We were pretty much in the middle and within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants in the downtown area. The kitchen had all the basics and it was great having laundry in the unit. We loved that it was a loft with 2nd bathroom upstairs, this way we still had some privacy from the kids, who were on the pullout couch downstairs.
3.0 / 5.0
No access to balcony as it was sealed up with plastic so you couldnt even see outdoors. Most blinds were broken or shredded. Carpets in living room were disgustingly dirty with stains etc. Missing pieces of wood trim on floors so you had to be careful not to stub your toes.
Location was convient but very sketchy area with homeless and community outreach centre close by.
Unit needs a makeover but condo building was clean inside and out.

The location was nice but that was the highlight of the place. It wasn’t very clean. The wall was covered in dust, the carpets hadn’t been cleaned and actually had a staple in it that cut my foot. The ceiling fan wasn’t working and we reached out for assistance but no one ever helped for the duration of the trip. The staff weren’t very helpful or friendly. There was also construction that was going longer than what was told to us and our windows were completely taped off the entire time. We were unable to use our balcony or look out and that was a big bummer for us. Likely not going to return here and wouldn’t recommend to others either.

Room and environment was perfect! Great little place for a Seattle visit. Bed was a touch hard for my taste and pillows lacked firmness. Overall good experience.
4.0 / 5.0
Honestly, I had a great experience. Staff were helpful and kind. I only have a few minor complaints, which would be 1. One of the bathroom shower curtains had yellow water stains all over it. 2. Only had 1 garbage bag when it was stated it was stocked with three. 3. When I booked the condo it never stated anything specific about parking or how many vehicles they accommodate, that being said, I received and email the day before my arrival and included in the email, it states that they only accommodate 1 vehicle. When I spoke to the staff at the desk about it and asked if I could get another parking spot ( which I would pay for and willing) they made it seem like it would be a Hassel. So needless to say, my other party was not able to park her vehicle in the safety of the garage when many spaces were available our entire stay and let me add that my party was included in my booking, so that was the most frustrating part.

This condo is in the middle of it all! You can walk to the Space needle, you can walk to Pikes place, restaurants on the block and around are great and many open late. You do need to becareful of the homeless, quite a few pockets as you go down a couple blocks.

This was very close to the piers and attractions. There were three adults and we fit very well. I will say, the beds were a little hard but could just be a preference thing. Overall, this was a nice place to stay!

Great location. Walked to the Seattle Storm game. Walked to the pier and attended the Mariner’s game. Lots of great restaurant options. Teens enjoyed the pool.

The location is perfect! Within walking distance or short Uber rides within the heart of the city or get on a scooter and cruise around! It’s a great location for the market, concerts and some shopping!

Condo needs some upgrading. Carpet has wrinkles throughout. Bare minimum items within. It worked for us for the 2 nights. Many things within walking distance.

This unit was located within walking distance to almost everything. We did not have to Lyft anywhere, even the walk down to Lumen Field was enjoyable. Although the unit had several things not working, it was overall well kept and comfy. I would revisit this location in the future.
4.0 / 5.0
This rental was exactly what I was expecting & hoping for. .8 miles from Climate Pledge and 1.3 miles from Lumen Field! Some notes to future renters: the top blinds do not open, make sure the fridge door closes completely (it didn’t always close if you just push it).

Very nice, centrally located condo within walking distance of all the great restaurants, attractions, Pikes Market, waterfront. Space Needle and shopping. Condo was clean with full amenities. Private balcony for watching the fun on 2nd Ave and the waterfront. Can be noisy on weekends but we enjoyed watching the fun. Does need carpeting replaced or cleaned well and re-laid. Also bathtub drains very slowly and the bottom becomes very slippery. No bars to grab hold of and I took a wicked fall. All in all, loved staying here!

Spacious and well appointed apartment in a convenient location. Having a living room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and loft bedroom was so much better than a hotel room. The place isn't brand new, but it has everything that you could want and tons of room. I would happily stay there again.

