Pictures make it look bigger than it actually is. The WiFi went out will we were there. We stayed 5 night’s and only had WiFi for 1 of the nights, so that was frustrating & disappointing.

We had a great time! Place is as described and clean. Cabin in the woods and feels like it, nothing fancy. The loft with the two beds upstairs is small but worked great for us and our teenagers with grandparents downstairs. Fire pit was great. There are neighbors around, very close but it wasn’t an issue for us. It has everything you need and some games for the family.

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely go back!

I loved the cabin. It was so cozy and so close to the stores. It was also close to Yellowstone which was great!!!!. The cabin had everything you needed plus more. I will definitely be looking to come back!

My family had a great time staying at this cabin. Our boys age 9 & 10 loved staying in the loft and considered it there fort. We staying here while visiting Yellowstone and it was an easy drive in and out the park.

Overpriced for the value. Highest we paid in 5 locations we visited in 20 days. Ants at the dinner table first night. Screens broken which let in ants. Back patio door screen broken so couldn't open for fresh air-no AC.

Was an amazing experience staying at this place in early November. The cabin was so cozy while it was snowing heavily outside. The facilities were great accessible even in the snow.
Do recommend having a reliable 4x4 with chains around this time of the year.
Would definitely want to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was wonderful, the kids really liked "our cabin". They were always anxious to get back every evening.

Very good location, great cabin. It was mostly very clean. It had a lot of dishes and utensils. We used the slow cooker one day for dinner. It was very comfotable and had everything we needed. Loved that we could do laundry while there. There was plenty of towels and wash cloths. Overall I would rate this a 4 out of 5 and would book it again. .

Clean, Good Location - Very close neighbors
Directions to get there were convoluted, as they just gave us a dropped pin to direct us. I suggest letting people know the house isn't actually on Shoshone, but it's easier to enter from Shoup St. Once we figured that out, it was better. The thing we weren't happy about was that there were neighbors in Trailers/RV's VERY close to the back of the property, we were uncomfortable eating out back because of the proximity to them - The pictures online don't show that. There were 3 of the neighborhood dogs close to the cabin and one even stole our bag marshmallows! (We got them back). Also, the loft with the 2 beds is extremely small, you cannot stand up there at all. My teenage kids ended up sharing the sofa-couch for the entire week we were there. The oven also didn't open all the way because it was a tight fit and hit the cupboard on the way down. After 3 days we realized there was a little wiggle room and shimmied it over so we could open it all the way.
Otherwise, the property was very clean, and the check in/out process was clear. There were immediate responses to all questions prior to and during our stay. We had a great time by the outdoor fire pit and it's a nice location to get to Yellowstone, where we spent 3 of our days. Thank you for letting us use your cute cabin.

Great Stay
The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Beautifully decorated with plenty of kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the firepit and were able to go to Grand Tetons due to the Yellowstone closure. We would definitely stay here again.

Out of all the places near Yellowstone, this is certainly one of the worst. Spoiler Alert: I did not fully enjoy my experience at Hayloft Hollow. In fact, after multiple unsatisfactory calls to Property manager name, we ended up cutting our vacation short by two days just to get out of here. This review is based on my experience in May 2022.
Things I wish I knew before deciding to stay at Hayloft Hollow. When they say remote, they really mean remote. Picture bumpy dirt roads with giant potholes for 10 minutes. Yea, that type of remote. Despite being a bit off the beaten path, there are still houses all around. Property Overall Feeling: Everything is as described in the pictures, although we still felt very misled. The place appears very dirty and sad in person. When we first walked in, there was a pungent odor (which we were informed was from prior tenants). This odor dissipated over the next 2-3 days, but who wants to spend their vacation waiting for a property to air out? The outdoor fireplace was half covered in snow, rendering it unusable. Even if we wanted to shovel the snow (we didn't), the chairs were also dirty in the shed. The backyard table and grill are in need of a deep cleaning. Cooking Surfaces/Materials: All the staples were included. Most plates and dishes looked like they had been lightly wiped with a damp towel. A former renter melted something plastic in the oven top rack, which we only noticed as it melted into our dinner.Service: Unfortunately for Kabino Property Manager this appeared to be the perfect storm for things to go wrong. Our initial reaction to the property was disappointment due to the cleanliness and smell. While they did try to get cleaners to revisit the property, no such cleaner arrived in the 3 days we were there. The guidance we received was to "air out" the property from the prior tenants, and to "look under the sink for cleaning materials". Property manager said “my husband can clean since you’re pregnant”.
To help ensure my reviews are not based on any specific overreaction (positive or negative), I usually wait a week before reviewing properties. I've stayed in remote cabins before, and was expecting to have to rough it. A week later, I can now reflect with certainty that this was the worst place I've stayed in for the past five years.

Yellowstone getaway
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Before arriving, we were notified by management that the furnace heater was not working but they had someone going out to try to troubleshoot the problem. They were able to get a temporary fix with the furnace and we were provided with space heaters just in case. We ended up not having to use the heaters, but we were super grateful for the attentiveness and quick response of management. The cabin was a little dated but nonetheless, very clean. I would recommend to anyone staying here: get your groceries/snacks prior to getting to the cabin. It is about a 20-25 minute drive from the cabin back to West Yellowstone. Not many options for dining close the cabin either. One restaurant we did eat at, at the recommendation of a management member, was the Lakehouse Lodge. It was a casual, cool little place with great food!
We especially enjoyed having an outdoor fire pit to enjoy in the evenings
We had a very nice stay here and we would stay here again if our travels ever take us back to this area!
