Considering the close location to Palm Beach and the facilities of this villa, we host lots of families.
This wonderful property has a spacious living room, with fall asleep couches as described by several guests, a charming open kitchen and bedrooms fit for kings and queens. It also suits groups of friends looking for the go-to central location.
Comfortable and spacious, perfect to base yourself for your island adventures.
You can drive to shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes close by in mere minutes.
The house features several Smart TV’s throughout and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, washer driver etc.
We uphold the highest standards in having our property disinfected by a professional cleaning company on a regular basis.
We also leave at least one day in between each booking for a thorough cleaning by our housekeeping staff, so you feel extra secure regarding the cleanliness of the property. We were always focused on spotless and clean, and in current times we increased this feature exponentially. Without a doubt, this place makes for a real "revival" for those in need of one.

The property was GORGEOUS and so close to everything! The owner was very attentive and even gave us places to got for the 4th of July! He made sure we knew what all was happening the week we went! It was plenty of room for 6. I would stay here everytime I come if available! Truly a great experience!

We were welcomed by the host/owner Arnold and was pleasantly surprised they the property looked better in person than what we saw online. Ultra modern appliances, super clean and everything you would want in a vacation home. Arnold was available 24/7 for help and info on rides, restaurants etc.. I asked the people in our group was there anything negative about our stay and couldn’t find anything bad to say. This was the best vacation rental any of us ever had and look forward to continuing our relationship in the future.

What a fantastic place to stay! Arnold went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our stay! This was our first (and not last) trip to Aruba and we're so glad we rented a house vs. a hotel or resort. The house and a rental car allowed us to better explore the island. The bedrooms and attached bathrooms were perfect for our family overall. The pool was excellent! We appreciated having all the necessities (and more) to venture off to multiple beaches too. Chairs, coolers, umbrella and towels were great. We loved eating together outside and even grilling a couple of meals at the house. We highly recommend this house! Arnold was the best host!

I don't know if there is a better place to stay. I have been to Hawaii twice, and Arnold's rental puts them both to shame. The property was so well laid out, and so well equipped. Everything was very clean. Arnold was very helpful, and responded immediately to any questions we had. He met us at the property when arriving and when leaving. We decided to do lots of walking as a group (all adults). Most things were very close and easy to get to. We rented a car for a couple of days to tour the island. The beaches are less than 10 minutes walking. A great restaurant about 2 minutes away is Eduardo's, for breakfast or lunch. I would have absolutely no reservations to recommending this Arnold's place. It definitely lives up to it's reputation

This property is everything and MORE. Arnold the host was responsive and available with recommendations and anything we needed! The property is even better than pictured! It had everything we needed and was just spectacular! We went to grill steaks and ran out of propane and there was a spare. Arnold manages all the little details so you can have a wonderful vacation!!! the house is close to everything and is private and just gorgeous!!!! Perfect for families, girls' weekend, or a group of couples!!! It's PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT!!!! if you rent you will not be disappointed!!!!

We can’t say enough great things about this property! It is everything you see and more. This was our first time to Aruba and we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were a little nervous about not staying at a resort but we are so glad we didn’t! This property is immaculate and is so close to everything! Arnold is AMAZING. He communicated through the entire process and really helped make our trip an enjoyable one. Not only did he greet us at the property, but he gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. He would send messages through the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. We absolutely loved Aruba and especially this home! If you want your own private place in paradise make sure to book this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Arnold is a wonderful host so helpful with recommendations from fishing charters to beaches and restaurants! The house is even better then the pictures and everything is supplied beach towels chairs soap and shampoo. We have grown kids in their twenties and they brought their friends (6 of us). The house was more than enough space for all of us including a pool house. We plan on making this an annual trip! Thank you Arnold!!!!