Nice neighborhood with plenty to do within close walking distance. Walkable to PIKE Market and Space needle. Only complaint would be that the top window electric shades would not close and no coffee maker in unit… but plenty of good Seattle Coffee shops in the area.

The location is OUTSTANDING!!The space was perfect for what we needed. A few things that I brought up with the host that needed attention…. The top blinds were not functioning correctly which brought in unwanted light in the morning. A few of the lights were either burned out or not functioning correctly. We did utilize the pullout, which was the BEST, most comfortable pull out I’ve ever slept on. There was a fitted sheet but not a flat sheet, which was not a huge problem. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this space for a trip to Seattle. Very convenient and nicely appointed.

Some things about the apartment were great, but some things were disappointing.
Pros. It was spacious (for city apartment) with good kitchen and bathroom. Furniture was OK but getting a little worn. Location was good for tourist highlights. Lots of bus routes just outside. Building was very secure and well maintained.
Cons. On the edge of a rough neighborhood. Bar across road was very noisy, especially on Fri & Sat night. Road used as a race track until early hours every night. Aircon had handmade wooden wedge in door for vent which made it very noisy. If you removed it the noise was better, but then Aircon couldn't work. Electric blinds didn't work. Some were stuck down but the top ones were stuck up so had lights shining in all night. Overhead fan and some lighting didn't work. As other reviews have said, toilets block occasionally.

Didn’t have cable just app for you to sign in to, internet was slow. The fan didn’t work the balcony was really small.
2.5 / 5.0
Easy location to navigate all of Seattle, public transportation easy access. Walkable to Space Needle, and most "touristy" things.
Amazing bakery/coffee shop right behind building on 1st Ave, Bodega on corner for any convenience or grocery needs. Great restaurants around location.
Comfortable condo

Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to all the major spots. Lots of restaurants close by. The building amenities are great - pool, spa and sauna; work out room; fabulous deck with water views and grill in the side of the complex on 1st street (note this particular unit is on 2nd St.). The unit is very well equipped. Internet was fine. Didn't use TV.
Cons: Intermittent hot water. There were 3 of us, and never were there 3 hot showers. It would mostly run out halfway through the first shower. To be fair, I did not call Vacasa and just made do, but this was annoying. The ceiling fan did not work. There is a standing fan and a box fan, as well as a portable AC unit (although the AC unit is very loud). The front door lock is kind of funky. You need to enter a 10 digit code to unlock the door AND to relock it when leaving. That was a bit annoying.
Last, the coffee maker has a label on it indicating a filter is not needed. This is incorrect, unless you want your cup full of grounds. We used paper towels after the first pot.
Overall I give 5 stars to the complex and location and 3 to the unit. So overall 4 stars.

We were so excited about the location of the property, very close to restaurants/bars and public transit. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. He informed us that he was not the manager, that he was a contractor hired to let us into the building and to reach out to the property manager for any issues. The place was nice but not clean. The bed sheets were put on sideways so we had to change them; while changing them we noticed there were small blood stains on the sheets so we had to wash them. The shower/tub had a ton of soap scum and many lightbulbs were out. While these issues were gross, they didn't compare to the clogged shower drain which would fill up with ankle-deep water while taking quick showers. We notified the property manager about the clogged shower; 5 days later no one had contacted us or stopped by (even I reached out again multiple times to let them know) so we reached out to VRBO for help. We had to run the garbage disposal the entire time the dishwasher was on to prevent the kitchen from flooding (we let the property manager know). After we reached out to VRBO the guy who checked us in came by (very confusing, as we were told not to reach out to him) to fix the shower drain. We were pretty bummed overall, because the location was really fantastic. There appears to be an issue regarding property maintenance and communication.

Lovely stay
This was a lovely place to stay— had some minor issues (chipped plates, lack of supplies, toilet clogging) BUT it was convenient to markets, restaurants. Space needle, Argosy cruises, the piers. Nice walking distance. The park in spot is soooooo tiny, so we parked once and walked everywhere. Uber is cheap too. Good stay!
