Conexión directa con Parque Arenal. Muchas actividades incluidas y excelente SPA.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The staff was wonderful!!

The on-site hot springs are beautiful. The included 30 min spa treatments (one per stay pp) were a nice touch. The activity (one per stay pp) was brilliant. The bird life around the property and the trail walk is beautiful. Lunch was good for veggies and view from the restaurant to the volcano is amazing. Pool bar man is a diamond!
Not the warm welcome expected on arrival. Also placed in a dorm-like family room that smelt damp. Air con didn’t work properly. Pillows (even after getting them replaced) smell used by 1000s of people (and other things) which wasn’t nice. Used our clothes as pillows and slept badly. Breakfast was a bit lacking for veggies. Just to warn you there is no Wi-Fi in your rooms - you have to move to the Wi-Fi zone or communal areas to access it (unless you have a phone plan in Costa Rica). This was annoying if you wanted to stream music/ watch a film in the evening or whatever.

Excellent service, amazing amenities, and the food was delicious!! The view of Arenal was exceptional A+++ great property and rooms👍
I loved it all!!!!!

view of the volcano
Be aware that this hotel is NOT All Inclusive. They state that the $222/ night charge includes all drinks, food and spa but in reality you get nothing but a room that is dated and in disrepair. The pool is uncomfortable and the hot springs are dirty and cold. Keep looking, do not stay here.

Great location. Room with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano. Friendly staff, specially the excursion company.
The room needs maintenance.

I got the all inclusive package and I was surprised that it came with massages and other activities as well as food and drinks it was a very good price for how much stuff came with it! The property is beautiful and had a great view of the volcano!
The food wasn’t the best

The view of the volcano from our bungalow was so beautiful. The staff were amazing. Food was delicious. Spa was everything.
The room was outdated. The furniture was falling apart. Need some remodeling. The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom water had a such an awful smell like sewage water. Couldn’t use it like we wanted to. The main pool outside was just aight. And the thermal was not all that hot.

I loved the location the beauty the entire location. There's multiple hot tubs, one has a waterfall and is surrounded by forest, absolutely gorgeous. Pura Vida was what I needed on this trip and they provided it!!
I selected this place because they advertise unlimited select spa treatments. However this is not provided. When I went to the spa I was told I could choose between one 30 minute session. If I wanted an hour massage or any other treatments then I was required to pay. This is a theft/scam and I will be disputing with my credit card. I paid for services that were not available.
3.5
The views, the free spa treatments, the cocktails, the barman, the thermal pool, the views from the room, the walking trail
Breakfast, the black sun loungers kept burning us, lack of WiFi in bedrooms

Breakfast was good and the location is great.
To begin I did double booking by mistake and even though we called immediately they did not refund me so I will be going again soon. YAY! (Sarcasm).
So we stayed at the best room... so no complains about the room but we also paid the all inclusive package and if you ask me it should be called (Barely inclusive package) why? Because whenever you go to the restaurant they will hand you a different menu than what the restudant usually has... which will have the same exact dishes every day so if you are staying for more than 1 day trust me you will get tired of the "all inclusive" food.
Lets now move on to the unlimited drinks package that does not even include the piña colada on it... again you will be restricted to 5 type of drinks instead of having access to their i guess "premium beverages".
Plus the manager doesn't even know what he is doing. The rest of the staff was great specially at the restaurant and pool bar.
PD: If you have the all inclusive meal package they will charge you $12 if you wished to use/switch their regular menu.

NA
It had humidity, bathroom even though was clean it didn’t look like it. Walls needed paint.
Pools? That was a joke.
The only good thing was the breakfast, and it was nothing outstanding.
2.5
The volcano view and trials for hiking
Old and without restaurations
Very noisy
The parking was always full
They say that they wanted to open and get advantage of this due the time they were closed by gubernamental order.

The personnel
Nothing, everything was just fine

The view was great. Staff was friendly. Landscaping beautiful.
The restaurant food and breakfast (which was included) was terrible. A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms, the pool bar/restaurant closed without notice. Pool is a bit run down, tiles coming off. There’s one restaurant and the menu is very limited.
2.9
pool was cold; we wanted to use the pool bar; water was too cold that no one was using it. Why not make it luke warm temp?
2.9
Location was good
Room was basic and ours had a leak and we got charged to upgrade