What a property! We were greeted by the owner, who was so kind! He walked us through the property and showed us everything it had to offer. He even had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations around the house to make it feel welcoming! The house was immaculate! So clean, and had amazing amenities. The outdoor area was so nice to hang out in. We ate dinners out on the patio, sat around the pool and had drinks! I read every morning out in the very comfortable lounge chairs that overlooked the pool. he gave us a mini options for local places to eat, he sent us information on restaurants and shopping that was open during Christmas. I would send him messages and he would communicate back right away. He really helped us with any questions we had! We will be definitely going back to Aruba in the future and will most likely stay at this property or another one by the same owner.

We have been to Aruba several times in the past and always stayed in a hotel. This was the first time we rented a house and it could not have been any better. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities you could need. Our host Arnold was great and always available to answer any questions we had. He made the whole process easy. We will definitely be back next year.

The property was fantastic, the rooms, bedding, beach gear, towels and stocked items (ie. coffee, tea, paper products) were plentiful and stocked. The owner was extremely responsive with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. When there was a problem the owner arranged the repair immediately. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We booked our stay initially to support a friend who chose the ‘Happy Island’ as the site for her wedding. Unbeknownst to us the annual music festival was being held at the same time. Thank goodness for our host Arnold. He had all the answers and even questions we didn’t know we would have. From one end of the island to the other our party explored and merged with friends we brought with us and met along the way. The trip was nothing short of amazing. The home was immaculate. It met every need we could have imagined. I arrived before my husband and even with Arnold’s explicit instructions I still managed to get lost and he talked me through everything. Upon arrival and checking in I was able to call home and have my husband unpack tons of things that we would normally bring along. The home was more than favorably stocked for our stay. From pool floats, to portable speakers, board games and cleaning supplies Arnold had us covered. We truly felt as if we were still at home. Although we didn’t need it we had his direct phone line to contact him at anytime during the stay. We could have stayed another week on the happy island and believe me our little family is already looking forward to visiting again and of course staying with Arnold.

The property is so lovely and perfect for groups who enjoy a little space. Three teen girls loved having their own pool house and spending some time away from the adults. Everyone loved gathering either at the kitchen island or covered patio table for meals , but I believe poolside was the favorite spot for all! Thalidomide property has everything one needs to enjoy an Aruban Holiday. The host, Arnold met us at arrival to provide keys and information about the property. He also spent about an hour offering information about the island and local restaurants etc. He is very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Our host, Arnold is outstanding! He reached out just after booking to see if we had any questions about the island , any specific needs and he even offered to get us a car or send some info. Each of the few questions I asked him were answered quickly and thoroughly He even checked back several times prior to our arrival to see if he could assist us with anything. The listing and pictures do not do this house justice. It is very well maintained and was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. Arnold greeted us and went through everything with us about the house, where everything was , etc. He again asked us what we were looking to do and offered us suggestions and even sent us links to restaurant's and an art tour. When I had a simple question while visiting , again, he responded quickly. The house is very nice and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine pods . In the pool area there are tables and chairs in the shed there are floats , beach chairs , umbrella and games . Each room has its own bath and the guest suite is also fully equipped , even with a washer and dryer as well. Plenty of linens , towels ( beach as well) and all household items were found there, making it very easy and stress free for us to not have to worry about running right to the store to pick up many little items. We have been to many house rentals in the past, this one is very near the top as one of our true favorites to date. We have already been thinking about our next trip to Aruba ( this was our 3rd ) and we will definitely be renting this home again. It is very well located near Palm Beach and the hotel district-less than 5 minutes , and our favorite Arashi Beach - also 5 minutes away. Has a large driveway - would hold 3 cars , we had 2 . Plenty of space . Gated driveway with remote . We felt very secure in the house and the neihborhood. Can't wait to come back !!

What a beautiful experience we had this property. We were welcomed by Arnold. He is just simple wonderful. He took care of everything, we didn’t need anything but our clothes. The house is super clean and cozy. We felt like we were home. I highly recommend staying here in Aruba…We will be back! Thank you :)

My cousins and I came for an all girls trip and had such a blast! The house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. We spent most of our time in the backyard with the pool and really nice dining area. Everything that we wanted to do was just a drive away. Would definitely recommend!
