We welcome you to the area’s best kept secret, Carillon Beach, where you’ll find a private gated community with luxurious amenities, southern charm, and an expansive private beach. Enjoy the allure of 30A just two miles away, then escape to the quiet oasis that is Carillon Beach. You'll find 3 pools (one heated pool, one beach front pool, and one adult pool), tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a basketball court, playground, chapel, and one mile of private beach.
The two large living rooms and four spacious bedrooms comfortably host the entire family. This home can host up to 10 people with ease. The property is outfitted with 4 Samsung Smart TV’s, a Weber grill, ample outdoor seating spaces, and so much more. There are two primary bedrooms, both with king beds and attached bathrooms. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with four bunks, share a jack-and-jill bathroom. Carillon Beach boasts 3 pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, a playground, chapel, and one the largest and least crowded beaches in area!
This home comes with 4 complimentary beach lounge chairs and an umbrella that are placed on the beach daily by a local beach chair service!
