Buen lugar de relax

La ubicacion es una de las ventajas,sobre el apartamento no tengo ninguna queja porque todo estaba en excelente estado, lo unico raro es que el sensor de la luz del baño se encendía sola, nos llevamos un buen susto 😅 Añadir que siempre estuvo pendiente el anfitrión de nuestras necesidades, al punto que nos dejo guardar las maletas y asi poder disfrutar hasta el ultimo dia de la estadia Super recomendado 👌

Amazing will stay here again if i ever visit alicante for the second time!!!

Location wise its good, from different parts of Alicante walking back to the house its max 23 mins which isnt bad at all. It is also close to bus / tram stations! The place itself is also really pretty with wooden features and patterned floors. I stayed in room 12 originally and it was very spacious and comfortable. Had a small incident and the owner was very attentive and responsive and dealt with our problem right away which i really really appreciated - which we then moved to room 11, it is smaller but as we spend most of our time outside we didny really mind as it is all very clean and comfortable to stay at. Theres air conditioning, fridge, shampoo, shower gel and towels which is great. Saw people mentioning not having a place to put stuff while showering but tbh you can definitely make it work and it wasnt a problem at all- we just placed them on top of the shower and on the floor. Also the process of going into the property was very easy and hassle free. Very straightforward! We were also able to store our luggages in the storage room they had which is very helpful as our fights are very early and very late. I whatsapped the owner when i had any problems or questions and he was very good at responding and providing what we needed. I saw someone complaining about WiFi in the previous reviews but for us it wasnt a problem. In both the rooms we stayed at it worked very well.

something to keep in mind is that ure going to be walking upwards as the roads are abit slanted but i think its not that much of a problem but something to be note of x Something else to note is that they dont clean the rooms everyday if this is what youre expecting but you can probably text as ask them more about it? - for us we actually liked that they didnt come in and clean cuz for us we felt like its more safe and private this way. But just something to know if you are not expecting that

Scala di accesso al soppalco in legno PERICOLOSA in quanto manca corrimano, soprattutto nelle ore notturne è impossibile scendere al bagno senza accendere luce , mancanza piano cottura, mancanza prese elettriche vicino a letto

Todo imposible subir por kas escaleras tan empinadas a kas camas que estaban en el suelo de la parte de la parte de arriba y agachada porque te dabas contra la pared o la columna , y para el dinero que salió es carismo e imposible descansar

Fantastic room with all facilities you need 😍

A comfortable room, with all facilities we need: cozy bathroom, very useful kitchen with microwave, electric kettler, fridge and kitchen tools. Comfortable bed. A quiet street, so we can relax after an eventful day. Perfect location, within 7-10 minutes walk, we can reach the tram station, train station, and bus station, which is perfect for people using public communication. And finally helpful and polite owner, with whom there is fantastic contact.

Lovely Vibs Casa

Amazing Adam, the Manager or Owner. He is one of the kindest host I have ever encountered in my travelling experience. I could check in early, the communication for the self check in was perfect. And he is always available if issues may occur. Plus there is also someone in loco, also a very kind person. The location is great. just behind the train station (6 minutes slow walk) and walking distance to the old town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and around the corner there is a supermarket... literally around the corner. The Casa Morisca has been decorated with lots of love and taste. It was very clean and comfortable.

The only little note is that the walls are a little thin and if your neighbors don't understand the basic rules of respect, you might have an upstairs one that walks around like an elephant and smashes things on the floor at 3am (that was my bad luck). If they understand these basic rules, you still hear, but not as if the elephant is about to drop down in your room :-)

Ubicación genial para estancias cortas

El trato del dueño de 10 y la ubicación de la casa muy cerca de la estación de tren y a 15 minutos del centro andando . Adecuado para pasar un par de noches

Es bastante pequeño y la escalera es empinada e incómoda . Para un par de noches y una o dos personas está bien pero creo que para mas tiempo habría que valorar otras opciones.

It doesn't blow your socks off.

We liked the location: a 10-minute walk to the city center. The studio was clean, and as for the kitchenware, all the necessary items were there. Perhaps the only thing missing was a regular knife; we had one for cutting bread. In our apartment, we had a balcony, which was great because the studio itself was very small. Smooth communication with the owner; Mr. Adam provided answers to all our questions.

