We had six adults and two infants, and the home was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were super comfortable; the location was a five or so minute drive to downtown; and the game room, back yard, and all the streaming options on the TV made the house a perfect place to decompress in between activities. We’d absolutely stay here again.

While not close enough to walk to (at least for us :-)) the property is conveniently located to the downtown hustle and bustle- easy uber ride. The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our little gathering- loved the firepit and hot tub! Would definitely stay again!

Such a nice cute home with all the conveniences of home. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit. But the house was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was so quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Especially being so close to downtown!

We enjoyed a fun getaway to Fredericksburg with our daughters. The location of this house is perfect! The wine trolly had no problem picking us up and Uber rides were easy to find as well! Lovely house, comfy beds, nice backyard with friendly neighbors!

This was a great place for our weekend get away! The house was immaculate, and it smelled so good. Everything was the way that it was presented in the pictures and descriptions. The communication with the property owners was great, and they happily accommodated us with our check in time. The check out process was easy and simple. Overall, the whole group was impressed and happy with the house and stay!

We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday and this was the perfect spot for us! The house was super cute and everyone kept commenting on how cute and cozy the house was. All the beds were nice and comfortable as well as the couches! We would will definitely book again!

Amazing house! Great location!
I loved staying at this VRBO! The bed was comfy and the space had everything we needed. The hot tub and backyard were perfect and I loved the location! Microwave door had to be pushed in and held after closing for microwave to work. House behind property has a large dog outside that barks at EVERYTHING. Makes the backyard unenjoyable. These are minor compared to what we had to deal with on the hot tub.
The hot tub was the #1 reason we chose this location. 2 couples and 4 kids age 2-4. We wanted something the kids could enjoy with their grandparents while we were out. Hot tub was slow to heat up. But it was warm outside and water wasn't too cold, so we went ahead and let the kids play in it. No issues while they played. Got out after a while, went about our day. Later that day, we began noticing some rashes popping up on the kids arms, legs, and bellies. We didn't know what to think of it at the time. Around bath time, they were screaming to get out of the bath because the "water hurt their skin." We made a connection with the hot tub, called property owner, who told us to try heating up the hot tub again tomorrow and if we had any more issues with it, call her pool guy directly. So we ended up calling pool guy after what we saw on our kids skin and swim suits. They were prompt, and sent someone out almost immediately. The guy is there literally 30 seconds and tells me, "ya'll shouldn't be swimming in this it's unsafe." I ask why, and he explains to me that he tested it and found chlorine levels of 18. I asked what was normal, and he said 3-4. So I dug deeper and asked to see test results.
We checked in on 3/14. That morning, the hot tub had been tested and produced a chlorine level of 18, 500% over what's considered normal. AND WE WERE STILL ALLOWED TO CHECK IN AND PUT OUR KIDS IN THE HOT TUB. Not only that, I saw that the hot tub had also been tested on 3/7, a week prior to our check-in, producing a chlorine level of 12.
So we have 4 kids with rashes on the bodies, screaming at the top of their lungs in the bath because of burning skin, and swim suits that HAVE BEEN BLEACHED AND RUINED due to the high chlorine levels in the hot tub. Wife calls property owner and here was her reply:
1) Pool guy can come out and talk to you (not sure what that would solve, damage is done)
2) $100 refund (are you kidding, that doesn't even cover cost of ruined swim suits, let alone what kids are dealing with)
3) PACK UP & CHECK OUT WITHIN THE HOUR!!
Bottom line, property owner allowed my kids to be put in an unsafe situation. Then told to accept $100 or get out within the hour.
