Walk right out to the lake from the living room and 2 of the 4 bedrooms also walk right out to the lake. Ping pong, Kayaks, Foosball, Daybed Swing on the dock, 2021 Bennington 22 Pontoon Boat is available to rent to guests for $495 per day. Jet Skis are $425 per day It is a huge advantage to have a boat ready and waiting for use day or night while you are at the house and when you rent our boat we include skis, tow toys, wakeboard, kneeboard, ropes, premium lifejackets, etc. (It is suggested that you go online to get your Virginia boaters license).
Nearly everything is provided for you including luxury organic 100% cotton premium linens, and large luxury bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Also provided are hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, k-cup coffee pods, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Prepare for a truly relaxing and fun vacation!!

The way the rental works for both jet ski and boat is:
1.All users sign DocuSign rental agreement that will be emailed (I need names and email addresses) Previous boating and jet ski experience as well as Virginia boating license is required. These can be obtained online at a number of websites for about $40 and include an online course which can take a few hours but well worth the time.
2.Security deposits and rental fees are V E N M Oed to @Robin-Ringer-3 no later than the evening of the day you arrive. (this gives you a chance to inspect the watercraft before committing to the rental) Security deposits are returned no later than 48 hours after departure.
3.A rental day is a full 24 hours and starts at 5am daily.
4.Boat rentals includes use of all tow ropes, towables, waterskis (except the pink slalom ski), wakeboards, etc. (Renters who are using their own boats do not have access to these items.)
5.Gas level should be left full (I will reimburse you if gas is less than full at the start of your rental-snap pictures of gas gauges at start of rental and text to 336-542-8833)

The property and furnishings were really well done and exceeded our expectations. The property owner was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive (really great).
This property is beautiful and I really can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The location was perfect on the lake. My family (wife, 8 year old boy, 6 year old girl) and I had a wonderful Easter at the property and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare an Easter meal.
My wife mentioned more than once how she could stay there all summer long.
I highly recommend this property and I can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay here! From towels for the lake to the belgin waffle maker and mix no detail was missed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for Labor Day weekend! We had a wonderful time at Smith Moutain Lake at this property! Everything was clean and all appliances and ammenities were upgraded in great condition. Just as advertised, The towels and linens were luxurious! The house was well stocked with containers, pots, pans and spices. They even included soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags as well as T.P. and paper towels. It definitely helps with packing for the lake! Lots of lake floats and 2 kayaks available as well.

We loved our stay here. Even though it was too chilly to use the boat and jet skis, our family enjoyed the beauty of the views and comforts of the home. We visited the alpaca farm, which was so much fun, and had some nice meals out. The yard was perfect for our annual Easter Egg Hunt!

Home was just as pictured. Clean, crisp, comfy beds. Plenty of towels and fluffy pillows. Enjoyed fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Had a great time just playing games, toasting marshmallows, listening to good music and reconnecting with the people we love. If you really want to relax, this is the place to be. Robin was helpful and always responded quickly.

Only thing I would note for future folks with more than two people, the hot tub is a 2-Person tub. Very nice, but something to be mindful of if you plan to bring a larger group. It was perfect for my wife and I.
Also, buy your groceries before you get to the cabin. Closest store is about 15 mins away and they have basic needs, but the closest Food Lion (larger grocery store) is about 30 mins away.

This property is amazing…the host has thought of everything!!! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, a quick boat ride across the lake for lunch, devine cozy beds and pillows, awesome lighted mirrors, a “The Frame” TV, endless towels, relaxing in the hot tub, Alexa everywhere, amazing (I know I’m using this word too much, but it is exactly appropriate lol) water pressure (because that is important to some :) toiletries and hair dryers, air purifiers (I love white noise so we left them on)…. Just everything! Thank you Robin for letting us enjoy your lovely home…we will be back!!!

Spent a wonderful, relaxing long October weekend here! The house is beautiful and has everything you need, and the views of the lake cannot be beat! We enjoyed kayaking, cornhole, and the kids loved playing in the small beach at the edge of the water- the water is very clear and shallow. We also toasted marshmallows on the patio while the sun came down over the water. We were there with my elderly father who is in a wheelchair and he found the house easy to navigate. We did not use the boat but still enjoyed sitting out on the dock for happy hour!

Robin's place was fantastic, my friends and I had a lovely time all week. We opted to rent the boat as well and were so glad we did because the convenience of having the boat right at the dock of the lakehouse rental saved a ton of time and allowed for easy pick up and drop off of folks. The BEST family vacation!
This was one of the best family vacations we’ve taken in a long time! The house is beautiful, the lake view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything you need and more - from fully stocked beach towels to an ice cream maker. It’s also super convenient that you can rent the boat and jet skis (and all the accessories for fun on the water like a knee board and tube.) This was a no stress, easy and fun family vacation. Mini Spring Break
We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to unwind together for spring break, and this property fit the bill! The owner has expert attention to detail and is dedicated to making your stay deluxe. We opted to rent the pontoon boat for one of the days and are so happy we did. Mostly, the entire family just enjoyed being together in the yard and hanging out on the dock or patio. The kids literally fell in love with the place. We will definitely go back or recommend to others! Oh — and the beds were SO comfortable!

Perfect friends getaway!
We always travel with a group of our long-term friends over Presidents’ Day weekend. This was our favorite place we have stayed by far. It had plenty of places for gathering and also hiding away. The hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor fire pit made our chilly vacation even more enjoyable. It felt as luxurious as promised. Robin was extremely accommodating and responsive. What a beautiful property! Pictures don't do it justice. Everything was updated, all of the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were top notch. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Having access to rent the pontoon boat and the jetskis on location was so convenient with our group especially traveling with some couldn't hangout on the boat as long as others. There was plenty of privacy and space even with a group of 8 we never felt crowded on each other and the bedrooms were quiet enough for the babies to sleep while everyone still enjoyed their time. Robin was a great host and was quick to respond to every message and was very accommodating. We would love to come back to this location and agree with other guests that the worst part was having to leave! Thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing Stay at Smith Mountain Lake
Robin was fantastic to work with when we planned our stay. Her home was one of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in through VRBO. Every detail was well thought out. Robin has all the amenities you need and more! We rented her pontoon for the weekend to explore the lake and that was just another added bonus (not having to find a marina etc.). We will definitely rent this beautiful house again.

The Best Lake Getaway
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Ringer’s home for a week in August 2021. The house is beautifully decorated in soothing whites, grays, and neutrals. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels and even beach towels to take lakeside. Everything we possibly needed was at hand. And the lake! The house is on a flat lot making it easy to walk to the dock which is on a quiet, peaceful cove. We also rented the brand new pontoon boat which made it so easy to go out and enjoy the lake. All in all it was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. Just a warning though - the place was so wonderful that it was very hard to leave and go back to reality!
