Buffet copieux et beaucoup de choix
L’accueil était médiocre à notre départ. Entre 5 et 10mn de retard et ils voulaient nous charger une heure en plus avec déjà 10000 euros dépensés. Quel culot !

Le site est merveilleux je dirais même paradisiaque avec ses piscines et sa position au bord de l’Océan.
J'ai apprécié la musique congolaise et africaine lors des repas.
Les soirées sont vraiment mouvementées avec des spectacles et un bon DJ avec une musique multiculturelle.

Le chambre était spacieuse et le nettoyage impeccable. Le personnel était très aimable et disponible. Réception très réactif. Pour information, pour l’accès au spa journalier comme indiqué sur booking, c’est juste l’accès à la piscine du spa, les massages sont bien payant.
Les plats du restaurant qui n’était pas forcément à notre goût.

THE BREAKFAST, LUNCHAND DINNER WAS AMAIZING AND ALSO THE COCKTAILS AT AL THE BARS. CHAMPEINE FOR BREAKFAST AND ANY OTHER MEAL? YES PLEASE..... THERE WAS ALSO A SNACK BAR WHICH HAD PIZZA,BURGERS,FRIES ICE CREAM THROUGH OUT THE DAY.
THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT SINCE IT WAS IN NUNGWI BEACH. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A CONSTRUCTION ON THE NEXT PROPERTY WHO USED TO WAKE US UP WITH TRAILERS AND CONSTRUCTION NOISES. SO WE COULD NOT SLEEP IN MOST OF THE DAYS. THE HOTEL FACILITY HAD NO TOOTHPASTE AND SHOWER CAP SO WE HAD TO BUY THE TOOTHPASTE AND ASK HOUSE KEEPING TO PROVIDE US WITH SHOWER CAPS.THE HOTEL IS ABIT TOO CROWDED. THE CHECK OUT TIME IS AT 12 NOON STRICTLY AND THE CARD STOPS WORKING SO YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE RECEPTION TO NEGOTIATE FOR THEM TO OPEN AND TAKE OUT YOUR LAGGAGE.

пляж отличный, хорошая кухня, номера и отель чистый
при заселении, учитывая, что это была ночь, на ресепшене нам больше 40 минут держали из за того, что у них в системе кака то ошибка и в брони не видели ребенка. При этом в бронировании все было четко указано. Специалисты на ресепшн абсолютно не ориентированы на клиента. Вместо того, чтобы дать нам один номер из двух и дать возможность положить спать ребенка, который уже сидел плакал. Три человека смотрели в бронь и не могли посчитать людей. Странно. что поддержка отеля на букинге ответила, что вы разбирайтесь на месте сами. Вот это очень расстроило. Никакой компенсации за свою же ошибку никто тоже не предложил и даже не извинились

Ben eşim ve 2.5 yaşında kızımız ile 10 gün konakladık. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için riuland çocuk oyun alanı bulunması ve burada saatlik ücret ile 4 yaş altı çocuklara dadılık hizmeti verilmesi bizim için konforlu bir tatil olanağı sağladı. Riuland’da kızımız ile ilgilenen Diana’ya teşekkür ederiz. Havuz etrafındaki aktiviteler ve neredeyse tüm gün ikram edilen yiyecek ve içecekler lezzetliydi. Gerek açık büfe kahvaltısı ve her akşam farklı ana yemekler ile dünya mutfağı açık büfe akşam yemekleri çok çok lezzetliydi. Yemek sonrası her akşam farklı aktiviteler ve gösteriler çok iyiydi. Plaj ve denize zaten söylenecek bir söz yok muazzam. Bu plajda daha önceki yıllar 3 farklı otelde kaldık. Bu otel gerçekten çok iyiydi. Çocuklu aile iseniz kesinlikle burda kalmalısınız.

Flott hotell, med fine fasiliteter. Stort resort med flere basseng, barer og restauranter.
Personalet i resepsjonen var hyggelig når vi ankom hotellet. Når vi fikk hotellrommet våres så oppdaget vi at vasken var tett og vannet ikke ville renne ned. Vi kontaktet resepsjonen tre ganger igjennom dagen, de sa at de skulle sende noen som skulle fikse det hver gang, men ingen kom. De kom aldri og fikset vasken og vi fikk aldri noe beklagelsen for situasjonen, fikk heller ikke tilbud om å bytte rom. Opplevde personalet i resepsjonen som arrogante og lite behjelpelig, de presterte også å lyve for oss under utsjekk.
Butikken på resortet stengte også 10min før opplyst stengetid og nektet og slippe kunder inn, selv om det stod flere kunder utenfor. Totalt sett så ødelegger dette veldig helhetsinntrykket på hotellopplevelsen.

