Amazingly comfortable stay in an exceptional property in the most perfect location!

We stayed in Toka Ridge number 4. It was quite simply the most amazing house! Far more spacious than we had anticipated, incredible views, private and simply beautifully designed inside and out. It was exceptionally well equipped in the absolutely perfect location. Peaceful yet sufficiently close to both Rotorua and a morning swim! We would certainly stay here again if we visit once more.

I truly cannot think of a single detail!

Overall, great experience!

The villa is spacious, modern facility, beautiful outdoor area and very quiet.

Wifi dropped off way too often.

Put your feet up in style.

The property was stunning and tastefully styled. It was also warm and cosy on cold and rainy days. We loved the hot tub too. Very quiet and private. The location was lovely and the gardens were beautifully manicured.

Our stay was full of quietness and beauty.

Toka Ridge is an excellent accommodation, maintained very well and has a prime panoramic views over the Rotorua lake. It is a real 5 star accommodation.

The property is very new and very clean. The location is prime. We have enjoyed our stay and we have extended it for one more day. The neighborhood is great. The nature around the property is amazing. You can’t find 5 star accommodation in Rotorua better than Toka Ridge.

Exceptional modern home

Wow, what a gorgeous property. Modern and cozy with lots of detail put into making it a nice stay. Hotub is gorgeous, grounds are immaculate and views can't be beat. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Great booklet of suggestions for a visit and access to kayaks and a small private beach.

Stunning location. Love the property. Definitely coming back!!

Everything you could think of needing was already thought of and provided. And location location!! And the private beach and covered cabana were a pleasant surprise. And the outdoor hot tub not to be missed. Home away from home.

A must to stay in Rotorua!

Just an amazing place overall. The hosts made sure to have a bottle of bubbles for us on arrival. The home is just amazing overall. Had everything we needed. Had a washing machine and a dryer. We could watch movies by using the chromecast, they have a good coffee machine, the bed was comfy, the view outside was impeccable.

Can't fault a thing. It was out of this world.

A lovely, relaxing and modern place to stay to escape to!

Loved the design, furniture and comfort. Lots of little details included. Spectacular view and landscaping and the spa was amazing after dark!

Awesome stay - the property was perfect for a group of 8 (3 x couples and 2 x kids)

The property was beautiful. Spacious, modern and comfortable with great outside spaces to make use of and a fantastic view. The hot tub was a great bonus as well

Absolutely loved it!

We totally loved this place and would like to come back again and again. So much to do and see in the area as well. We were a family of five but it's suitable for a couple of families to share.

More outdoor cover for rain would be good and space to put dirty/wet shoes after walks in rain.

Beautiful location and house

Beautiful accommodation and area, felt very secluded and relaxing

Everything was great but a suggestion would be to add a full length mirror, drying rack for clothing and tissues (our six day stay would have been perfect with these additions)

Everything! The view, the configuration...

We wanted to stay an additional night but the unit was fully booked. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the unit. The trout flies at night otherwise would have loved to sit outside

Exceptional

The hosts were fantastic and very responsive, we had lots of questions about the beautiful interiors that they were happy to share. The photos are great, but the property in real life is even better. The incredible hot tub overlooking the lake perfectly started our chilly morning in Hamurana.

We had a great stay in Rotorua.

Absolutely beautiful furnishing of good quality. everything you needed for a multi night stay. privacy from other guests very good. great place to have our dog with us.

Small bathroom. Toilet to squashed in. Entrance from road hard to see at night. Signage could be more prominent.

Great for a group

Hosts were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. The place was is great for a group, comfortable, well stocked kitchen with equipment and consumables, lovely outlook by the lake, large lawn.

The house didn't seem to be insulated..we stayed during summer and it was VERY warm inside the house and had to have both air conditioners running constantly. The outdoor patio could do with some shelter as sitting outside during summer was not really possible due to the intense heat. Usage of the communal spa ceases at 9PM which felt a bit early. Please note this property is approx 15 minutes drive from Rotorua town however there is local cafes and shops within a brief drive.
