Welcome to the relaxing Surfside Vibes condo located in Surfside Beach in the charming Surfwatch III building in Surfside Beach (aka "The Family Beach")

The Space
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor corner unit provides plenty of sunlight and a stunning oceanfront balcony with bistro seating. It features an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. High speed WIFI, cable TV, central AC, and full size washer and dryer available in condo. Brand new LVT floors installed in 2022!

The Surfwatch III building offers a pool, outdoor lounge area, elevator, and community bbq. Two parking passes are provided. Sorry no golf carts, smoking, or pets.

The updated kitchen offers all the comforts of home. The countertop has seating for three. There is also room for four at the dining table.

Enjoy the ocean breeze or catch sight of a dolphin on the oceanfront balcony, equipped with bistro seating.

The oceanfront master features sweeping ocean views. It includes a queen bed, TV, celling fan, private door to the balcony, and full master bathroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, TV, and celling fan.

The living room has a comfortable couch, which can accommodate a fifth guest. Note, this is not a sleeper sofa, just a regular couch.

Fresh linens, towels, bathroom/kitchen starter set (one roll of bathroom tissue, one roll of paper towels, and one dishwasher pod) will be provided as part of the cleaning fee.

Marc is very quick to respond and we enjoyed the condo. it was perfect for us. quiet and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking is a bit tight, but overall enjoyed it. Great having the elevator for older parent and luggage cart and grocery cart helped. Thank you again!

Our week at Surfside was amazing! The location of this condo is perfect. Very quiet, and even during peak season, the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect, there was plenty of room and the kitchen was large and fully equipped for cooking meals. We enjoyed the large balcony with the tall bistro chairs, perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. The location was great and we were able to walk to dinner and the pier. We would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat, absolutely no complaints.

Overall the place was great. The owner communication was awesome and he even let us in the condo early. A few minor issues…the drain stopper in sink in the second bathroom wasn’t hooked up to anything and it was stuck shut. I had to pry it open and remove it for the duration of our stay. The master bedroom door won’t latch shut. The latch and door striker don’t line up. The bedroom pillows are thin as paper which makes it uncomfortable. However, these are minor issues. The view was majestic. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Surfside Beach. Excellent location ! Such a gorgeous area and beach! Condo was great ! Just as described. But sliding door sticks at times. Clean and comfy. Loved to drink coffee on the nice deck. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. Hope to return again! Thanks Marc and Kristina

We were impressed with the great communication from the owners in advance of our stay, and found no surprises upon arrival—everything was as advertised. It was as easy as it could have been. The beach location was in an excellent area where it was not overcrowded, friendly, and well maintained. We had a blast and having a fantastic “home base” was integral.

The condo itself was very nice. The bed was comfy, the furniture was in good shape, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint would be about the close proximity to not only the pool at our building but also to the pool next door. Guests were in both pools before and after the posted times.

Condo was very clean upon arrival and had great views of the beach. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. 10 minute walk to restaurants and close to grocery store. I would rent again and recommend the condo to others!

We have rented numerous condos in Surfside Beach and this is, without question, the very best. The pictures on the web site don't really do justice to how delightful this condo actually is. The beds are extremely comfortable and the ocean views from the balcony are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the elevator up to the first floor is wonderful when first arriving with luggage. This place had a terrible roach problem. My children were crushed when we had to turn around and drive 3.5 hours home because everything else was booked. Our 4th of July family vacation we booked in January was ruined! The owner did refund us but what about the cost of gas and my devastated children!?! He was rude and had no empathy! Beware! Roaches seen in every room, the balcony, the entrance and the parking lot. The entire building must have issues! We checked in at 9PM, unloaded our van. By 9:30PM we had seen enough roaches to last a lifetime. We packed up and went home. I also live in SC so I understand you may see a bug from time to time, this infestation was unacceptable. .

We booked this wonderful condo a week before we were leaving and am I so glad I found it! The pictures do not do the view justice because it was beautiful. The condo had literally everything you could need along with a pool to use and very convenient beach access. My kids loved staying here and playing on the beach every day. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle beach but close enough to food and attractions of you decided to do that. Communication with the owners was easy and quick and I appreciated that. We would love to come back and stay here again for sure!

This is an ideal location for vacation. It’s right on the beach. The owners were prompt with responses to any questions. The property was clean and perfect size. On my trip back home I realized I had left my phone charger and contacted Jack. He was so prompt with a response and was willing to mail it back to me. Definitely will be requesting to stay here again when I visit MB! Thank you!

The online booking process was easy. The condo was right on the beach and the view from the living room was wonderful. Furnishings are nice, I am picky about cleanliness ,so the backs of the bathroom doors were not up to my standards. The washer had a lot of sand/dirt from last user that I cleaned up before using as well as wiping out the silverware tray that had food crumbs in it. Fridge was nice and clean and there are plenty of linens. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants the fun of the beach within easy driving to attractions and places to eat. My family and I had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay this week. We spent most of the time on the beach, ate most of our meals in the condo which was well stocked. We enjoyed a bunch of time on the balcony. Found out after we left that we were supposed to do the laundry, feel bad we messed up on that, so just a heads up on that.

Had a wonderful time on this beach front condo. Handy first floor location with great views of the ocean, beach and pool. Elevator handy for mobility challenged guests and arrival loading of stuff. Side unit with windows made it very bright. Owners almost completedremodeling
