This is our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. We have stayed here three times already. We love being able to walk to the shops and area is so peaceful. The property is so well maintained. We have stayed in the loft and the downstairs area too. We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at the downtown loft. The location was great and we were comfortable in the very clean rental. It was great to have our dog with us and she enjoyed playing with other guest’s dogs in the yard while we were there. The only issue we had was with the listing description of “full sized kitchen”. For example, there is an oven but there are no pans to use in the oven.

This property is walking distance to much of downtown.
The bed seemed a bit small but overall a nice place to stay.

I definitely fell in love with this property. It was perfect for us and our little Shih Tzu. The parking was nice. It nice to sit on the deck in the morning and drink coffee and drink wine in the evening on the deck.

Amazing spot ‘near’ redwood national forest. Situated in a sleepy little town that has a ton to offer. We had an amazing trip and will definitely be staying here again

My guest flew in from SoCal and was seeing the area for the first time. To be able to be within walking distance of everything within a couple of blocks was awesome. The price was affordable and had many amenities to take advantage of: hot tub, sauna, bikes, grill, pet friendly (a poop bag station), all the little details of being home but somewhere else (or maybe it is home and a great little getaway weekend). We found it very enjoyable and will utilize again.

This was my third time staying here and I will likely be back despite the fact that is a little rough around the edges. It is so perfectly located and quite charming. It’s a great launchpad for exploring HumCo as well a quiet spot if you’re coming to Arcata for R & R.

The property was well maintained and convenient to local eateries. It was not so close to our destination of the redwoods , we had a bit of a drive to get there .
