Great home for our family.

The house was super nice and was in a great location! It was very well stocked in the kitchen and was plenty of seating for everyone. The only thing I would recommend is putting a TV in all of the bedrooms.
We had a great stay overall, The only complaint I have is that I got a text message 2 hours before our check in time saying that the house was ready and we could go check in early. When we got to the house there was someone there from Vacas fixing and he was very rude. I told him that I had gotten a text message saying we could come early and he said we were not allowed because he was fixing the fireplace. I had 2 babies in the car with me and it was extremely cold out. He told me that, that was not his problem and for us to come back at our scheduled check in time.

Great home to stay! The views were incredible! We loved the big open windows in the living room! The fireplace in the master kept my 2 year old and I very warm all night! The heated floors were amazing! The location is very peaceful and quiet. We all had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Nice overall house, but a full bedroom is missing. In the description it says 'third bedroom with two twins and a queen and access to the yard' - this bedroom wasn't available / couldn't be located in the description. Follow ups to Vacasa were ignored. Several maintenance issues in the house; no follow up other than a credit for nights where we couldn't use the hot tub. A note in the media room that radiant heat isn't working and to utilize a space heater.

This home was absolutely beautiful. We rented for the 2nd home-base for our son's wedding. The bedrooms were great, so amazing to face a bathroom in every room, the hot tub was so relaxing, the kitchen was remarkable, and the two decks with the beautiful views was the best. This home is perfect for a family get together!! With all that said, the top stair needs to have the carpet better secured as it is definitely a fall hazard. Overall great stay, thank you!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this home in Breckenridge. The home is right off of the golf course with easy access to HWY 9. About 15 minutes outside of town. Lots of trails near by for those who enjoy hiking.
It was clean upon arrival and the pictures are accurate. The only issues that we had were the windows were mostly broken / off track which made the opening and closing of them a bit difficulty. When we arrived, there was a broken chair on the deck and one of the light fixtures over the stove was broken off.
The upstairs / master suite is nice and airy. The room, however gets quite hot. It might be nice to have a little air conditioner in there. Also, we tried to bathe the kids in the jacuzzi tub upstairs. The jets spewed out brown water :(.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the home was very nice.

Heated floors, big open ceilings, wood beam foundation and stone accents. Beautiful "cabin/home" feel. Everything was spotless clean and the turnkey team was responsive and texted promptly whenever we had a question. Town was only 3 miles away, so this was a perfect location if you prefer to be a little off of main street. Saw two Moose in the backyard as well. It was a very quiet and wonderful stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home
I decided to come to Breckinridge to celebrate my birthday! I was a little skeptical about traveling. I was happy to find a beautiful, clean home with a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this home to others and their family! I personally can’t wait to come back!

Location is everything!
We loved this home! It was the perfect getaway for our family! The location was amazing! Centrally located to Breckinridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne and Dillon! Home was well stocked designed beautifully. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! Enjoyed watching the cross country skiers just outside the beautiful, picturesque living room window! Only have a few small complaints. There needs to be some maintenance issues addressed: they weren’t major, but it was just enough to be a little aggravating. One of the downstairs bathrooms the toilet didn’t work properly. It ran all the time. Had to be manually flushed. (By taking off back lid) Downstairs heat did not work in one portion of the house but there were electric heaters provided. Master bedroom bathroom had issues with the sink stopper. My husband had to get under the sink and fix that so it could be functional. Shower head in master bath had a leak and it squirted water out of the shower when turned on so we had to address that. Many cabinet doors in the kitchen were very loose and seekingly about to fall off at any tug of them so we had to be careful with that. These are just all normal wear and tear issues and can be fixed easily. It didn’t deter us from having a great time, but if you are not somewhat of a Handy man then they could’ve been frustrating. Other than that we loved our stay there and would stay again!

Awesome Snowy Getaway
A group of 9 of us stayed in this beautiful home to enjoy skiing and snowmobiling in both Brek and Vail - it was a gorgeous home and very well kept. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice place. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is a plus. Keep in mind one of the bedrooms only has a pull out sofa. The place is very clean with nice views. Only negative is the place has lots of lightbulbs that are out. They just need to go through and check them all.

Amazing. The view of the nordic ski track was fun for my non-skiing family to enjoy while the rest of us were at Breckenridge mountain. The large entertaining area allowed us to gather and enjoy time with my young son. The room configuration allowed us to accommodate four groups of adults without feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. Thank you for sharing.

Reviewer Comments:
We had an amazing Christmas break ski vacation at this house. It fit all of us very comfortably. It was centrally located to both Breck and Keystone and a short trip to Beaver Creek. We loved how close to both downtown Breck and Frisco we were for shopping and dining. Even with the lockdown we were able to enjoy an igloo dinner downtown Breck and take out pizza.
The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing. The heated floors were an added bonus on the chilly mornings. The heated garage was also nice for keeping our ski gear warm overnight. We cannot recommend this house enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
