Location good, breakfast ok, same food items everyday unlike other Hilton properties that varied the breakfast menu . Crowded around omlet station as orange juice etc was right where you had to wait to pick up omlet. Floor was sticky from juices
Elevators slow
More breakfast options , slow responses from mgmt on credit for valet parking which we never used but got charged for 1 day.

Walking distance to places, breakfast, drinks and snacks nightly.

Location was great, hotel was clean and up to date, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the Upper Cut restaurant was very good.
The evening happy hour could have had more food and a better variety. We don’t drink so the tickets were wasted on us.
The check in clerk was great, some of the others weren’t friendly.
8.0
Centrally located, very clean and well maintained.
The price was very high.

Location, breakfast, happy hour. Room very clean. Staff very nice.
Very small living area for a studio. Living room tv didn't work correctly. When you turned the volume up or down, it would sometimes turn the TV off. Slow elevators.

Location
Valet parking is a joke. It’s already expensive but to add to it my fiance was talked to very rudely by the lady just standing there doing nothing. She had a walking boot and and had a terrible attitude. She probably doesn’t need the job since she clearly wasn’t capable of doing it. Who wants to go on a vacation and get griped at while doing someone else’s job? We also booked this place for the pool. We were unaware us and our children couldn’t use it at all on the 4th. It was closed for a party. Not really fair with no heads up

staff and front desk people were awesome
i booked months prior to my reservation,
requested a crib , waited for hours until 11 pm with my son because a crib was apparently on the way just for them to call at 11 and say it was broken so waited hours and never received .
we booked for the indoor pool facility, it was closed
only a few working elevators , lines on every floor

It was a phenomenal experience. In the past 20 days we stayed in different hotels all over the country. This one was by far the absolute best.

This is the tale of two different days at the hotel. We stayed one night on June 20th and then came back for another single night on June 24th. The staff was great on the first day, and our room on the 13th floor was everything we had hoped to have on our trip. We are a family of five, and the room fits us perfectly. Breakfast was very busy but great value and you could move through the line quickly and have plenty to eat. The staff on night one was very nice and helped with all that we needed including questions and extra bedding request. The location is great for downtown Nashville and valet parking was easy.
Day two of our stay on June 25th was a complete 180 to day one. We checked into the hotel, and the staff asked for my Hilton honors points. The line was 15 people deep, so I told him I would find the ID and give it to him later so that he could check more people into the hotel. He gave us our room(401) and found the picture below as the only view that we had of our room. It was disappointing to pay so much for a hotel room with a view of broken tiles, a wall, and an emergency exit door. We had just stayed here three days before, paid the same price, and had an amazing view. I returned to give the desk my Hilton Honors ID and was told we couldn't use it because it was under my wife's name. Worked fine on the first day but I was over trying to get it fixed. I just wanted to enjoy downtown Nashville with my family. I'm thankful we had the first night's experience to help offset this second night. I did not complain about the room as it was late at night, and we had already set up the room for my kids to sleep. I suggest that if this happens to you, you talk to someone right away and get it fixed. My review would be all five stars if it were just for day one.

Super friendly staff, great amenities!
Lifts were very slow and only ever 1 working. When you're on the 27th floor, you have to stop at almost every one. That's the only downside! Amazing place!

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near everything downtown. The breakfast was great. They even had someone making omelets and waffles if you wanted one. The room accommodations were great. Our room was on the 10th floor facing another building so there wasn't much of a view, but we only stayed one night and we weren't too concerned.
The elevators Sucked! This hotel has 30 floors of rooms(and people) that need to go up and down the elevator to go anywhere, whether it be to the pool, restaurants, or to actually get out, but it didn't matter what time of day, there was a 30 minute wait for the elevator At All Times.(ONLY 1 Elevator working) We took the stairs from the 10th floor upon checkout and we do not recommend this!

Spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The hotel is close to main attractions (museum, hall of fame, Broadway and the stadium).
Counter staff did not provide much information at check in on hotel amenities, such as breakfast location, happy hour drinks.

Close to the iconic broadway street (aka Honky tonk highway)
Wasn’t as clean as expected. Can use some improvement

The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious.
We had a hard time pulling the sofa bed out and we had to call for sheets and covers for the sofa bed (that should’ve been in the closet would’ve made it easier) and it should’ve been explained better about happy hour. I spent to much money and didn’t realize we could’ve went to a different floor.

