THIS PROPERTY JUST FINISHED A MAJOR RENOVATION DECEMBER 2022.Welcome to 717 Washington Street. Enjoy this newly renovated, 9 bedroom, 7 & 1/2 bathroom, rental that sleeps 25 people! The home is a short block or so to Cape Mays iconic Washington Street Mall with all of the unique local shops, restaurants, and ACME supermarket. It is an easy 10 minute walk until you hit the beach! The whole house has brand new duel mini split A/C and heat units. Enjoy the spacious porch while watching the horse drawn carriages tread by. When entering the front of the home you are greeted by the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen Spaces. There will be all new upscale appliances, countertops, and stylish furnishings. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and an additional half bath adjacent to these areas, so convenient! Enjoy brand new shuffleboard table located in the long side room! The Bedroom 1 will have a Queen sized bed. Relax in the brightly lit three season room.If you make your way towards the back of the house, there is an attached quarters with private entrance for the members in your party that may enjoy a little personal space. Once there, you will find two additional bedrooms, Bedroom 2 having a Full sized bed, and Bedroom 3 having a Queen sized bed. There is an additional kitchen, full sized bathroom with tub, as well as living room which has the option of a sleeper sofa! If you travel up the stairs to the second floor, there are 4 more renovated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is King bed with an en-suite walk in shower. Bedroom 5 has a 2 Queen beds as well as an en-suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 has 1 Queen bed. Down the hall you will pass another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 7 is a King bed with an en-suite bath, shower/tub combo. There are brand new Smart Televisions in the bedrooms!Once you ascend the stairs to the third floor, you will find a kitchenette and another full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 8 will have 3 Single built in beds, plus an additional double mattress. Bedroom 9 will have 4 single built in beds. Had a wonderful stay, the house is updated and beautiful. We had 19 ladies and the common areas were perfect for a large group. You need to supply linens but they let you know that ahead of time so not a big deal. Great location, highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend getaway! The house was exactly as described - and it was beautiful and perfectly clean. There were 7 of us, and we all loved our stay! The house was close to everything, I will definitely be going back!

The home is spacious, fun to explore and close proximity to the beach and town square. The kitchen and living area are wonderful and where my family spent most of our time when we were all together. Having stayed in the off season of October when it was a bit cooler the only downside was that the house was difficult to heat. The second attached home heated easily though. Should our family have another reunion we would definitely consider staying as it was perfect for our group of 15!

This is a renovated classic seashore Victorian located central in the historic district I would say the capacity of 25 would have to include a mix of ages to appreciate the dorm style third floor but for multiple families with multiple teens large groups would find this property ideal. We did not have such a large group and we’re able to spread out and every enjoyed the ample interior . Another note about parkjibg for a large group. Parking is challenging above 5 vehicles. Great rental overall

there were only 10 of us in this very large home but having all those bathrooms was perfect. the newly renovated kitchen is beautiful, however there was a nasty smell which we discovered minutes before checking out was dirty dishes left in dishwasher by previous tenants as we never used it. there were also 2 piles of dirty cleaning rags left in the apartment ( one pile in the night table drawr) yuk I also took pictures of various small things like broken blinds and bathroom locks. Also the grill was never cleaned and outside very overgrown and unkempt.None of these things like small burn marks on back of stove and small dirt marks on diningroom chair are not a big deal but wouldn't want them held against my deposit. I already have a dispute with verbo over 2 fees that they added AFTER i signed their contract. all in all time spent with family is always wonderful

The house was perfect! Everything was new and beautiful, clean and space. We rented for a girls weekend - easy walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.
