Recently upgraded with new floors, furnishings and fresh paint, this bright, airy 2300 square foot home with views offers a comfortable base for exploring Southern California. 10-minutes to beach. 27-miles to Disneyland! 45-miles to Legoland! 1 hour to Los Angeles and San Diego -- conveniently accessible by the Amtrak Pacific Coastliner in San Juan Capistrano 15 minutes away. Lots of space to spread out and chill with BBQ and kitchen to entertain. Live the dream underneath your backyard palm trees and grapevine-covered pergola during your vacation retreat. 30-day minimum per city ordinance with discounts available.

The neighborhood was perfect for our family of 4 and was an excellent homebase for us to use while we relocated to the area. Tanya was just an incredible host and such a great communicator. The house is lovely and has 3 bedrooms up and a large primary bedroom on the main floor. It worked perfectly for us. There's a great laundry room and the backyard was ideal for us to play outside. There's a playground a short walk away and near the community center / botanic garden. We'd absolutely stay here again! 10/10!
