Superb

Well presented accomodation with big space for our family to spend time together. Bifold doors were great to use outdoor space. Near old town and some shops nearby.

Good place for a short stay, comfortable and clean

Plenty of room, big kitchen with a big dining table and outdoor space.

No Hanging space in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Toilet of the bedroom wasn’t filling when flushed.

Clean, big entertaining space, great location.

Nice big open living space for a big group to socialise with plenty of seating. the location was superb, a supermarket and pub just down the road, corner shop literally over the road and Old Town full of pubs and restaurants 5 minute walk up the hill. Previous reviews left us sceptical regarding heating and hot water but this must have been resolved as the home was warm and as a group of 7 we all had hot showers. We have already booked to stay again in the Summer.

Exceptional

Good: Having a bedroom on the ground floor was handy for us with someone who finds stairs a challenge. Open plan living and kitchen area great for family, clean bedding & towels

Bad: I had concerns after booking as previous reviews said there was no hot water and heating but I called the property and they said they had a new system installed and then when we were there we never ran out of hot water for a large group so the new system clearly works!

Fine for a short stay for extended family, just slept there

Good size, good location, decent bedding and linen

Poorly maintained, dodgy plumbing, very little information about the house and how to use it.

It's was filthy and damage done to it b4 we arrived Contacted s1 appartments not interested just take your money not value for money Down stairs toilet stunk toilet not flushing in bed room ensuite dirty garden full of fag buts and nettles had to clean b4 kids could play shower in bathroom leaking threw kitchen ceiling Needs money to bring up to standard not enough dishes to cater for family of 9

Grotty, grotty place.

It could have been nice, someone had originally put some effort into decorating it.

No signal on any TV. Coffee table dropping apart. No mattress covers on the beds, which have very thin sheets. Cigarette butts all over the patio and garden. At least one of the towels looked dirty. There was body hair in the bath and nasal debris smeared on two walls. Dirty cups and glasses in cupboards. Tea stains on the stairwell. We are glad to be leaving.

Horrible. Warning !!!

Kitchen looked nice.

Showers could not be used, only boiling hot water. Toilets partly didn't flush. Rental agency difficult to contact, couldn't help. The whole place is neglected, should not be rented. We stayed two days without showering , toilet smelling because we couldn't flush. Horrible experience.

Dining table had one broken chair which could do with being fixed. Recycling box quite full out the front so was difficult to find space for things to put in.

Nicely decorated, furnishings are nice and the kitchen diner looks nicer in person than the photos. Spacious and good location. Check in very easy using the key code.