First and foremost, what we didn't like was that the Wi-Fi connection was only available in one spot in the apartment: on the second floor, right in the corner by the bed. The owner mentioned that we had two networks to choose from, but none of them worked in any other part of the room except the upper corner. There were definitely too few photos on Booking to determine if there was a gas stove in the apartment. We were under the impression that there was one, but it turned out there was only a microwave.The television was mounted too high on the wall. We had to strain ourselves to watch something for more than 5 minutes. It would be great if it could be mounted a bit lower :) The room wasn't cleaned daily. It didn't bother us too much, but it was funny to see a set of toiletries meant for one-time.

Muy bien

Genial para un par de noches. Buena ubicación, la atención del dueño es espectacular, nos permitió entrar antes de la hora de check-in y dejar las maletas al hacer el check-out. Las camas son muy buenas

Estaría guay tener un tostador, sofá más cómodo (hay uno debajo de la escalera muy pequeñito)

Me gustó todo, la ubicación, la casa, la habitación el anfitrión, aunque no lo conocí en persona, me envió días antes, la ubicación de aparcamiento, supermercado, cómo acceder a la TV, clave wifi etc...la verdad muy bien. Muy tranquilo, no falta detalle

Pues diría, que en la habitación había un escalón muy alto para acceder a las camas, y si te levantas a media noche... Poner un escalón de madera o parecido en medio, para que no se haga tan alto

Un bien pero caro por lo que ofrece.

Lo mejor,la ubicación y que se veía muy limpio. No le faltaba de nada. El patio central muy bonito.

Le he dado un negativo por el tema del personal,puesto que no hay servicio. Lo peor calidad precio,las camas están en un altillo en el que si te levantas te pegas en la cabeza con el techo y las escaleras para acceder muy incómodas(desde luego no apto para gente mayor).El ventilador de techo súper ruidoso. Menos mal que solo hice una noche,no lo recomiendo para más días.

Great communication, with a practical location and well sized apartment.

First off the communication was excellent, even though it was all via WhatsApp, everything was answered super quickly and lots of information was given. We left behind something by accident and the host quickly messaged us and left it for us to collect later on. The apartment was in a residential area, so a 15 minute walk or so from town, but it was far better appointed than I thought, plenty of dishes, fridge space etc to spend a relaxing evening in and make a quick breakfast in the morning looking out onto the street, nice and quiet but good practical facilities nearby including supermarkets and the station. Only stayed a night but could definitely have worked well for longer stay!

Wifi was a bit weak but the host said they would resolve it. Maybe just a tray in the shower for your soap!

Exceptional customer service

The host was exceptional, contacting with clear details for checking in the day before, then the morning after arrival. I had to cut my trip short due to family circumstances and Adam could not have been more helpful. I was very grateful, highly recommend Adam and his property.

enjoyable stay

Clean, neat place. The air conditioning worked well, there was even a fan. Friendly and helpful owner as well as nice service. Very good location, there is a grocery store next door; only 5 minutes from the center and the train station and the bus stop to the airport. Friendly environment, silence. Comfortable beds. When I am in Alicante again, I will come back here

Beautiful little oasis in the city, everything just a short walk away.

It's a lovely oasis of calm and quiet in the city. We slept so well here. It's removed from the hustle of tourism yet everything is very accessible. A nice 20 minute stroll down to the marina passes multiple delicious coffee shops and bakeries to pick up breakfast. A 15 minute stroll the other way takes you to the steps of the castle. Alicante is a very walkable, very lovely city. Studio has everything required and is a bargain at the rates charged. We found it very comfortable and loved the courtyard.

Bathroom is a little small but workable.

Exceptional

Fantastic set up , as the whole block has been turned into apartments to rent and is very secure. Very close to the train station, so ideal if you're arriving or departing Alicante by train. A spar supermarket a few minutes walk and a perfect/ friendly cafe on the corner. Adam was great at communication, very quick to reply...sent me a great link to a taxi company which picked us up a 4am through Thier app! Everything is brand new and good quality...even had a kettle!😊

Only minor thing missing we thought was somewhere to put your shampoo and soap in the shower!

Lovely apartment - would definitely return here if able to book bedroom on same level.

quiet and convenient location with lovely inner courtyard and ideal for train station - stop for C6 bus to and from Alicante airport just outside at front entrance. Turn left after station car park and just head along quiet street then turn right just passed little cafe and before you get as far as Spar shop. Tastefully decorated and clean. Very easy to contact Adam the owner prior to and on date of arrival for information on getting to the apartment etc and he was very very helpful.

Mezzanine bedroom and tricky staircase for me as recovering from surgery. The light switch in the upstairs area would have also be better placed between the beds rather than fairly close to the staircase.
