Went for shirt trip and the Meridian meet our needs .

It had everything we needed ( bedrooms kitchen fully equipped and very well maintained. Nice large tv with Wi-Fi balcony was nice and furnished. Hose out front to wipe sand .

The stairs going up to second floor need slip proof strips , the stairs are slippery when wet from pool or beach our daughter fell coming down . I think it would be good to put slip proof strips on the stairwell to second floor third floor was fine it’s carpeted.

We made it work and had a great time but probably won’t rent this unit again.

Close to beach

Parking, kitchen is poorly stocked with pots/pans and they were dirty, bird poop covered patio chairs, stains on carpet.

Bad customer service

Location was great; noise level was not too bad at night.

The deadbolt on the front door lock was mis-aligned when installed and could not fully engage no matter how much we tried. Even after “locking” using the Slage button and turning the lock, anyone could easily get back in by simply pressing the Slage button (without entering a code) since it couldn't mechanically engage. We noticed this when we first arrived and wanted to leave for the beach. We called the help number provided and explained the issue. They said they would send someone immediately so we stayed and waited for hours. No one came. We called three more times and they gave us the same “pull the handle” trouble-shooting instructions and lied about sending prioritized assistance. At 9:30 pm, l tried to reach out via text message asking to exactly when to expect someone they finally said they wouldn't be able to come until the next morning. I called the property owner but no answer. It was unsafe to be in the unit overnight with a young child and a non-functioning lock, so we had to use a saw from our multi tool we luckily had and cut space for the lock to fit. This issue ruined our first day since we were stuck at the unit with no security over our property in the unit. Why didn’t property management care or notice that the lock was installed wrong? If they had come out and fixed the lock, I would have been happy. This problem overshadowed other cleanliness issues that I won’t get in to. Also, the pool was closed the day before our checkout day due to pump / filter issues.

The location was close to the beach which was very convenient and the layout of the condo was great.

We found a few dead roaches in the laundry room and kitchen floor. The dryer wasn't working but someone came out a few days later to fix it.

not easy to entertain young adults without internet! not worth the headache or over $700 we spent for the place, When it

loved the apartment, very clean and spacious. had everything we needed. beds were comfortable

there was no internet and no cable and couldn’t even get service on our phones unless we went outside or upstairs on the balcony and held the phone up in the air. we reported the issue but no one came to try to fix it.

the parking and the unit could've been cleaned more. there was mold on the dishes in the dish washer