Breakfast was great with so many options. Loved being downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Beware! Booking online did not guarantee us the room we booked. Upon arrival we were told the King Suite we had booked online was not available and we could accept what was available without any adjustment to the price, they couldn't take a room from someone else who had booked and give it to us. Exactly what they had done to us! Look at your receipt they charged us for a second vehicle for valet parking at $62.00 per day. After several phone calls we did get the valet charges reimbursed.

My location was great!
Didn’t get the room I requested and the view wasn’t great in the room I was put in instead.

Great location. Great breakfast. Rooms were great comfortable and quiet.
Expensive though most the properties in downtown Nashville are.

The made to order omelet was great.
I booked a king suite. Upon arrival I was told none were available. I am unsure how or why this is possible. The whole reason I booked ahead was to insure I received what I asked and paid in advance for.

Great location close to Broadway
They had five elevators seem like only two of them was working very slow

The location was good, nice easy walk to broadway, and main tourist attractions
The lifts were extremely slow, used the stairs a few times.
Would have been good to have an alternate milk at breakfast.

Loved everything about the hotel. The location was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop was great.
The only thing that I thought needed improvement was cell service. My provider is Verizon and I did not have cell service. I was on the 8th floor. I had t o go outside or sometimes I was able to get service on the 4th floor during breakfast

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices but they need to have a dairy free option for milk.
No dairy free option for milk.

Excellent location, Great rooms, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Took over an hour and a half to get our car from valet at check out was the ONLY negative experience.
5.0
It was a beautiful property and right in downtown to the View was beautiful from the room. That was a wonderful thing. Also enjoyed having the pool on the 30th floor where you can enjoy the sunset.
The elevator situation was not good at this hotel at all. Staying here with families was a big pain because you had to wait at least 15 minutes for an elevator and you had to take the elevator to go to whatever you want to do. I would not recommend this hotel for families for this reason.
5.0
It was very well kept and the room was new and nice. It is in a great location and the kids loved the pool!
THE ELEVATORS! The elevators took forever! We waited upwards of 15-20 minutes to go one way in an elevator. There were 5 total elevators and it seemed only 2-3 were actually running. A lady who was staying at the hotel with her dog said it’s miserable trying to go down to walk her dog. Also, we waited almost an hour for room service to bring extra bedding for the pull out couch. Our kids had to stay up waiting for the bedding which should have already been in the room.

Amazing rooms!
Elevators were horribly slow.
9.0
Very clean, short walk to broadway street and all the good bars
The elevators take quite some time to get on, because of the size of the place and parking is very confusing

I liked the location and the valet was great and fast. They also had an AMAZING restaurant on the bottom floor called Headstart. Get the BLT sandwich!
We weren't able to check in until 6:00 pm which is TWO HOURS after the check-in time of 4:00 pm. They told me it was because of the size of the room but the room wasn't that big and I wasn't notified of the room not being ready at 4:00 pm. It really really really messed up our schedule! The staff was rude and had an attitude when I was upset that I couldn't check in at the time I was told. Also, we waited 15-20 minutes just for an elevator since there were only a couple elevators that were working. And every time an elevator would stop on our level it was too full to get on. The view from the balcony was definitely NOT the same view from the photos that were posted in the hotel's listing photos. I think they might have put me in a different room since my original room wasn't cleaned yet. However, I paid for the room with the view that I wanted and it should have just been cleaned by 4:00 pm. I was compensated $50 for the late check-in but my room was $800 and we missed our dinner reservations of 6:00 pm since we didn't have time to get ready in the room. I will never stay here again for as long as I live! Save your time and money and go stay at the JW Marriot next door :)

The elevators were sometimes really slow & 1 of them was never working.

Super convenient. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful view. Elegant rooms with all the extras. Comfortable bedding. Room was extremely quiet.
No clear entrance and it’s blocked during busy times, leaving you sitting in the street with no turn lane. Staff could be rude at times. Were locked out of our room even after ensuring that our extra night meant we would not have to change rooms. Room staff was excellent.
