Le couple propriétaire de cet Homestay est très aimable et de confiance. L’endroit situé dans un quartier typique de Negombo est impeccable. Les petits-déjeuners pris sur la terrasse le matin sont exquis. Il est bon, après une journée passée dans la manne touristique de Negombo de se retrouver dans ce bel endroit.

Dû à la configuration des rues et des artères de Negombo, le trajet à pied pour se rendre à la plage ou sur Lewis Road était un peu loin.

comfortable arrival

Very hospitable family who picked me up from the airport, waiting and waiting because of my flight delays. I was able to check-in earlier and take in the jetlag in a very comfortable way. They gave me plenty of practical recommendations to start my two-month backpacking journey. The breakfast was marvellous and I even ate dinner there a couple of times because it was delicious, economical and comfortable. Very happy with this first homestay!

all good! nothing to complain about, the owners are super friendly and speak English fluently.

Great airport stay!

A kind a peaceful home perfect for a one night stay. I arrived in Sri Lanka at 9pm and came straight to this homestay to get some sleep. The hosts were kind- I didn’t spend much time with them because I left early in the morning but they helped me with the bus route and explained the transfers I had to take. Breakfast was great and included in the price.

Wonderful

After a three-month tour through Sri Lanka, I ended up in this wonderful accommodation! The room and bathroom are very clean and the accommodation is located in a pleasant part of Negombo. If you decide to have lunch or dinner at the accommodation, I can highly recommend it! The food is high quality and tastes very fine! And all of this is made possible by very friendly hosts!

Une famille discrète, et vous aidera pour toutes questions. Maison spacieuse et lumineuse ainsi que propre. Petit déjeuner Sri Lanka superbe! Diversifié et préparer avec soin, merci !.(Pour les long séjour)

J'aime les grands espaces intérieurs autant extérieurs; avec un jardin en supplément cela aurait été super! Dû coup, vu sur rue passante et côté, vie quotidienne Sri Lankais. Manque une moustiquaire et pourtant aux fenêtres de la chambre les moustiques passèrent à travers celles qui étaient posées.(?) Pas d'eau chaude mais cela ne m'a pas gêné, même de bon matin.

The room is clean. Host is very nice. He helps me to send a letter to my friend who live in Sri Lanka because I don't have time to buy stamp in post office. He is willing to share the cultures in Sri Lanka.

I can say that it is the guest house I have enjoyed the most in Srilanka. Dinesh and Nashini are really emphatetic, helpful, respectful of the personal space and at the same time familiar and caring. The food was so so tasty and nicely cooked. The facilities are very good, because you have a very nice lodge and terrace only for the guests, completely separated from the ground floor where they stay. Everything was perfect. It's a really sweet family and nice, private and healthy environment. Dinesh went out of his comfort to help me with money. I am really grateful for these 3 days and nights in their home.

Amazing!

Owners are truly amazing. I was staying only for couple of hours before my flight and they were the most helpful. Food was amazing as well!!! Highly recommend staying here.

Peaceful and deluxe homestay in Negombo

The Tourist Balcony feels like a "mini wellness center", the space is very agreeable, "fresh", and clean. Dinesh and his wife will go an extra mile to make their guests comfortable and happy. It is located in a quiet area and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the tourist center of Negombo.

Not so many eating options that are walking distance apart from the nearby big busy boulevard.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Wow no words for my stay here. I felt so welcome the second I stepped in. The room and facilities were perfect and confortable. Dinesh and his family were helpful with everything I needed: get a sim card, get app for tuk tuk etc. I had dinner and lunch and it was so tasty! I needed to recharge before a long day of travelling and this was just what i needed.

Superfriendly and helpful family. I had a great "homestay" feeling. - The Sri Lankan food is delicious here! - Spick-and-span, superclean. - About 12 km to the airport. Easy by tuktuk (price: 1000 Rs.) - Quiet at night, I slept like a rose. - Price value. Istuti Dinish and family! 🙏🇱🇰

Of course your hospitality is excellent..everything is excellent..cleanliness and privacy is very good..breakfast is very delicious and lovely..the best kolakeda drink I ever had...very safe and quality service they provided me. ..they provided a service worth more than the money paid...I highly recommend ...❤🙏

Wonderful homestay

Dinesh and his family were very kind and helpful. His wife made great different breakfasts everyday. Her dinners were very reasonably priced with a variety of local dishes and very filling. The house was very clean. Balcony was pleasant to sit on. Lovely home and lovely hosts.

No hot water. Neighbors could be a bit loud in the morning but there was no traffic or bar noise.

Superb

I had a great time at the Tourist Balcony. I stayed 2 nights. Dinesh and his family are really lovely, welcoming and helpful. The food was so good, and for a very good price. Dinesh took time with me to give me good advices and to help organizing my trip. So I can just recommend this adress !!! The house is perfectly clean and really enjoyable ! The only negative point is that it was too much noisy for me... but as everywhere else in this town I guess