Cela fait 3 ans que je viens à zanzibar et c'est le pire hotel que j'ai fait. C'est extrement cher pour les prestations. Cet hotel a des équipements bas de gamme pour le prix que l'on paie et nous avons eu l'impression qu'ils ont tirés sur tous les prix pour les prestations meme jusqu'aux animations en soiree (pitoyable...karaoké ou danses du personnel avec costumes de fortune...mdr)
ce que j'ai aimé: le confort de la chambre, la vue sur mer, nous étions surclassés ( vue directe sur mer mais en échange pas de lit double...2 grand lit collés), la situation car le village de nungwi est à proximité et surtout dans cette zone pas de marée ce qui est très appréciable, en revanche la zone de nage de l'hotel est horrible, nous sommes parqués entre des bouées car jetski et bateau passent à proximité...dommage avec une étendue d'eau aussi magique. Il vous suffit de marcher qq minutes et vous avez des plages magiques
La zone de pilotti sur la mer est exceptionelle avec un point de vue magnifique mais n'est ouvert qu à partir de 17H30.
Nous n'avons pas testé les piscines donc je ne sais pas
La liste est longue....car ils sont allés à l'économie sur beaucoup de point et cela se ressent pourtant hotel récent
Pour la nourriture, le buffet est en effet à profusion de nourriture mais sans trop de saveurs..; les fruits ne sont pas murs, bcp de pizza, pates , toujours le meme poisson pendant une semaine, c'est quand meme dommage d'etre dans un tel pays qui regorgent de ces ressources ...cela convient aux russes en tout cas.
Les restaurants privatifs sont à fuir....surtout l'italien (les raviolis étaient immangeables) nous avons quittés la table avant la fin pour finir au buffet.
Pour les bars, aucun cocktail à base de jus de fruit local...vraiment dommage, seulement des cocktails que l'on retrouve en europe..;(spritz, mojito...) dans las autres hotels, cocktails avec mangue ou passions
pour les équipements:
les transats de soleil ne sont absolument pas confortables car pas de coussin..; serviettes de plage minuscule, bar de plage qui ferme à 18H très bizarre comme concept (donc pas d'apéro possible sur la plage),
l'hotel est une énorme usine à touriste pour satisfaire les gens qui boivent et mangent toute la journée.
Plage privatives avec de nombreux cailloux affleurant le sable, je me suis arrachée l'ongle au bout de 3 jours...
Dans la chambre; le mini bar est renouvellé que tous les 2 jours...donc pas d'eau à disposition tpous les jours...jamais vu cela dans un 5 étoiles
Pas d'apres shampoing, ni de lait pour le corps. Nous avons du demander aux femmes de chambres, qui en avaient à disposition. On leur a demandé pourquoi il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres, et leur réponse etait que sinon les clients les volent...du grand n'importe quoi pour un 5 étoiles.
Moisi déjà apparent dans les joints de la douche, les trvaux de construction ont du aussi etre fait à la va vite.

Theres only fizzy drinks in the room fridges, having juice would've been nice, the aircon temperature only sets to 24 °C and no aircon in the lifts too hot 🥵. On the alcohol no ciders

Outside of the hotels control, but there are quite a few beach boys trying to sell there wares. We understand its part of the culture, but are spending some money with some vendors, it did get a little tiresome.

Per l'albergo non trovo nemmeno un difetto... l'unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuto è sapere che buttano via il cibo avanzato quando ci sono tanta gente che ha fame li intorno.

The resort is very well managed and the property is in tip-top shape. The rooms were nice and modern and the staff was friendly and professional. The location on the beach is beautiful.
-Personally, I would have appreciated some non-smoking zones in the bar areas and the pool/beach chair areas. Outside of the main restaurant, it was difficult to escape the second-hand smoke.
-The beach lounges were all on top of each other, unlike some of the other resorts that had more personal space for guests.
-Also, it would be great to have more sit- down dinner options.
-The hawkers on the beach were annoying, but that’s out of the resort’s control—although the resort security guards did a good job of keeping them at bay around the property.

