Prachtig uitzicht. veel kolibri's recht naast je balkon.
Goede, warme douche

It's difficult to fault. Lovely big room. Two double beds. Small kitch area with coffee machine, microwave, and crockery. The view on our balcony of the volcano was breathtaking. The food in the restaurant was lovely.
A safe would be useful. A couple of light bulbs were flickering.

The view! Stunning position overlooking lake Arenal and with Arenal volcano in the background. Hummingbirds constantly active below our balcony.
It was quite quiet but that may just be the time of year. They are also building more chalets and the workers started some mornings at 7 am. This was noisy. What a shame. If they could just wait a couple of hours til the guests are out for the day. The breakfast was fine but just quite restricted.

Lits confortables, et vue incroyable, au calme tres agréable

Amazing location right on the lake with a view of Arsenal. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee each morning with the birds and butterflies in the garden was a highlight of the trip. The fusion restaurant is really good too. Daniela on reception was so helpful with late checkin/out and sorting transport to La fortuna and our trip onward.

L'équipe est incroyable, les déjeuner sont délicieux mais le meilleur est vraiment la vue. Une vue incroyable sur le volcan Arenal!

This is an amazing stay. If you got the change, you should definitly stay here.
First of all, the owners and staff are super nice and helpfull. They helped us book our tours, but also.. we arrived later then planned, but one of them waited for us and was very kind. And made sure we arrived save and sound.
Second of all the view is incredible. Ofcourse nobody can controll the weather, but even with clouds and rain its gorgeous.
Third of all the tours they can book for you are with really good company's. Normaly I prefer to explore by myself, but considering the time we had in La Fortuna a tour was best use of time. We booked a massage and it was GOOD! Also booked a combination tour and that company was also very good. Good wildlifespotters, nice humor and respect for the nature.
The pictures are like it is, so you really now what to expect. No surprises.
Nothing, it was really amazing. Hope everybody goes there!

The location is fantastic. The room has an exceptional view of the Arenal volcano and Arenal lake.
In addition to the stay, the staff were extremely helpful in booking a rainforest night tour for us that was a real thrill.
4.5
The view! The hotel restaurant is pricey (10% tip included) but it's super nice, good steak, and the employees were super nice.
1st real hot shower in Costa Rica!
It's close enough to La Fortuna (30 min), but not too close. Very quiet.
You do not need a 4x4 to get here, like I read in some reviews, if you are coming from La Fortuna, you just need to pay attention to the potholes.

This was the perfect place to stay. The volcano was our view every morning from our room and from the restaurant where we had an included breakfast every morning. The villa was clean and spacious. The staff were amazing. Our host Daniella was incredible. She booked tours for us and was there whenever we had questions. We could not have asked for a better stay.
There wasn't one thing we didn't like about our stay. I was amazing from start to finish!

Absolutely excellent service and accommodation by wonderful staff - not to mention incredible and stunning views, extremely comfortable beds and fabulous communication. I sincerely hope I get the chance to stay again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

The price and convenience was great.
One room had a small sewer gas smell in the morning and the other could use some bedside tables.

View was awesome and staff were wonderful and helpful. The room clean and restaurant food is great.

View, restaurant, hummingbirds under our terrace and breakfast were awesome!

Beautiful view of lake and volcano from balcony.
Comfortable bed and good shower.
Delicious food in attached restaurant.
The room was very dark - needed a torch to read.
Towels were changed and bathroom bin was emptied on the third day of our stay. Beds weren’t made up at all. Patchy WiFi.

Location, Location, Location!...It's hard to beat the panoramic views of the lake and volcano. Throw in a really good restaurant, loads of area activities and bird watching from the balcony; we're very glad we extended our stay from 3 days to 4.
Though there was a breeze during much of the day, it generally died down in the evening, so a better working fan would be a big plus.

It was such a delight to wake up every morning to a view of the lake and Mt. Arenal! The room was perfectly situated and the view was spectacular. We had breakfast included every morning and it was alway delicious and the food was so fresh...huge portions and coffee refills included. We also ate dinner there every night as it was easy and we didn't have to drive anywhere. The menu had enough variety that we were very satisfied with our choices of evening meals. The soup Azteca and Caprese salad were both delicious! The birdwatching from the balcony of our room was wonderful...we saw several new species including a reoccurring nightjar that came every night to the road next to us. Also saw lots of hummingbirds and other species in the shrubs and trees around the property. It was a wonderful place to get away and close to the volcano park and Mistico as well as several hot springs.

The place was absolutely beautiful. You can't get a better view of the Arenal volcano, straight from the balcony. The rooms were big and comfortable with AC and fans and TV. Comfortable bathroom too. The restaurant was close and had really good food again with an incredible view.
The rooms had no closets whatsover, the location is a bit far from Fortuna, like 35min drive with a road full of potholes, so very challenging when gets dark. However, it's right off the road, so not difficult to find.

The view was amazing.
It was hard to find where to check in and driving there was really dangerous since we came from Monteverde. We had to drive through a river… also the shower curtains kept falling apart when we tried to shower.
4.5
Location is perfect, about 30 minutes easy drive out of La Fortuna. We did the drive several times at night, and it was fine (albeit watch for the potholes). Quiet place. Attached restaurant is surprisingly good - we had the complimentary breakfast and a couple meals there.
Note that you check in at the Arenal Fusion restaurant down the hill from the room. Kind of obvious when you see it, but that may save you 30 seconds or so looking for an office.

At our arrival the house we booked was already taken by someone else so we got "upgraded" to another place (you can read similar experiences in other comments, so this seems to be a regular thing). The new place was nothing like the other unfortunately (next to the restaurant in a condominium complex).
The beds and the bathroom is a little run down, the toilet got clogged (no, we did not throw any paper), the towels are bit smelly, etc. I mean it was ok for one night, but that's it.
4.5
The view is as per picture. It's amazing to wake up and see the volcano. The restaurant nearby was also great and good value. The staff is very welcoming and careful
Unfortunately, there was a power shortage and then we did not have hot water even when the power was back. Except that not so much to say.
4.5
The view was spectacular, very comfortable place and the breakfasts included was lovely.
We couldn't find the people to pay at the end. They were not very available as there isn't an official reception. The breakfast was a drive away not in the same complex. There was no hot water which made showers unpleasant.
4.5
The view of the mountain, the silence, it was all a great atmosphere. It's a fun drive getting there too.
The lighting in the room is not great at all, very poor lighting. Also, the wifi isn't the best.
4.5
location was great, away from the busy touristy town, affordable, shower was amazing, good AC
Was 20min drive away from most restaurants so that was annoying. Had to ask for house-keeping which was weird considering there’s a no flushing policy, breakfast options were limited but very tasty. Did get some bugs in the room but that’s a given in rainy season
4.5
great view of the volcano (when it’s not covered in clouds). the lake is also really close by. the best thing about this place is the view, which you only get to enjoy if you’re at the hotel at the right time when the clouds clear up. however, I thoroughly enjoyed the immense number of birds around the hotel. I took some of my best bird photos right from the patio of my room! otherwise, the location is around 20 min from la fortuna so not super convenient
it was fine, not dirty or anything definitely not the most comfortable room. I think it’s fine if you’re with your friend or significant other but for a solo traveler it wasn’t that warm or inviting
4.5
clean, amazing view, very nice and helpful staff!!!
we liked everything :)

incredible view, value and exceptionally helpful staff.
no complaints.
