About this house rental

This is a newly renovated single family home is located downtown, close to all of Milwaukee has to offer.

With 4 Bedrooms, 9 beds and 3 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes.

The main floor boasts an open concept with updated kitchen, communal dining table and living room. Also on the first floor is a gram-worthy mural painted by a local Milwaukee muralist. The lower level/game room and connected outdoor space add an additional location for gathering.

Our goal is to provide a home where folks can gather, enjoy each others company and stay all in the same place. We've organized the home to be conducive for larger groups. Here is a breakdown of the home:

The main floor includes the living/dining/kitchen space and is very open and inviting. A full bathroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one full bed round out the first floor.

The finished lower level/game room we've dubbed "The High Life Lounge" provides another welcoming location for entertaining. Arcade games, foosball, dart board, beer pong table and a projector make this a fun space for all. This lower level also opens onto a nice outdoor patio complete with furniture, fire-pit, umbrella, grill and outdoor games.

The second story has:
- One bedroom with a King bed
- Master suite with a King Bed and 2 pull out couches and a master en-suite bathroom and an outdoor patio.
- One bedroom with 3 full size beds
- An additional full bathroom

This was a great stay for our group of adults. Nice house in walking distance of everything we needed. The very steep stairs coupled with the loose hand railing was tough for our small children. Would stay again without the kiddos.

We went with a group of 12 for my younger brother’s bachelor party. The house was the right size for us all to fit very comfortably, and we loved the common area for being able to all hang out together and play cards and chat. We grilled out one night and it was just a great house for when you all want to hang out as a big group. Easily walked north to Brady Street and south towards the Milwaukee RiverWalk area. All in all, would recommend this house for large groups looking to experience Milwaukee. Check-in/check-out process was a breeze and Kevin always responded quickly to any questions I had.

Kevin communicated well upon initial reservation, before and during check in. The electronic lock was not cooperating and he responded to my phone call immediately to address the issue. The price was reasonable and the property and neighborhood was accurately described. The common space temperature was well regulated with the thermostat and the bedrooms had additional space heaters to combat the night time temperatures in the teens. Our party of 6 men had plenty of sleeping space. I recommend this property!

Check-in process wasn't perfect, tech issues resulted in late access to the house. Not something I'd be concerned with in the future. Would absolutely recommend this property for any group over 8 people, it is perfect for that. Would 100% use this location again!

This place was just as listed. Beautiful, well appointed, comfortable beds, ample space and close to MKE tourist attractions. The landlord was very responsive as noted by other reviewers. We had a variety of small issues and he was communicative and helpful at every turn. Book this place for your get-away! You won't regret it!!

This property was perfect for what I was looking for. Close to everything! Walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. The house was very spacious and the owners were very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions!

Kevin was easy to communicate with, had excellent suggestions for our first trip to Milwaukee. House had plenty of room for the whole group, and the open living space on the first floor made hanging out and meals together really easy. Location was perfect, 15 minutes to everything. Would recommend to anyone visiting Milwaukee with a big group.

I organized a gathering for a group of 15 and could not have asked for more. For starters, the location was awesome! The group was able to walk everywhere we needed to. And driving or ride share would be great options for anything out of desired walking range. The house was very well updated, clean, and has several great spaces for groups to gather and room to sleep comfortably. Our group especially enjoyed the large dining table. Kevin and Allison were terrific from the moment I booked. They were responsive within 10-15 minutes the few times I reached out before our stay. (and even faster during our stay) Would absolutely recommend for large groups and will look to stay again on my next group weekend in Milwaukee!

The house was a perfect location for my sisters bachelorette party. Kevin was very accommodating and answered any questions that I had. The space was big enough to comfortably sleep our party size. We all truly enjoyed our stay, and I hope to return!

The place was very clean and spacious. Host gifts you with high life beer and a bag a coffee. Extra linens and towels everywhere. Showers stocked with shampoo soap and conditioner. Kitchen adequately stocked. Lots of shops walking distance. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Great great host

A group of us returned to MKE for a Marquette game. Kevin & Allison’s home was absolutely perfect for our long weekend. Fantastic location (quick walk to Fiserv, lots of dining options nearby, grocery store literally a block away), plenty of beds and bathrooms for us, super fun game room, lots of space to hang out with the open floor plan, very clean, kitchen perfect for making a couple of meals at home to save some money. MKE had a cold snap during our stay and they brought over space heaters to help in the bedrooms (even though it was totally comfortable in the house without them, the extra heaters did help a lot in the extreme circumstances). Wonderful, communicative, and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend and we’ll make it our go-to for future visits!

This is such a beautiful home! We used this for a long weekend in Milwaukee with some friends and it had everything we needed! It is in a great location, beautifully updated, and so clean. Kevin and Allison were so quick to respond and had amazing recommendations for the area. We appreciated their assistance with the parking situation (street + spots in the back) - their directions were clear, simple, and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any of our friends!!

This vrbo rental was fantastic for our Bachelor party. Is within walking distance of groceries, bars and many food establishments. Sleeps many guests as well--spacious. Thanks to Kevin, he was a wonderful host.

This place was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. There were 13 of us, but the sleeping arrangements fit us all and the 3 bathrooms were great. There's a great gaming room in the basement. I also loved the extra long dining table so we could all sit and eat together! The location of the house is perfect, as we walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. Kevin is a great host and answered my call right away on a Friday night when we were having trouble getting in the front door. Just a few minor things of constructive feedback for the host: the bathroom door on the first floor did not close, for some reason it'd pop back open each time. We ended up using the books in the bathroom to keep it propped closed. We also had to buy toilet paper and paper towels during our stay as the house wasn't equipped for a group of our size. But overall, we had the best time and would definitely return to this lovely home!

Our stay was great! The home was decorated so beautifully, the showers were great, kitchen awesome, rooms worked out perfectly! Plenty of space! We didn't use the basement, but it has a lot to offer.
