Nice overall. The air conditioner was really loud but that did not bother us. There were no ceiling fans but there were standing fans available in all the bedrooms.

The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door nicely. The front and back yards of the rental house also need some attention. This is not a deal breaker since the house is very nice on the inside...but definitely not so new anymore. It would be much easier to feel okay with what they charge for nightly rental if the neighborhood and their own yard were better kept. Again, it's not a deal breaker. Lastly, I personally do not like the smell of fabuloso scented cleaners. It makes me nauseous and they use a lot of it. Also, if you have allergies and don't like carpet, you have been warned. We only stayed one night since I goofed up and selected the wrong dates. Sadly, since I booked last minute I was not eligible for a refund for the extra night. Despite that, host was easy to get ahold of, very nice, & responded fairly promptly.

This house was as stated in the description but the outside leaves much to be desired and the area around doesn’t look great either. I could overlook this if I felt safe but the code I was given to get into the door was written on the post right by the door. When I messaged the contact, her response was that it had just been changed by the maintenance guy so no one else would have it. But then who wrote it on the rail? We survived but not sure I would do it again. The only other negative was that the floors did not look like they had been vacuumed.

It was great. Super cozy but one thing we were kinda bummed about is that my family and I bbq year round and even though there was a grill and tank we couldn’t use it because the tank was empty. Also just a suggestion to get a better shovel, as one day it snowed while we were there, the shovel was super cheap and didn’t do such good cleaning.

A modestly-appointed property in the edges of Kachina Village, it was perfect to house several of us for several days for an out of town wedding. Very convenient to the highway, and had easy access to flagstaff and surrounding attractions.
