Stay was great as Siena is lovely, parking something really to consider as it took a lot of effort

Even though the apartment is relatively small, it is perfect for a couple visiting Siena. Also, loved the touch with the complimentary red wine at arrival.

Price is high for the type of accommodation as it is rather small, no staff available and parking is quite a hassle. Make sure to use the EasyPark app and go straight to the Via Roma for parking your car, either street parking or just after the gate (but before the ZTL!)

We've enjoyed our stay in this quiet spot near the centre.

The location was great, the bathroom was really good and we enjoyed finding some wine in our room to welcome us. It was nice and quiet at night despite being close to the centre, which gives one the best of both worlds. The online system to check in and enter the hotel was great, but also a bit of a worry.

Having to enter through an online system every time might be modern, but it is always a worry that you may run out of airtime during a long day out and not be able to use your phone on your return. A key would have made me feel a bit more secure. Maybe I've overlooked it, but a warning about not having a cleaning service for two-day stays would have been good.

Nice and modern room, very comfortable, well located.

It’s within the ZTL (limited traffic zone) so it is not allowed to come to the property with a car. It is relatively close from the entry of the ZTL though.

the room was perfect: clean, comfortable, has everything you need, excellent location. the stuff showed great customer service, even prolonged our check out for few hours, we are so grateful for this as our transportation was organized in the afternoon. thank you so much, we would love to come again :)

Beautiful stay in a beautiful city

Beautiful room and kitchen with a lot of space! When the lock wasn’t working the owner came very quickly to fix it. The space is very well located!

We couldn’t figure out the AC in the unit. The walls are a little thin but this wasn’t a huge problem honestly. Overall great stay.

superb location near to the centre + numerous shops + great restaurants + cafes. large, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. great place overall

all fine; only minor issue was access to building + rooms by virtual key could be an issue but probably my phone more to blame than the system!

just note you don’t get daily housekeeping it functions more like an airBNB, which was ok for us for a short stay. don’t open the windows at night as noise from the street could travel.

It was a room with a bed. Not even a chair. Did have a very large amoire though.

3 days city break

Good location, very nice room, very close to the center. Nice restaurants, cafés nearby, everything is within walking distance. Hand sanitizer at the entrance. Room perfectly clean. Self check in worked very well (however it’s a pity not to meet anyone at check in. ;-) but staff available by phone, if needed.

Not furniture to range the luggage, one chair in the room was quickly full. Self check in, which is very practical, but a bit impersonal.. ( that is very subjective:-) The car must be left outside of the restricted area, so count some walking time with the luggages (or a taxi)

Excellent location, close to the city center. Easy to access and full autonomy. Great bakery right next door. It was clean and charming.

We found it unfortunate that we were not able to meet our host, even if he was really accommodating via message. Upstairs neighbors were noisy. Our room was not cleaned during our stay (not a big problem but good to know). There is an automatic light right next to the bed which can be frustrating if one wakes up in the middle of the night. Not a lot of natural light in the bedroom (we were in room 4).
