Bright and airy, this dog-friendly gorgeous three-level retreat is just the place to call home for your next family vacation. After long days spent soaking up the sun and taking in the best 30A has to offer, you'll come back to a fantastic home boasting three spacious levels, high ceilings, and private balconies - each guest will find their own piece of paradise with ease.
ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just 2 blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. Discover your favorite cafe for breakfast in the neighborhood or enjoy the dining, boutique shopping and entertainment just a few blocks from Rosemary and Alys Beach. The stunning white beach is just a short distance away for morning walks or fishing. Golfers you are only minutes away from Camp Creek Golf Club. In the opposite direction, Camp Helen State Park provides a natural environment rich in outdoor fun including birding, hiking, kayaking and fishing on Lake Powell.
AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

The house is very cute. The neighborhood is wonderful, great location, the pool is very large, and the tram to the beach is so easy and convenient.
We had a few issues that the host was very responsive to. Our a/c was broken but it was fixed very quickly. Also we had an issue with one of our bikes that was resolved immediately.
However, the house needs some TLC. There were many things in the kitchen that are just run down, the microwave was fickle, the oven looked like it could fall apart, the fan in the family room shorted out and was never fixed even after bringing it to the owners attention, even the broom and vacuum need to be replaced.
Even thought there are enough beds for 12 people, the space it too small for that many. We had 9 people (2 were 14 year old girls) and it was very tight.
We had a nice time but we will have to find another house for our next visit.

Thank you for a great week. House was spotless and the house was very comfortable. The bonfire we had was great and the kids are asking when we can have another. The tram is a lifesaver with littles. Pizza by the sea was our favorite hang. 30a beach girls communicated very well and made for a very easy transaction.

The home is spacious and well equipped and has beautiful light. We had lots of fun at the bonfire that comes with the rental. The host was helpful with check-in and amenities information. We love the neighborhood with tram services, pool, beach access, and shopping & dining within walking distance. The house was lovely and in pretty good condition. It was clean, well decorated, and well appointed, but it is showing wear and tear as a rental. The listing notes it sleeps 12, but there's only enough dining chairs for 10 people. The living area is small, as others noted, and the current loveseat sinks in. The beds were comfortable, but the 2nd floor bunk room has an awkward layout. We were happy to find a pet-friendly place in the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay.

I love Santa Monica and if you are looking for the best place to rent, I would highly recommend this place. Everyone at 30a beach girls was very accommodating. All beds were very comfortable. The living area is very comfy as well. Overall we felt very at home and we didn't want to leave. We will surely come back.

Excellent place on 30a. Absolutely wonderful house, had everything we needed and was so accessible to the beaches and nearby attractions. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, and manager was so accommodating to provide a second pac n play for our kiddos. They also hold bonfires for their guests, we went twice and had so much fun! Will definitely stay here again!

The property is as described and shown in the pictures. It is clean. The beds are comfortable. It is well situated near the beach, shopping, restaurants, and pool. The area was very quiet. A group of us stayed for my daughter's birthday and we all had a great time. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. They provided decorations and even a charcuterie board with sangria. We plan on returning soon.

The updates on this prime rental are quite obvious. The paint doesn't reflect the house of a rental property, as it is clean and sharp. The decor was pleasant and comfortable while the cleanliness was superb. It passed my white finger test in even the most obscure places! I should be so lucky to have my house at home this well maintained and free of dust. Although we took advantage of many of the local and delicious restaurants available to us, I was very impressed with this well stocked kitchen. But I think my favorite thing by far was the mattress. The bamboo bed allowed for such a comfy sleep. We will be sure to return to this home in the future. Love having a bathroom for every bedroom

Lovely vacation
We enjoyed our 30a escape at 257 Beach Bike Way. The property managers were very friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure booking with. Before our stay we had such a friendly experience when we had credit card trouble and the next morning (a Saturday) the coffee pot broke and immediately they replaced it. Thanks very much for such a easy reservation and booking experience. Loved the neighborhood, proximity to shops, restaurants, bike paths, and the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great house! Great location! This is the best stocked house of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in; all of the little extras were so nice and made our stay more comfortable.
We loved the text messages each morning from the 30A Beach Girls letting us know the different activities going on in the area, and the daily beach conditions.

Excellent rental home for our group
The property manager was very accessible and helpful. The neighborhood is lovely and family friendly. There were so many amenities and household items at the house- paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods. The pool and beach were a quick walk. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was the perfect place for our group of adults and small children to rest and play.
