Péssima experiência

Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e fica bem localizado.

Me colocaram em um quarto diferente do que eu reservei. Era pior, estava imundo e dava para a rua, com um bar que toca música altíssima a noite toda. Além disso o ar-condicionado não conseguia gelar o quarto, não tinha divisória no chuveiro, então molhava o banheiro todo. Tive que ir buscar papel higiênico, roupa de cama etc e eu mesma arrumar, pois o quarto não estava preparado e claramente não tinha sido limpo. Tive uma péssima experiência e ao invés de reembolsarem ou tomarem uma atitude, deixaram para lá e eu não consegui dormir.

O preço é bom, porém a limpeza dos banheiros deixou a desejar

Fui muito bem recebida. A dona Dalva é um amor, super simpática. A voluntária Ana também foi atenciosa. Quarto silencioso. Localização é boa, apesar de ser próxima de ruas com muito moradores de rua.

Cheguei no hostel por volta das 17h. A limpeza dos banheiros deixou a desejar, muito cabelo no ralo, havia um pano de chão imundo no banheiro com odor muito forte. Tanto o ralo com cabelo quanto o pano de chão sujo continuavam no mesmo lugar até o dia seguinte, ao meio dia. No banheiro compartilhado o vaso estava sem assento e sem papel. No quarto feminino a parede estava suja. Café da manhã muito fraco, havia apenas pão francês (que certamente não era do dia pois estava seco) pao integral seco, café, leite , manteiga, mamão e melancia. Ítens basicos são cobrados, como por exemplo, para usar o ferro ten que pagar o aluguel de 10 reais. Toalha também é pago, assim como o lençol extra.

De não ter ficado mais na presença dessa grande família.

Amazing hosts

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We arrived late and there was a muck up with the rooms and they sorted this for us. They walked us to an ATM to get money out and gave food recommendations. The breakfast was also one of the best I've had since I started traveling.

There weren't many other travellers there while we stayed however it has a very good social environment and beautiful out door area.

This is not a hostel

Was very clean. Comfortable beds

This was not really a hostel, even though there were dorm rooms. The back "garden" area was more for looking at rather than using. No seating. Even if you took a plastic seat from the eating table, the only place to put it was on the walkway. Forget the kitchen, it's not a kitchen. Some old battered pots and pans, too many for can be used. A small table with food packets that have been left there and unusable. Nowhere to prepare anything, no food bowls, only a few plates. It seems that the owners don't want anyone to enjoy staying there. In my opinion, they just sell beds to sleep in, nothing more staff are quite impersonal, being volunteers. Only the manager was helpful. The staff can give no information about anything, not actually being from Manaus. I could say more,.

what nice stay because of nice people!

super nice and friendly staff and a filmilar atmosphere. there was helping with a everything we asked for. the area is authentic and it was easy to get there from the airport. the hostel is cute with a beautiful backyard and a lil cat as a mascot:)
