Great Valle Crucis cabin close to just about everything. Very quite, tucked away on a lovely hill off of Broadstone Road. Very spacious with large living room, kitchen and front porch. High Recommended for visit to the area.

We had a very easy check in. Cabin is convenient to lots of activities. The kids loved the creek outside.

Our Florida family enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. The sound of the creek was wonderful, the grazing deer were fun to watch and we loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace. Property was easy to access, yet close to Sugar and Beech Mountain. We hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and in a great location. We also really enjoyed watching the deer each evening.

A great property with plenty of space and room and a bonus feature is having the hot tub

Property and cabin was lovely. Creek and woods were very peaceful. Only negative is they did not have adequate lighting in the main area. We had to move lamps and buy light bulbs at a nearby store to have proper lighting. Recommend that they put in warm light bulbs instead of the cold LED throughout main floor area.

House was charming and perfectly located to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Grandfather Mountain. Check-in and check-out was real easy. Accommodations were just what we were looking for coming from stressful city life. Can’t wait to rebook next year!

Beautiful, Family Friendly Property
This was a beautiful, family friendly property. We are a family of four with a two-year-old and a four-year-old. The upstairs bedrooms were perfectly suited for the boys, and the wood blinds blocked out all light making the rooms nice and dark for naps. Noting this because I had brought travel blackout curtains and did not need them. The yard is huge, grassy and not too steep with a creek that runs right through it. My boys had a blast building campfires at the fire pit overlooking the water and splashing around the rocks. The kitchen is well appointed, we were able to cook all of our meals there without issue. The property is exceptionally clean. Location for this home is absolute high country perfection. It's a very short drive (~5 minutes) to the original Mast General Store (shopping, ice cream, the "candy barrel") as well as Valle Crucis Park which is one of the best family oriented parks in the area. The home is also close to Hwy 105 with easy access into Boone, Blowing Rock and up to Foscoe and Banner Elk. This is going to be our "forever" mountain vacation home as long as it's available!
