It’s a very comfortable little house to just sit back and relax and having all the eating places around and close to places you would like to see in Waco.

It was mine and my wife’s 22 anniversary. Had a great time in Waco. The house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was close to everything we had planned for the weekend. Thank you D. Brown

I would recommend this property. The bathtub is absolutely perfect. The home is updated but kept the old time charm.
Hopefully the dead tree will be removed and I it would be nice to get a table outside. The shower head needs to be replaced and the water heater may need to be checked.

House was beautiful. Bathroom could have been the best i have seen at any rental. Neighborhood scared me.

The overall experience was pleasant. Very clean pictures are accurate. The A/C was noisy and to TV in the bedroom experienced very slow wifi.

This property was easy to find, and close to everything you might want to see in Waco. Not really walking distance, but a very short drive to Magnolia. Perfect place to stay for a couple, small family, or girls' trip.

If you're like me when planning where to stay while traveling, I'm looking for something very affordable that's still nice, clean, comfortable and safe. Competition is tough so finding the right place can be like rolling the dice. Lindley's Little Gem exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness is very important to me. I'd give this a 10 out of 10! Although this is a small one-bedroom, one-bath older home (cottage), it has a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub, big walk-in shower, good thick towels and Meyer's Hand Soap. On the other hand, the living room and bedroom are a bit cramped with too many pieces of large furniture, which is nicely decorated and looks good but made the space feel cluttered. The bed is a gel foam mattress on a regular box spring (not a platform) so it's very soft and I sank in it. If you want a firm mattress, this isn't it. There's a TV in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a nice KitchenAide microwave and a Nespresso Machine with complimentary coffee pod flavors. Two small wall mounted A/C units cool the space well but they're noisy so I slept with sleep sounds playing on my phone. Lindley's is very close to the freeway, plenty of restaurants and the Silo's. The neighborhood is run down, which is the main negative but didn't make me feel unsafe. Overall, this was affordable, comfortable and clean, convenient to everything I needed so I'd gladly stay here again. Thank you

We really enjoyed the little home and the city.

Property was close to the attractions we went for (Silos). Lots of other Waco attractions in the area. Perfect for two people but if more I’d steer to bigger place. Very clean and no real complaints.

Wonderful!

The home was very clean and well decorated. You are unable to cook because a stove is unavailable but you can microwave some food. The host was very responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is not "transitional." It is an established Hispanic working class neighborhood and it is very safe and quiet. The proximity to downtown and points of interest is perfect.

Small but cute and clean with comfortable bed. Nice soaker tub. New appliances. No stove but had hot plate. Neighborhood looked a bit sketchy but felt very safe.

Close to the silos, had a great time.

This little cottage is adorable, and also amazingly laid out and furnished for a small space. The bathroom is huge, though, with a very large walk-in shower and a copper soaking tub! The open living room/kitchen/dining area had ample room for not only a large couch, but also a day bed. We stayed for two nights and were so pleased with this cozy little cottage -- with some cut, but understated, "bunny" decor. Also, the host was very response to some questions we had when we arrived. We highly recommend!

Clean cottage close to everything. Basic amenities provided but no added touches. TVs didn’t work and host never did respond during power outage.

Unfortunately did not see manager message, so late getting into cottage by 2 hours. Would definitely rent again. Thanks ❤️

This house is adorable and equipped with everything you need! We loved the decorations and the large bathroom.
The Nespresso machine was wonderful!
It would've been nice to have coat hangers and it would've been a plus to have bubble bath for the beautiful tub.
Other than the neighborhood being a little sketchy, it was a wonderful experience. Will consider it again.