Resort da "lusso" (anche se vanno riviste molte cose, per essere un 4 stelle che si fa ben pagare...) nel cuore di Zanzibar, sulla costa migliore di tutta l'isola.
Camere grandi e pulite.
Abbiamo provato tutti i ristornati e tutti hanno superato le nostre aspettative! Cucina buonissima!!!
Ci sono però diverse note dolenti, che purtroppo vanno riviste in una struttura di questo tipo.
La nostra camera era all'ottavo piano (ultimo) con vista mare spettacolare, tuttavia durante il nostro soggiorno stavano costruendo le camere al piano superiore e dalle 8 del mattino iniziavano i lavori con martelli pneumatici e rumori di ogni tipo che terminavano nel pomeriggio inoltrato. Questo è inammissibile se io pago per stare nella tranquillità e non tra i lavori (che andrebbero fatti quando nei periodi di bassa stagione la struttura chiude). Questi lavori, inoltre, hanno causato per diversi giorni di fila un' interruzione di acqua nel bagno (letteralmente, aprivamo i lavandini e non usciva neanche una goccia d'acqua a qualunque ora del giorno, impedendoci dopo una giornata di escursioni, la doccia). Abbiamo segnalato durante i nostri 10 giorni di soggiorno questi problemi, ma la cosa più assurda è che tutti i ragazzi della reception non capiscono bene l'inglese. Alle nostre richieste annuivano ma non risolvevano il problema (e non capivano cosa avessimo detto) rispondendoci in tutt altro modo.
Lavandino del bagno perennemente otturato (segnalato anche questo, arrivato il tecnico, dopo qualche ora si otturava nuovamente).
Ulteriore nota dolente: i corvi in spiaggia. So che magari la struttura non può farci granchè, ma erano alquanto invadenti, rubando cibo dai piatti, camminando sui nostri lettini e facendo cacca dove ci sedevamo (esistono delle figure apposta specializzate per cacciare via, con i falchi, che la struttura potrebbe pensare di reclutare ad esempio).
Per essere quindi un resort da 4 stelle, molte cose vanno assolutamente riviste, soprattutto per il prezzo pagato che non corrisponde in alcun modo al servizio offerto.

A minha estadia no hotel RIU Jambo foi excelente, o buffet do café da manha era estupendo, super bem equilibrado, com diversas variedades desde frutas, sumos, snacks, tinha um pouquinho de tudo, uma maravilha. Adorei
A agua que e consumida no bar Rafiki, por não ser mineral criou nos alguns distúrbios estomagais. Se possível podiam melhorar nessa parte, servir apenas agua mineral, dos resto esteve tudo super bem, eu e minhas filhas adoramos a diversidade de ambientes existentes no resort.

The hotel exceeded our expectations especially the food at the various restaurants, the main restaurant food was outstanding.The daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners served at the main restaurant had great variety and was exceptional from a food quality perspective. The Christmas Eve buffet was world class, from the Lobster and prawns to the cuisines from around the world, our tastebuds were tantalised! The location of the hotel is idyllic with breathtaking views of the ocean and a stunning beach to swim or relax under the shade of its many trees. I would definitely go back to this piece of paradise.
The coffee was terrible,it tasted salty so it could have been the local tap water used.

O hotel tem todas as facilidades necessárias para se passar uma temporada lá sem precisar de sair. O facto de ser "all inclusive" (incluindo bebidas) permite que as pessoas se divirtam ao maximo num período de férias e de festas.
O hotel tem diversas actividades diárias para divertimento dos seus clientes (desde crianças a adultos).
O quarto de hotel é bastante espaçoso e muito bem decorado, o nosso estava localizado com vista para a piscina e tinha uma varanda espaçosa.
O restaurante principal tem sempre um buffet com bastante variedade. Para além deste restaurante tem outros 3 restaurantes com comidas diferenciadas. Um dos restaurantes (Il Panzoto) está sempre overbooked. No entanto, depois de termos tentado pela plataforma do hotel fazer uma reserva deste restaurante sem sucesso, acabamos comentando com o gerente de sala dos restaurantes e este imediatamente fez uma reserva excepcional para nós. E foi extraordinario, pois fois no ultimo dia. No final acabamos conseguindo passar por todos os restaurantes.
O hotel tem uma parceria com uma empresa que tem pacotes turisticos fora do hotel, como passeios com os golfinhos e visita aos principais pontos turisticos da ilha. Foi possivel fazer reserva mesmo no hotel para dois passeios privados e com guias na Prison Island e Stone Town e tambem um passeio na Ilha Nemba onde conseguimos fazer snorkeling e ver um golfinho.
O final do ano foi muito bem organizado desde o jantar as actividades do dia. Apenas senti falta de fogos de artificio neste dia no hotel.
Os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos e cuidadosos com tudo.
A reposição do frigobar é muito boa.
Uma das melhores coisas que permite uma comunicação rapida e directa é a plataforma RIU do hotel.
