If you're more of a nature lover, Lake Dillon waterfront access is only steps away for fishing, hiking, and a scenic 22-mile bike path. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Layout a bit odd as you enter into the bedrooms. Lack of accessible closet in 2 nd bedroom coupled with absence of a bureau/dresser was awkward for our 4 night stay having packed light.
Overall a lovely unit.
