Summary:
Gorgeous blend of a beach and cottage to sleep two. This lower ground floor one bedroom apartment in central Hove is bright and perfectly formed. It boasts a cute courtyard, and wood burner for those chilly nights.
A great variety of cafes, delis, pubs, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep, plus the seafront is only a short walk away.
The Space:
Open Plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area comprising of:
Kitchen area
Well kitted out annex with open shelving; electric hob, oven and grill; butchers block with wine rack and vegetable basket; under counter fridge.
Dining area
Cute surf style wooden table with two stools for your dining.
Living area
Comfy chaise lounge sofa with whiskey barrel table is perfectly positioned to watch the smart 48" TV or switch to art mode when you want to turn off the screens. The wood burner is a great feature and adds real atmosphere and warmth to those chilly evenings. For those working remotely or wanting a space to get creative there is a wooden bureau desk and stool.
Bathroom
Beach shack style panelling contrasting against blue mosaic tiles. There is a bath with shower overhead, sink with storage cupboard, WC, and heated towel rail.
Bedroom
Cosy double bedroom accessed through the open kitchen. The bed is a 4" double with space to walk around one side of the bed. There are some recessed shelves and a clever Pinocchio hanger for your clothes. The lovely touch is to have the doors open and laze in bed whilst hearing the sounds from the city through the courtyard.
Outside Space
A real bonus to have your own oasis of outside space in the heart of the city. The petite courtyard has a table and chairs for two along with a water feature and its own resident rubber ducks!
