Hope Cottage is a delightsome, detached cottage resting in Castleton, Derbyshire and can sleep five guests in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a sitting room with woodburning stove. There is also a conservatory with dining seating and a snug. For entertainments, guests can use two TVs with Freeview, a Smart TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth speaker, Lavazza coffee capsule machine with some complimentary pods. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, another double, and a single bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawned area and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for woodburner are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Hope Cottage is charming abode for a countryside escape.

The historic city of York is just over an hour away, and the coastal towns and villages of Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood's Bay and Sandsend with its lovely beach, are within easy driving distance, and well worth a visit.
