1259 Sharks Tooth Trail .. **NOW BOOKING FOR 2025** Welcome back to this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home that comes with a *NEW* complimentary Ion Lithium Denago golf cart w/ custom light package, sanitized linen/towels, and 1 GiG private WiFi included. **OUR PROPERTY HAS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE, MAINTAINED BY A PROFESSIONAL TURNOVER AGENCY PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!** Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want, to make those unforgettable memories with family and friends. You are only a 1-minute ride on our *NEW* Margaritaville golf cart, to enjoy time on the beach. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, cornhole, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 10 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival !!
This 3-bedroom, 2 bath home offers a queen bed in each bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a private bath and an upgraded gel/memory foam mattress topper. Kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you would need for preparing any meal, including spices, and a dishwasher to help with the clean up. Full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet. Enjoy your morning coffee with an ocean view from the front porch, with two rockers and table w/seating for four. The beachy Margaritaville atmosphere is continued down below the house with an outside area, great lounging, new furniture and including an entertainment center with a large LED cable TV and custom green LED lighting. There is a gas grill for cookouts and a convenient outdoor shower with hot/cold water to rinse off the sand before entering the home. There are lots of extras items for beach use, games and upgraded cable TV package on 3 large UHD TVs and a VCR with movie library for those times when you can't get out.

This property will exceed your expectations and more! When they say it is fully stocked it exceeds that. The only thing you need to buy is food for the week. It had been 10 years since I had been to Ocean lakes and Bud really talked the place up. When we arrived everything he said about the property and the campground was true plus more! Bud was very attentive and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was going well.Compared to other properties this is the one you need to go with. I appreciate everything Bud and Tammy provided for us and I look forward to visiting again with my family very soon!

Sun Kissed and Salty was all we dreamed it would be. I cannot find words to tell you how great Bud was to work with. He surpassed everything you could ask for in a host. From reaching out a few days before our trip to checking in the night of our arrival to make certain things were good. He was extremely patient with any questions. The house is exactly as shown and the golf cart that came along with the rental was "killer". While I understand why the there is a max 6 over night occupants - I really would love to be able to take 7. Simply beacuse of our family headcount. . If you're looking to stay at Ocean Lakes ... in a 3 bed, 2 bath -- this is the place for you.

I can't say enough positive about this property and the owner. It was spotless, very well stocked with amenities and the owner made us feel super well cared for all along the way. The resort was a hoot as well, each night there was a golf cart parade which our kids loved, and the walk to the beach was easy and short. Can't wait to return...

This was our first house rental at Ocean Lakes, Surfside Beach, SC. For the last 19 years we have camped with our 5th wheel. The camper was totaled due to multiple leaks. Since our family has grown, we decided to rent a house for this year 7/2024. I came across this rental and took a chance. I spoke with the owner, "Bud", who put mind at ease. When we arrived, the photos did not do it justice. We loved the decor. It was very clean and neat. It had EVERYTHING, even a new golf cart. Bud called us ahead of time to check on us and called us the day we arrived. He offered calling him for anything. Could not ask for a better experience. Was hoping to book for 2025 for the same week but may need a 4th BR. I'm sure this place will be gone July 4th week 2025 if it already isn't. We will not consider another rental at Ocean Lakes in the future if we only need 3 BRs. Bud gave us a peace of mind from start to finish.

This house is very clean. Owners communicated throughout the whole time my family and I were there to make sure everything was satisfactory. Golf cart that comes with the house is a great bonus to the rental. House was fully stocked with kitchen equipment. From the time we booked to after we left, this experience was perfect. The communication with the owner was always friendly and helpful. It was very clear that he wanted us to enjoy the entire week at the house.
The decor was impressive. Much thought has gone into each aspect of the house. It even has a clock that read 5 o’clock all day long. The games and beach supplies are perfect for family time. The outdoor seating is great for visitors to relax while not crowding the house.
The house made you feel comfortable the minute you walked in. The beds were super comfy and each room had the perfect amount of storage. We had 6 people for a few days and we never felt crowded.
The house is stocked perfectly. We did not need to look long for anything. It was really nice to go to a VRBO and have paper products, detergent, spices, plus any kitchen appliance you could ask for.
We were also the first to use the brand new golf cart and IT WAS AMAZING!
Overall, this is a wonderful house to rent in a fun location for families. Thank you very much for the great week. We look forward to coming back next year!!

We’ve been staying at Ocean Lakes for 9 years now. We got engaged and married at Ocean Lakes so have made it a family tradition over the years to come back which means we’ve stayed at a lot of different properties. I think this may be my very favorite. It was extremely clean, had everything you would need. The owners are absolutely wonderful and we felt at home! We will be returning for many more years! Already looking forward to next year!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here & couldn’t have asked for a better home to enjoy our OL Halloweekend trip in! Bud and Tammy have created such a lovely space underneath which we thoroughly enjoyed with our little one! Bud was very responsive and accommodating for us. Their home is fully stocked so anything you may forget most likely they will have there. Being able to use the beach equipment they’ve provided as well as their pack n play for our little was a nice bonus as well!

Everything was so easy. Pleasantly stocked. Bud was super friendly to talk to, and deal with. He even called me to check in when my wife and group hadn’t got there on anticipated time to make sure nothing had happened. Golf cart was a plus especially with my 4 year old. Bud & Tammy have a beautiful home, very clean and games for that rainy day we had during Hurricane Idalia. The golf cart is super nice & there are chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc in the shed. We absolutely loved our stay! When we arrived it was clean, smelled amazing and everything was exactly as pictured. They aren't lying when they say the house is well stocked, we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We cooked a few dinners here, enjoyed the hang out area below the house and loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. We even made it an ongoing joke about the funny sound the trashcan makes when it closes. The beds were all super comfortable, it was very nice having all linens included. We had a small toddler here (2 yrs old) and it was very easy to watch him considering the house is even equipped with child safety locks. It was also nice having the smart tv in the living room so we could watch his favorite show at nighttime before bed. Bud was VERY responsive the entirety of our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough. The location was awesome, just a short golf cart ride to the beach but still on a very quiet street. If you're thinking about booking I definitely wouldn't hesitate, this place was nothing short of amazing and felt like home away from home!
