Great cabin in the woods! It had plenty of space for our family of 6. Very clean, great communication. We will be back!

It was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Was centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the cottage. Suggestion, for those of us that lead busy lives, it would make it easier if the amenities were included such as firewood and propane - most would not have an issue with payment $20 more for these couple items to be included. I did not take the time to read everything and was left with not propane to cook my prepared meal. My issue, but I am not sure I've ever stayed at a VRBO where I did not have this included. Thank you and hope to come back, we did enjoyed ourselves and that little slice of heaven!

I booked this property for a friends birthday and for New Years! The cabin was just as adorable in person as it was in the pictures. We had such a good time. It was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, the fire pit was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I truly enjoyed my time and the booking process was easy.

Photos on the site do not do this cabin justice , it’s a lot bigger in person . Cabin was very clean , great location to hiking and stores if we needed something . Check in was smooth and everything worked great. Plenty of games for the family .
Extra blankets and pillows if needed !
A few recommendations for those visiting this cabin bring Tupperware or foil if you plan to save leftovers if cooking in . Pens and paper if you’re planning any games that require these items . Otherwise everything you need is here! Would recommend this cabin to all .
Our first family trip to hocking was a success . They even had two decorated Christmas trees so we had a surprise Santa visit 😊

This was the perfect spot for us, our friends, and our 4 children ages 1-5.
There was plenty of room for them to run outside without getting into the woods or out of our sight. The fire pit was our main focus, for s’mores obviously. I would suggest bringing a couple of bag chairs if you have more than like 3 people. The wooden chairs lean back a ridiculous amount.
The bedrooms upstairs are nice and spacious. The bunk is the downstairs room, and it’s a little stuffy down there, so bring a fan of some sort.
MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN ICE. there is no ice maker.
The only thing we couldn’t figure out was why there weren’t any thicker kitchen towels. We did the dishes by hand the majority of the time we were there and only used the dishwasher upon leaving. I would have liked to have a couple of nicer kitchen towels.
Anywho, we are already planning our next trip here 🙂

We really enjoyed the cabin and all its amenities! The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the hot tub and high top table. Also, having 3 bathrooms was perfect for our 3 families! Also, plenty of comfortable indoor gathering spaces. We would definitely stay here again❣️
Though the cabin description lists providing initial supply of products for garbage, paper towels and TP - there were plenty supplied to last our entire stay. Additionally, there is an ice maker so we didn’t need to purchase extra ice.
We did think that the cleaning was a little underwhelming and would have appreciated a deeper clean in the bathrooms and downstairs carpet.

Plenty of room for our group of 6 with lots of room to spare. Everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking, etc. Location was excellent! In close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We are already talking about how we need to go back !

The cabin is very nice and made us feel at home. The yards massive and wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time out side! Had a great visit from some goats and pigs haha,The cabin was perfect for a relaxing vacation and was nice to get to see the area, the cabin had little flaws but nothing to complain about and would totally come back again!

This cabin was great for some friends to get together for holiday season. We didn't explore much around as it was very cold and snowy, but we enjoyed the cabin!

Stayed here for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. This cabin was perfect! Plenty of space to sleep, so much to do at the cabin as well as within a short drive to Logan or Athens. We all grew up in this area, too! Pro tip: bring your chef’s knife and frying pan. Thank you!

4 stars.
A few minor inconveniences but overall a good stay.
There are 2 numerical locks at the front door. Apparently the one is old and used to hold a key. Instructions didn't mention any of this so it was tricky getting in and then again when locking the door.
Wifi was out the entire time and the reception is spotty at best. A guy showed up to work on it as we are packing up to check out. No, come back later.
Fully equipped kitchen but the one thing we needed wasn't there, a can-opener. Not expecting motorized but a handheld would've been fine.
Ladder for the bunk isn't attached completely so nobody could use that. We made changes to the sleeping arrangements.
Lastly all but one of the pool sticks had damaged tips. Therefore, completely useless.
The good things: Google maps found the place no problem. Long hilled driveway and a private lot. Ac, electric and water worked. Roof didn't leak when it rained. What else can you really ask for?

It was phenomenal!
The pictures do no justice of how truly beautiful this place is! I would choose this property again!

Mouse droppings in bed.
House was not cleaned properly. Dirty blankets and towels and dust everywhere. Don’t use the pull out bed downstairs because it’s a mouse nest. Completely caked in mouse droppings and pee. Also the cabinets had mouse poop and pee on and in them with the dishes.
