Relax with a book on the deck and take in water views under the Spanish-moss draped trees. This renovated oasis features a Great Room with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV. Concoct a beverage at the wet bar while dinner simmers in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

A central atrium is fitted with a ping-pong table, while a sunroom offers a desk and a queen-size sofabed. This two-story home is appointed with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the second floor -- each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and an adjacent or en-suite bathroom. This home is both snowbird and dog-friendly! Added perks include children’s games, beach chairs, two kayaks, and a DVD selection. Enjoy a soak in the Hot Tub!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a wonderful place to stay with family for a long weekend. The bedrooms were all large with their own bathroom which allowed for privacy. The living areas were open and spacious making for a lively atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend for a family get away.

We had 8 adults and 2 Dogs here for the week. Location is great, the dogs loved hanging out on the deck with us.The ping pong room was a pefect spot for them to relaxe when we were at the beach. The privacy of each bedroom with private bathrooms were a perfect fit for our 4 couples. We had a few maintenance issues but the local manager and Maintenance team were quick to respond. The house was large and very comfortable.

We were excited about the ping pong room but a benefit we really enjoyed was how that room separates the kitchen/living area from the bedrooms. Perfect for early risers/late sleepers. Great clean house with lots of room and a beautiful location. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach.

We stayed at this property with my extended family. The four bedrooms were well suited for several family groups (2 bedrooms with kings and 2 bedrooms with 2 queens or doubles). The house is a short walk from the beach and the general store/pickleball courts. An unexpected benefit was the two kayaks at the property which we used in the lagoon. For small children, be aware that this property is right on the lagoon and the office and living room both open into the deck with lagoon access. I appreciated there was a baby gate on the deck. We would gladly stay here again.

The home, stay, and location was perfect. Will definitely rent this home again. Perfect for my elderly disabled parents with bedrooms downstairs and a view from the deck. Thankful our fur babies could stay. Dunes grounds were beautiful and perfect!

Home was perfectly located from the beach and Palmetto Dunes amenities. Everything was perfect with one small exception: mattresses were a bit old and lumpy. Other than that, I cannot recommend this home more.

This home provided the large spaces & furnishings for our large family, including walk-in closets where babies slept soundly. The back deck’s great seating gave an up close experience of the peaceful lagoon. The location provided easy access for many beautiful bike rides.

This house has a wonderful location that is close enough for a short bike or walk to the beach. Very spacious for larger gatherings and while we did not utilize it all (some quest couldn't make it due to hurricane Ian) it was there if needed. Also dog friendly if you are inclined to bring your fur baby in your travels. Would definitely recommend this house for any large groups.

Our family was truly blessed by all this home offered!! It is beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious! The ping pong table was a highlight for our kids with daily matches! Being on the canal was so nice for morning coffee and evening wind downs. The community is perfectly situated and has everything you need including a fantastic beach! Owners have provided anything you could want for a fun day at the beach which is only a 5 min walk away. One of our best vrbo experiences to date. We hope to be back soon!!

We loved this home. We brought our family of 8 and the home was surprisingly large and spacious. The kids loved the ping pong table and we loved the private office area for those of us needing to complete a little remote work. Plenty of beds in this home and a great family room and kitchen. We rented bikes nearby and it was only a 2 minute bike drive to the beach. We also used the kayaks in the lagoon. You can’t beat this area -Palmetto Dunes on HIlton Head or this home.

We stayed at the property for a local family event and we’re pleasantly surprised with the view and overall floor plan including the tall ceilings, natural light, comfortable beds, and a bath in each bedroom. The location is convenient to the beach and the main gate, and we enjoyed morning walks on the beach.

Beautiful home. Nicely decorated. The only issue was the trash left overflowing outside and in the non working trash compactor. Management company quickly came to address. The sound on the tv was poor but we made do. Definitely would come back again.
