1、停车非常不方便;
2、烘干机里全是毛发,不敢使用;
3、部分房间暖风设备故障。
4.5
位置非常方便,距离学校很近,而且紧挨着一个大的超市和购物中心,吃的也比较多。
没有固定免费的停车位,有些不方便,每天回来都得到处找停车的地方

Just the parking was a bit complicated.

Exceptional location- located in a very safe and convenient area- really close to a big supermarket and U Village Mall, easy to get to anywhere on public transport
The 2-bedroom apartment was huge and had 2 bathrooms. was fully furnished (including washer/dryer), very clean, and very comfortable, mostly quiet (i’d only occasionally hear the neighbors next door when they were out in their balcony as it was close to one bedroom window), stocked with everything you will need.
We were given only 1 key, which made it inconvenient sometimes. Free parking would have been nice :)

Location was great.
Needs a tv. Also only got one set of towels for 4 nights. Need kitchen towels too.

Very responsive and courteous management. Very clean. Great location. Beautiful back deck.
Not super well supplied. E.g., 1 trash can (for bath and kitchen waste?). No trash bags. No kitchen towels. Had to request pillow cases and washcloths, none supplied by default. Exactly 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Limited dishware. That said, management was super responsive to request for items.
More a personal pref, but bed was pretty mushy. If you have a bad back, not the best.

It had a great list of amenities
No reception (ever)

The location was good.
I was suppose to meet a person at the office at 4 pm but I could not get into the office. Finally at 4:15 a lady that was going into the building let me in and showed we where the office was. I knocked on the door repeatedly and finally someone came. I told him I was there to get the key for my room. At first he was confused and finally I showed him the booking rental agreement and he finally found a key. I told him I was to have a parking place, so he took me to the garage and showed me two places I could park (one he was currently parking in). There were big signs that said you would be towed if you parked in an unauthorized parking spot. I went up to the room with my luggage and the room was very cold. I found the heater and turned it on but it was right next to the bed, so I had to move the bed so the bedding did not touch the heater. I had a hard time using the key to get in and when I left to get my car I could not lock the room. I drove my car to the garage and parked in the only open space (his car was in the other). I went up to the room again and tried to work on locking the door. I could only lock it when I was in the room but not when I left. I went back to my car and drove to meet my family for dinner. When I returned to the parking garage I had to park in the place that they man who gave me the key had used as the other parking place he had authorized for me was full.
The heater never really got the room warm, so I had to wear all my clothes when I went to bed. I also found that the balcony door was unlocked and partially open. The next morning I packed my things and left the building even though I had paid for another night. There was something not right about this rental. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location was very good. The room was clean and the facilities were good.Collecting the keys and finding the room was a little difficult specially after a long flight We were helped by some university students.
access could have been a little easier

The location is awesome! A short walk to University Village. The unit is clean and I love all the amenities. The management very responsive
Parking isn’t available. Paid parking lot is too much. Check out time is too early at 10AM.

The location is good for this price. There are dining and groceries options close to the place. Good connections to public transportation.
The parking recommendations and shower gel, shampoo can be a useful extra. The communication was not the fastest.

It was clean
I have tried to contact the property for weeks because I need an invoice. They completely ignore me. Disgraceful treatment.

The apartment was nice and the location was good
The staff never reply a single email I sent. The check in instructions were not straight forward and sent literally last minute. The equipment in the kitchen is minimal

Central location close to University village. Safe.
No reading light. Fan in bathroom on permanently. Would have been better if we knew about it as it caused some anxiety.
Entry instructions could have been clearer.

it was all awful , they lied and said there was parking when we got there they told us that it wasn’t safe to park there at all and we needed to find someplace else.

Everything was better than expected. It was safe, spacious, clean, and very well equipped.
Aircon sound is noisy

Close to Seattle, beautiful building and roof top. Very secure and safe.
No air conditioning so it was very hot. Respond time from property was not the best when one of the beds broke and one person ended up having to sleep on floor.

The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent and accommodating since we arrived after midnight. We appreciated the communication since we came in late.
Parking was a challenge. No parking is available for short term visits. Private Parking is available next door which wasn’t awful but I wish it was a little more clear.

The room was nice and spacious and did have kitchen facilities.
It doesn’t have a tv and no air conditioning. Also there was sand on the sheet on the bed but they did bring me a new one at night. The box out front to put the code into to get into the building was also broken but fortunately a guest who had had the same problem days before helped us get in.

Roomy clean modern appartment, close to public transport into the city, in all good price/quality
Spoons missing, slow wifi, stained pillows and comforter, noisy machinary outside always on

The location was amazing, very central to lots of shopping/food/groceries. Very close to transit stops and a short trip to the downtown core.
The WiFi did not work all weekend and travelling from a different country, it was hard to stay connected as we don't have phone plans for the US and were relying on WiFi. Also we booked 2 beds but there was only 1 available and no options for upgrading or anything even after making the selection to have a bed and a sofa bed.

When I booked the room the photos were clearly showing a bed and a sofa bed. We were two work colleagues travelling and we wanted to sleep in separate beds. We were ok with the sofa bed and the bed, I contacted the property to ask for an extra set of bed sheets to make sure there will be no surprise when we get to the property. I got a reply back saying they moved us to a room with two beds so we can both have our own bed, at no extra cost. Which sounded amazing...But....when we got there (and it was late at night) there was only 1 bed, not even a sofa....Tried to contact someone who can help but of course who would answer the phone at 12 at night...The next morning I called again and someone said they will try to sort out but cannot promise it will be possible. They even messaged me saying I booked a room with a queen bed....as if why was I expecting a room with two beds? And this after they confirmed us they put us in a room with two beds...Eventually we got moved to another room that had indeed a bed and a sofa bed, the sofa bed pretty much the size of a kids bed...There was a very nice lady who tried to help us and they even came with a portable air con which helped cool down the room as it was really hot. Not to mention that in the other room we were boiling...and we could not open the window as there was a big noise outside, the whole night...so overall a bad experience, would not go back there and would not recommend that place to anyone but we appreciated the lady who came the next morning, she was very nice and tried her best to help us.
