Perfect location to visit the south site of the island of Kauai.
2.5
I liked that these places had an older resort feel to them. the shutters for windows are nice. I liked that they had boogie boards, umbrella, chairs for the beach. very spacious place to stay. they had cooking stuff in kitchen so you didn’t have to go buy all of that.
Thee was no A/C in master bedroom. it was so hot and humid. no laundry in unit which I thought was apart of the stay.
There were termites in my bed initially. Apparently this is normal. unit was so far from the beach.
also the pool is across the street, very misleading and out of the way.
4.5
Lovely apartment in very good condition just a short stroll through gardens to the beach.
The fold out bed was uncomfortable, even as folds out go.

The unit was spacious and had plenty of amenities. The best part was the proximity to the beach, which was the best beach along the strip of hotels.
I wished that there was a pool, hot tub, and fitness center on site, rather than across the street at the athletic club. The athletic was nice but the hours were limited and there were nights I wished I could soak in the hot tub, but the club closed at 7. Also the mattress on the sofa bed was terrible! I could feel the bar, so wound up not opening it up beyond the first night and just slept on the couch.

location
nice resort, garden close to the beautiful beaches , quiet
4.5
clean well equipped pleasant surroundings. it is Kauai after all
pool and beaches were farther away than advertised but easy to get to and accessible

The location and the complex was fine. No on site pool. The room needed updating
The room had very little updating and appeared it was from the 1980 to 1990 period. It was poorly cleaned as a result of its age. The fan was dirty, the caulking around the tub was moldy, the tub was pitted, shower curtain rod was so corrode you could hardly pull the shower curtain one way or the other, could not lock the back door, the lanai door and screen door were hard to move, the lounging chairs needed to be replaced, the stove needs to be replaced, living room chairs were dirty, the carpet needed to be replaced, there was an open 5x5 inch hole in the bedroom closet ceiling, the lamps were falling apart, some light switches did not work. Again it needs remodeling.

clean, beautiful grounds.
everything was great
1.5
The location and outdoor areas are beautiful.
I never like to leave bad reviews because this is someone’s livelihood, but this property is in desperate need of attention.
The carpet, furniture and linens have not been replaced in probably 20 years. It is very dark and many years worth of carpet freshener is overpowering.
If our family hadn’t had an additional unit to spend the majority of our time, we would have been very unhappy. The picture does not match the reality.

The keys kept demagnetizing.
Toilet had a constant drip.

4.5
The cleanliness of the place and beach were great.
There was a key mix-up so when checking in I did need to make a call, however the responsiveness of the property was fantastic. I was literally still on the phone reporting the issue when the employee arrived with the correct key.

Great location
4.5
It was close to the beach and it had a full kitchen which was nice because I like to cook breakfast.
It was a little difficult to find the place.
4.5
the place was pretty amazing for location and value. We would stay again.
The shower head needs to be updated to a wand type and shower head. difficult to take the sand off your body with that old shower head.
