fire pit. We roasted marshmallows, played games and Karaoke! The best part of our stay was being able to sled right out the front door! My grown children and their friends had a blast! Communication was excellent with our host. Cabin was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

This was the perfect winter getaway. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and the property manager was very attentive throughout the stay. The cabin has a beautiful front porch where we could sit and watch our boys play in the snow and cook smores later in the evening. We brought our small dog and they had a little fenced in area which was perfect for her. We would definitely stay there again.

We visited just after a winter snow storm and it was perfect for playing in the snow. Our kids had a great time hiking out back and sledding right alongside the cabin. It was about a 15 min drive to the North Pole Experience
