About this house rental
Roof Top View is a superb, modern three-storey house located in a tucked away and very peaceful location yet is only a short walk from the centre of Wells-next-the-Sea. This lovely spacious property comes with a fully-enclosed courtyard south-facing garden perfect for alfresco dining and is great for friends and families who are looking for three bedrooms with three bathrooms with three parking spaces.
If you're searching for a family getaway by the sea with the children, or a fun few days away catching up with friends, then look no further than this splendid terraced townhouse in this charming seaside town. With a light and airy feel throughout, Roof Top View can comfortably accommodate up to six guests over three floors - and with all the delights this coastal town has to offer only an eight-minute walk away, you won't want for much more.
The ground floor offers two separate sitting areas, the main sitting room plus a light and bright conservatory which leads out onto the deck/courtyard garden. A third sitting room/snug can be found on the first floor with its generous sofa and television, perfect when children want their own space; there is a large dining kitchen too, so plenty of space to enjoy social chats at breakfast or supper.
With three large bedrooms on the first and second floors, one of which offers the flexibility of being dressed as a 6' super-king size bed or two 3' single beds, you will love the privacy this house offers as each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Parking for up to three cars is a huge advantage (and rarity) for Wells-next-the-Sea - making it ideal for multi-generational families or a group of friends travelling from different parts of the country to get together.
Explore the pretty town on foot; shop 'till you drop in the independent shops, delicatessens, and dine in the fabulous restaurants, some of which have stunning harbour views, or simply head down to the quay with bucket and line in hand where you and the children can try a spot of 'gillying' or 'crabbing' from the harbour wall. This will keep all of the family entertained for hours and as so many people opt to do this during their stay, the competition to catch the most crabs is fierce!
Or for a quieter day, call at Wells Deli, pack a picnic, head for the beach and spend time sunbathing or walking on the gorgeous sands which are flanked by pine forests and beach huts.
Additional Information:
Sorry, no pets.
Underfloor heating on ground floor only. Central heating elsewhere.
There is an iron and ironing board.
Duvets and pillows are synthetic.
A barbecue has been provided. Please ensure that it is left in a condition that you wish to find it in. Thank you in advance.
