About this house rental
The Breakers: a Cape May architectural treasure that is also gracious and comfortable. Offering flexible accommodations for groups up to 23 people. Renovated in 2005, the design of the house is French Second Empire and combines Victorian charm with modern comforts. It is located in the heart of the historic district in this Landmark City known worldwide for its Victorian architecture, and a mere half block from Cape May�s award winning beach. An easy stroll to restaurants, shopping, theater, and tennis!
Multiple gathering spaces make relaxing together easy and fun. The dining room table seats 16, and there is additional seating for 6. There are three levels of decks with ocean views; the front porch is lined with rocking chairs. There is a side porch, private garden, and koi pond. House offers both gas and charcoal grills. Outside shower with changing room. Beach chairs and bicycle racks available. Inside, there are two separate gathering spaces: the living room is a cozy retreat seating lots of people, and there is a more intimate sitting area as well.
Each of the 8 bedrooms is comfortably and elegantly furnished and each has a private bath.
Off street parking for 8 vehicles, high velocity central air conditioning.
