the place was over priced for the hotel. I paid almost $500 for 2 nights. was not worth it.

There was no breakfast, no staff, We didnt even try the wi-fi. the hotel was being renovated and that was not made aware to us. The bathroom sink in our room was about to fall off. the handle was lose and so was the faucet. The keurig in our room was nasty so we didnt get to enjoy the complimentary in room coffee. It was a bad experience all around.

The location was great, our room was spacious and comfortable, and Cris was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful!

A much need break from the holidays, and you guys nailed it!

I’m a carpenter by trade, the craftsman and history of the hotel were amazing! Chris, at the front desk went above and beyond for us! We’re already planning the next trip!

The stairs lmbo! But seriously we thought the hotel and staff were great!

Great place to enjoy some much needed R&R.

Staff was awesome. When they found out it was our anniversary they had a dozen roses 🌹 waiting for my wife when we got back to our room. Made our anniversary awesome!!!

the location

the restaurant crew: I was unlucky to have the Saturday bar tender as waitress. 20 minutes to have the menu and the wine list . 60 minutes after my order my plate was still not available and she didn’t care . I left and paid my all order and she was laughing on me …

Dark, almost no windows. Dark, dingy, non-working power outlets, ramshackle furniture, holes in the walls, Ethernet cables strung across the ceiling.

the staff checking us in was extremely rude. very nasty to us. the room was not worth the 700 for two nights at all. the ceiling was nasty and the trash was left in our room from the previous people staying there. people above us let their kids jump and and down and run up and down their room at 5 in the morning. just a very unpleasant experience and will never stay again.

Great location, poor service, poor upkeep.

This hotel is very eclectic, therefore giving a great atmosphere. Take out the modern aminities and the rooms are right out of Gun Smoke, large and beautiful! Great location!

There was no one working at the hotel except for the highly priced restaurant. We had to check in at another hotel. We called for service and at 5:00 in the afternoon a lady knocked on our door and handed us towels. The ice maker in the room didn’t work and no one came to fix/replace it. There is a bar down stairs which we heard music from until closing time. If you’re looking for atmosphere this is the place to stay. If you’re expecting service, stay elsewhere!

A charming hotel with a great staff.

Hotel is centrally located if you want to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our requests were handled quickly. I also received a phone call before I checked in to verify my arrival and see if there were any special requests. It is an old building but is in better shape than some others I have used in Eureka Springs.

The staff seems to be stretched thin between several properties, so there was nobody on premises late or early. There were a couple of things with the room that I would have made them aware of, but there was no one there. I really don't feel like this was the staff's fault, but they seem like they could use some more help.
