It was great for our girls trip! Tons of room and a big house!!
4.6
Overall, loved it. Biggest improvement would have to be house keeping inside and outside.
4.6
The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Lots of room to gather and also have retreat spots. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with household supplies.
Have already recommended to friends!
Thank you!

Most basics are there, but when we needed some items or issues addressed, Vacasa was terrible at providing assistance - would not deliver enough towels for # of booked guests; asked us to repair bedroom fan electrical issue vs sending electrician. Did not even bother, after that experience, to ask for extra toilet paper (beyond half roll provided for 5 days with 7 people), repair of broken door bell, repair of electrical plug that did not work (in an old house with limited # of plugs). Could NOT recommend any home where Vacasa is the property manager as their virtual contact folks were useless.

We we’re in Fredericksburg to check out wineries but at the end of our stay our main regret was not spending more time at the rental. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning with coffee watching all the birds and squirrels. The house felt so spacious we could have comfortably stayed longer term. We hope to return again for another stay. The backyard was fun too. Had some good times playing corn hole. The biggest room is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms which is nice to have some privacy. The house is bigger than what it looks in the pictures. Kitchen is a good size. We had a great time and I highly recommend.

Location was good. Convenient to downtown. Great for our dog, quiet, nice neighbors.

The size of this home does not appear as big as it is. This bedrooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has the basis. The backyard is fenced in and has a two nice areas to sit outside. The neighborhood is very quiet but in a great location a few minutes right off main.
4.6
The layout of the home was perfect for adult couples. Lots of space and greet outside areas. Well kept home.

The area was the fun and nice.

The entire experience went smoothly. Loved the house...would definitely stay again!

I’m rating this as less than 5 because of the service, not the actual home. When we checked in at 4pm, the house had not been cleaned at all. After communicating with the local Vacasa services, they brought in house keeping. We were not able to check in until 8pm. Once in, the house itself was very comfortable and the enclosed yard is great! I wish the coffee makers were not broken, but other than that we were quite comfortable.

The property was excellent for location and space. It was large enough to afford some privacy for each of the four adults and the fenced in backyard was wonderful for our dogs. The open layout was great for moving around easily. On the minus side, more blankets would have been appreciated. Also, chairs for the two front bedrooms would have been helpful in getting dressed. The middle bedroom bed was too tall to not have a step stool available. Also the front bedroom needs a chest or table on which to be able to place items.
My family will certainly return to this location if Fredericksburg fits into our future plans.

The house was clean and cozy and we loved the fenced backyard for the kids and the dog. There were two regular swings and a tire swing that were a huge hit. The kitchen and baths were well stocked. We would definitely come back!
4.6
We loved to open floor plan, bedrooms were spacious, & bathrooms accommodating! For the four day trip we couldn’t have picked a better stay.
4.6
We love this house! Lots of room in the living area, kitchen, bedrooms. The covered deck in the back yard is very, very nice.
4.6
My family enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg. The house was just as described. We would stay here again!

Good property generally. A few minor maintenance and cleaning issues

This place would work for just about anything. Kids, dogs, just adults or all the above. Location could not be better….

What a great weekend!
Location and decor was perfect. Some constructive suggestions:
Drainage in guest bath was very slow!
An additional mirror for the guest rooms might be helpful.
Additional hooks in bathrooms for hanging towels.
The keypad and lockbox codes didn't work. We called the 800 number and it was quickly solved but it could have been a bigger issue given the cold, late arrival!
Maybe a few more extra blankets.
Some written instructions for the cable and the network written down (instead of just the password given).
We will definitely be back to this area! Fredericksburg is quaint little town and we loved it.
Blessings!

The house was so beautifully decorated and spacious! Our family of 5 had so much room to spread out and be comfortable. And the yard was fabulous with plenty of spaces to eat outside, or play on the swings, or chase the dog. It was perfect

This 3 bed house is located in a quiet neighborhood which is a 10 minute walk from all the downtown action. Very spacious home. Front of the home is an original cottage with the back family room and main suite being added on. Two large outdoor seating areas, with both shade and sun. Large backyard with tree house and swings.
There were only thin blankets on the beds with no extras in the home. After a call to management, more blankets were delivered.
My family of 5 would definitely stay here again.

This sweet house was perfect for my husband, son, and myself, and our sweet puppy. The house has plenty of room for us. Very spacious and homey. Our puppy loved the backyard and the neighbors. Only problem we had was the fence had large wiring and our puppy discovered she could get through. So after the first escape we really had to keep an eye on her. The neighbor gave us a fence gate to help keep her close to the porch. Bigger dogs won’t be able to get out but her being a puppy was pretty easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors super nice. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great house. We could have stayed for quite a while. So relaxing. Thank you so much. We hope to book with you again.

Great location, spacious and clean! Met all our needs.

Property has good space inside and out. Our pooch enjoyed the fenced grass area. We would have liked place mats and napkins as well as extra blankets but generally well-appointed.
4.6
It was within walking distance to the town. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house it self was well appointed with bedrooms at each end of the house.
4.6
The house is absolutely perfect! You walk in and instantly feel at home, it was clean, comfortable, and we had tons of room. We had everything we needed and we were so close to all our activities! We will defiantly be back and can’t wait for our next trip.

Beautiful home, very clean. Great place for a girls’ weekend.

We went on a sisters trip for a girls weekend and loved this house! We have stayed many places in the area and this is the first property we all agreed we would love to come back to!

Great house. Great patios. Perfect FREDRICKSBURG STAY
4.6
Well kept house within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg.
4.6
The house was very cute and we hope to come back again. It worked out perfect for us.

Loved the house. Great location. So clean & roomy. We had 3 couples & had plenty of room for meals & gathering!
4.6
Spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The fenced back yard was great for our fur babies.
4.6
It’s nicer than the pictures. 2 separate outside areas. Easy to stay in! But….it’s dirty. Carpets and rugs need cleaning as does great room furniture (especially striped chair. It’s filthy). unless you are in the master and you are a reader there aren’t any night stand lights in either of the other two bedrooms so you better bring a small lamp AND an extension cord. The floor lamp in the twin bedroom is so wobbly it scared me. The ironing board must be put on top of the bed to iron because it no longer stands up. The catch is. Broken. Spiders abound in the master closet. It truly needs a pressure washing outside. The patios were covered with leaves and debris. It’s a nice home it just needs the owners to give it some tidying.
4.6
Everything about this sweet house was just right! Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
4.6
Very satisfied with the property….very clean and comfortable…not far to the Main Street….very quiet neighborhood….would highly recommend!

Our group of four stayed here over a hot weekend. We had plans to go out during the day but ended up spending a lot of time at the house, drinking coffee (or wine) on the couch because it was so pleasant. Beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, kitchen had what we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again!

This was a quiet neighborhood off the main drag and was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband and parents. Restaurants and entertainment are close by, but not so close and noisy to keep you from enjoying the shade and seating in the back yard. The house was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed to cook dinner in was available and the appliances were all in working order as well. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and would absolutely stay here again.
