Nestled among the trees with Mutiny Bay and mountain views, this log-style home is the ideal place to get away from it all. Grab a favorite read and kick back in the main living room where large windows invite in the scenic backdrop. In the entertainment space off the living area, a dart board, arcade game, and TV provide hours of entertainment. The fun continues downstairs with a pool table and retro-gaming console featuring over 5,000 games including Nintendo and Sega. Prepare favorite recipes in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the dining table with one another. Afterward, take a relaxing soak in the new hot tub.
Ample outdoor living space offers more space to unwind. Stretch out on the sectional on the main deck, or fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table. Everything we wanted was here: proximity to the beach, a hot tub, a nice fire pit with logs and smores sticks, a whole bunch of board games for both kids and adults, a gaming room, a deck with a nice view, and a nice sized front yard with games. Everyone had a blast here!

House matched description. Loved bright and beachy upstairs, game room and hot tub downstairs and proximity to Robinson beach. Visited Langley, Green Bank Farm, Coupeville and Fort Casey, Price sculpture garden, Meerkerk gardens…all easy drives from our property. Highly recommend!

We had up to 10 people staying over our week at Blue Heron Lookout. The location was great for a quiet family vacation, but also not too far from amenities. My kids enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and toys. The adults loved having the big deck for dining and relaxing.

Top floor nicely done. Good view of water with lots of windows. Dishwasher appears to have been broken for a while as all dishes needed to be hand-washed. Bottom floor had A/C, top floor did not. Bottom floor good for kids with pool table & arcade game. Downstairs couch & carpet need a cleaning. Backyard with hot tub & fire pit not appealing as needed a vegetation cleanup & stairs on left side of yard a safety hazard for children. Used front yard games.

We only had three adults but this very clean, very spacious home would be great for families or small groups. It’s very comfortable and convenient to getting around on south Whidbey. We stayed during a very warm weekend but the house is shaded and a nice breeze blows through screened windows. The hot tub was awesome to unwind. I recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay, great house!

My friends and I have been looking for a good spot to hang out and game, and this house was the winner. The dinner table was large enough to play most games on. Everything was neat, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was super hot. The only complaint was the downstairs bedroom had a window that faced the neighbors yard and did not have a curtain. We will book this one again.

No locks on the master bedroom. Shear curtains in the bedrooms and no covers in any of the communal rooms. Would not recommend.

Good location close to a public beach and town. Had issues with the kitchen fridge/freezer maintaining temp as the seal on the freezer is broken. Reported to property manager and was able to use the mini fridge and freezer in the game room.

We loved the property and size. The house was great. The game room was amazing. The view was perfect.
There are things that could have made it better. If you have a no shoes policy- please have clean floors. Our bare feet were black within an hour of being in the house. Having four gardeners show up to work in the yard while we were there felt intrusive.
The door on the garage needs a better lock. Curtains in floor level rooms would also be nice. We didnt have cleaning supplies for the counters. There wasnt enough dishwasher soap for the amount of days we were staying. Several dishes in the cupboards were dirty upon arrival. And there were only a few measuring tools. The grill on the deck did not have propane. The steps in the backyard are rotted and someone could get hurt. Just fixing a few minor things would make the stay even better. We would stay here again even with the minor quirks.

The house and the space are great. It was a great layout, well stocked kitchen and items for kids. We had only 3 towels for 4 guests…and a hot tub.
The dishwasher was leaking, so we called Vacasa to let them know. Hopefully they told the owners. We had no local contact for more towels or let them know of the water leak.
The home also has a very strong old house / mildew smell. Like super strong. It seems like they did a great job cosmetically with their remodel, but plumbing / mold / mildew wasn’t addressed. We’d stay again if that issue could get fixed.
Also like other reviews noted, the arcade machine does not work. The view is lovely.

We were on the island for a wedding. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was close to the events we attended. The check in process was easy and the property manager was very communicative. We enjoyed our stay

We liked the view from upstairs. Upstairs area was fine. Downstairs was tight, the video game did not work, there were old sheets on the sofa bed, and insects on the floor. It was advertised as sleeping 11 people. It was tight for just 7 people and 3 left early because of the insects.

We could not have stumbled upon a more relaxing, comfortable and generously appointed spot to call home while we visited Whidbey Island. We enjoyed all of our meals on the front deck with those lovely views of Mutiny Bay. Comfortable beds, 2 spacious living areas to spread out, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the arcade cabinet! We will forever treasure the memories we created at your beautiful home!

Very clean, ample parking.
We needed a home with parking for four cars, and this fit the bill well. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It's not plush, but adequately furnished. Kitchen appliances are minimal; no regular coffee pot - k-cup pod coffee maker only. Nice big fridge. Beds were comfortable. Newly updated floors showers and vanities. Views of the water and mountain range a little better than pictures indicate.

Entertainment failure with a beautiful view.
Took the kids for an adventurous spring break. This house would’ve been okay if it were for a relaxing getaway without the kids. One of the main reasons we chose this location was for the “Stand up Arcade” that was advertised. Thought it would be perfect and fun for the kiddos during downtime. The 5 middle aged children were excited to play! However, it wasn’t working. No power to it, out of service. We attempted to contact both the host and rental company and received no reply.
Aside from that, the views were amazing and beautiful.

Great Family Gathering Spot
Clean, beautiful, updated, and well stocked property. Had nice views of the sunsets while sipping vino from the deck. The outdoor heater was great to have. Wifi worked great . Close proximity to grocery store, brewery, and restaurants. I would stay here again in an instant!!!
