Perfeita.

O atendimento da Keyla, Antônio e do Tony (que faz tapioca na hora), foi impecável. Deram dicas, sugeriram passeios, sempre disponíveis e atenciosos. A localização é perfeita, próximo ao teatro do Amazonas.

Não tenho do que reclamar.

Greatest staff in Manaus!

The staff is amazing! Seriously, eventhough you might experience a language barrier with some, they'll do their utter best to help you with anything you want. Thank you again Otis for helping me out with my sim card which was a real struggle! The room was spacious enough and the bed comfortabel enough. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient and the breakfast room is also a nice spot to meet other travelers. Wifi works really good so I believe good it's all good value for your money. Muito obrigada donna Kayla and Otis.

It's true that the hotel might be a bit noisy but I think you'll have this in many hotels. It's a loud and busy city and double glazed windows is not really a thing I believe in Brazil.

Decoração arrojada e limpeza perfeita

Extremamente central. Ônibus para todos os lugares da cidade. Boa vida noturna e bastante comércios. Rua tranquila, quase não passa carros. Fica a 2/3 quadras do Teatro Amazonas. Tudo muito sossegado e limpo, e todos os equipamentos e instalações, incluindo cama, televisão e ar, são novos. Café da manhã com toque regional em conformidade com o valor cobrado. Apesar de novos se esmeram em ouvir o hóspede, aperfeiçoando a falta de experiência. O pessoal que trabalha a noite deveria ser regra, pois são impessoais, discretos e nada invasivos.

Não tem lixeira no quarto (exceto a do banheiro).

A equipe é realmente muito agradável, todos muito gentis e simpáticos.

Infelizmente o centro de Manaus não é tão seguro. Nada vinculado com a acomodação.

Tranquilo e bem familiar!

Quartos limpos e bem organizados, camas confortáveis e espaço amplo! Café da manhã simples, mas saboroso!

Somente a questão de hospedagem de ultima hora, o booking diz que tem quarto disponível, mas na hora eles tem que reacomodar, pois a vaga não existe efetivamente!

O chuveiro do meu quarto era um pouquinho fraco e o café da manhã poderia ter opções veganas e para pessoas com dietas restritivas.

colourful lovely place

this lovely simple hotel is the ideal option if you want an affordable,safe and central !!!spot in manaus.the owners are so nice ,relaxed and easy going and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.❤️ breakfast is tasty and plenty,the opera house is 3min up the road and so are restaurants,shops and heaps of travel agencies. amazon green tours offer fantastic trips,by the way. next door to the hotel there is a school and the kids are noisy,so beware if you cannot stand kids expressing themselves. we did not mind and loved our stay.obrigada!!!!!❤️

Very good

Excellent wifi, very comfortable room, very good breakfast and super friendly staff. I particularly appreciated the fact that they opened the breakfast at 6.30am (instead of 7.30) because I had to leave by 7am.

My room was directly facing a busy street and therefore I had a very noisy night.

Very good

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is simple, but very clean. Located strategically near the opera and city centre. Rooms are also simple, but seem to be brand-new. Therefore all appliances are in perfect working condition. Air-conditioning is also brand-new and silent. All in all good value for your money.

I would have liked to have had a blanket or bed cover instead of only a sheet. A bit "warmer" lighting instead of neon would improve a lot to the room's ambiance.

Good price-quality ratio and convenient place to stay in Manaos

Staff oriented to bring support and solutions. Very good location. Breakfast was good and could be anticipated because of our pick up time.

Rooms are nice but they don't have a lot of natural light. Is the only thing I could say, everything else was really good.

As good a hostel as any other

Nice breakfast, hot/cold water. Air conditioning in the hot humid climate. Very close to the Opera House and a nice walking/dining area of town.

There is a school next door so if you stay on a Monday-Friday, you’ll hear the schoolchildren quite early in the morning.

Colorful hotel at the heart of Manaus

The location was very good, close to the Amazon theater. The staff were very nice and we kept our luggage with them after checkout. The room is very comfortable and has a smart TV. The AC works well without any noise. The hotel decoration is very nice and vibrant

Only one negative point : The shower wasn't very clear , there was hair of the previous person and the water was stuck. My husband needed to wait sometime to shower after me

The staff is great, very nice and happy. They can also help you with suggestions of what to visit. The hotel is well located, near the theater and restaurants.

There is a school nearby and sometimes it can be a bit noisy in the morning. I recommend to bring earplugs if you want to sleep in.

Great stay in Manaus

We used this hotel to spend a night before and after a trip into the amazon, and to leave some clothes that we didn't want to carry around with us in the jungle. The hotel was great, very clean, comfy beds (the pillows are thin, so we had to ask for a 2nd pillow, which they brought us right away), good location close to a lot of restaurants. The staff is really friendly and helpful (using google translate to communicate), they even washed our laundry after coming back from the amazon all muddy.

The only downside, the walls are very thin. On our first night we could hear a person snoring in the next room as if they were in the room with us.

Excellent!

Hotel Colors was just that, really colorful and comfortable! The staff are so lovely, the breakfast simple but all you need and the rooms clean and spacious. Just a 5 minute walk to the teatro, the location is perfect and the historical centre very safe anyway.
