Entrañable ubicación y personal.

Muy bonita ubicación. El sonido de las cascadas lo encontré muy agradable. Personal muy muy agradable y servicial.

La ubicación tan bucólica hace que esté algo alejado de cualquier servicio. Con lo que dependes de algún medio de transporte.

De locatie was echt prachtig, schitterend mooi uitzicht vanaf je balkon. Er is een smal stukje tuin met 2 tafels waar je aan kan zitten. Mensen waren vriendelijk. Prima hotel voor 1of 2 nachten.

Het eten was smakelijk en veel. De drankjes, maar dat lijkt in heel sri lanka wel zo, laten vaak op zich wachten of moeten nog bij het plaatselijke winkeltje gekocht worden. Eten moet je al vaak van tevoren doorgeven wat je wil eten en hoe laat dan staat het ook al klaar. Dit zie je ook overal. Locatie is ver buiten Ella maar daar hadden we zelf voor gekozen.

Without the guidance of the host this would have been a very disappointing stay.

Sam the host was amazing. He provided guidance around local attractions.

The property is tired and the bed very uncomfortable.

Hotel with a unique beautiful design.very good location,quiet,away from noise but very close to everything. We had amazing views from our balcony eairly morning,waterfall ,pedro tea garden,jungle thats nice. Polite and friendly staff. Don't hesitate to go to this hotel

Just stayed at Silver Falls Hotel in nuwara eliya. Really impressed! The owner and staff are super nice and helpful.The hotel itself is good too.Clean Rooms and comfy beds.plus the location is perfect.Overall ,grate value for money. If you are looking for a friendly and convenient place to stay in Nuwara Eliya, The Silver Falls is the spot!

Good Room for a Good Price with Great Views

Good Room, which can accommodate 3 people, Good Outdoor Views, good price,

Breakfast not that great, Tea/Coffe have to have it at restaurant and its not hot, Wifi is so slow and doesn't work at night, Few people are coming as guests and making the place uncomfortable.

Would recommend!

Comfortable room with a view on the waterfall and hills with tea. Nice bathroom with hot water and a bed with blanket for the colder nights. Sam was such a great host! He did everything to make it a nice stay. He arranged a taxi for us to Horton Plains and when we forgot some personal belongings he even asked the bus driver from Nuwara Eliya to Ella to take it with him on the bus so we could collect it in Ella!

The place is a bit outside of the city centre, but close to the Nanuoya train station and the tea plantations which makes it nice and quiet at night, so you can have a good nights rest. The food was very good and there is a good restaurant, The best thing about silver falls is the host Sam though. He is very kind and caring, greeted us with tea and helped us plan our time in Nuwara Eliya. He always has a smile on his face and we learned a lot about the Sri Lankan culture from him.

Best Stay in Nuwara Eliya

Hi, this is the best place for backpackers. Nice, clean and comfort room. Big bathroom with hot shower. Good quiet locations with nice view.But main reason for stay is owner, he is the best man in sri lanka. Very kind, funny and helpful. He help you with plan for your trip and cook very tasty food for good price. There is also room for all, where you can meet and talk with other travelers. I felt at home here. Thank you for all.

Lovely Stay Highly Recommended

Romantic room in the Tea Fields Perfect location, wonderful host, & AMAZING FOOD. Get the cheese kottu or you are missing out. Sam even let us stay an extra night even though he was due to leave that day. You can have breakfast in the front yard surrounded by views of the tea fields and if it's clear you can even see the waterfall. Sam has very good food prices and he even helps you figure out what buses you need for exploring. Also, all the travelers staying here was super kind and social. First place we stayed in Sri Lanka that we met & explored with other travelers

Such a wonderful place to relax. The staff and the service was owesome. Food is delicious. We had a candle light dinner, a romantic night to spent. Views are good too. Clean and safe from every aspect you could imagine. Definitely will come back.

Nuwara Eliya is one of the most beautiful places in Srilanka. Cold and chilling. Beautiful scenery and amazing weather. The hotel is located a bit far from the city but it is worth the stay. Great hospitality and good food. Clean and big rooms. Highly recommeded.

We had a great time at the Silver Falls. The bed is totally cosy and there are enough blankets in case it gets a bit colder. The breakfast was delicious and really sufficient, The staff is really helpful,we highly recommended.
