Small museums here include Sir John Soane's Museum, filled with architectural drawings. Jewellery shoppers browse Hatton Garden’s diamond boutiques, while gastropubs and casual cafes cater to a post-work crowd and students from nearby universities. With several underground stations around (Chancery Lane, Farringdon and Holborn) plus several bus routs you can easily access any part of the city plus all the airports. The photos as they often do make the living dining area look much bigger than they are. They are all in one room, that is not very big. The furniture is pretty cheap. The sofa is a foldout bed so for sitting it’s hard and uncomfortable. They leave you nothing in the kitchen but some coffee caps and some cornflakes. All the furniture is cheap, the kitchen table is shaky. The worst is they say they have AC. They do, an in-room unit with hose out the window. But the windows only open a few inches, so most of the hot air just blows back in. And you can not just open a window. The bed list as king, but the UK seems to have some small idea of a king. It’s smaller than US or EU. Even though the mattress was new, it was very poor and uncomfortable. Trash is piled near the building door. Basically it’s like staying in a place when you were in college. Not worth the $400 a night we paid with fees. Hotel would have been much better

Great host and excellent location - close to everything!

Great location, comfortable unit!

Great location, easy access to the bus and the train. Very quiet at night. Sasha was a great host. Very communicative from the start. Met us on site for check-in. Checked on us throughout the visit. Clear checkout instructions. Sasha was available afterwards for a text to make sure we hadn’t left a set of keys behind; they followed up once the cleaner had been through to confirm nothing was found.

This property was so accommodating! One of the best I've stayed in. It's adorable but more that than it has everything you need, comfortable, clean, private, safe and in a very charming area. Walkable to restaurants. Host was more than helpful during check in and also gave us suggestions and directions to find something we needed. Our London trip was fantastic! Great trips always start with a wonderful place to stay/sleep.

We were really pleased with everything here. Completely quiet, perfect location, comfortable beds and living room. The kitchen was also perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment and host was so great to let us in early. Coffee was a bonus. Careful getting in And out of tub. A grab bar would be really helpfullll

Our host, and his flat, were wonderful. He was very responsive and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us to our home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable and as advertised. We were centrally located to London, an easy 20 minute walk to St. Paul's, Leicester Square. Covent Garden and more. Three tube stations were close and convenient. I would not hesitate to book this again.

We really enjoyed our week at Sasha’s place. It had all we needed and he even stocked coffee, cereal, milk, and fruit for us.The location was great and we took the bus or tube wherever we needed to go. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Loved the area, quiet at night, close to some good restaurants, grocery store. Tube and bus line nearby. Nice walk to St. Pauls Cathedral ( most enjoyed its tour)
Found pullout living room couch mattress on the stiff side. Only for those with a good back.
Would have appreciated a place to hang towels. Owner helpful and quick to adjust heating in the unit.

Great property. Nice host.

My daughter and I spent 9 days in the flat and were very comfortable. The flat was immaculate and well-equipped, in a residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation but close enough to Bloomsbury, Covent Garden and the City to walk to many attractions. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood, too. Sash took good care of us, met us on arrival and kept in touch through our stay.
4.7
Hist was so kind! Met us at the apartment to show us around and walk us through the checkout instructions. Great little apartment.

Sasha is an exceptionally supportive and communicative host, even though we are very independent - this was appreciated.
The place itself is impeccably located if you don't need to be right beside a tube station. Brisk walking to Farringdon station is 6 minutes, so keep that in mind if your life depends on a tube connection. Otherwise, there are numerous buses on the doorstep that take you wherever you want to go.
The food and speciality coffee options in the area are mind-boggling. You will not want for food at all. Some of the best specialty coffee roasters and cafés, like Colonna or Prufrock are literally across the street, including the Leather Lane food market.
The apartment is lovely, although it is time for a few things and furnishings to be replaced, which I have no doubt Sasha will do soon - but all the necessities are there. WiFi is reliable, Nespresso machine functions, fridge is cold, and hobs associated cutlery and cookware is not scratched to hell, like in most apartments.
We will gladly stay again upon returning to London.

Pros:
Great location
Comfortable bed
Clean
Cons:
Furniture was flimsy & not conducive to hanging out
Not much room for our clothes (we were there a week, so would be OK for shorter stay)
Slippery Shower

Hosts were very helpful, informative and accommodating. Property is in a perfect location near multiple tube stops. Property was spotless.

The apt was clean and quiet and the host answered any inquiries promptly. Buss access very close and only a short walk to the tube. The welcome basket was appreciated!

Couldn’t be happier with Sasha and the area we chose. Sasha is a great host, shows real interest in your well being. Unit is safe and quiet at night, with sufficient amenities to make the stay comfortable.
Very easy to get around with 5-10 minute walk to the tube and buses within a block. A bus will get you to theatres in 10-15 minutes. Restaurants in the area are a bit underwhelming, but try Gunmakers for drinks and Solus for a nice dinner out.
Would definitely stay again.

Location is super, with transport links and many places of interest within walking distance. The short laneway that the apartment is on was spoilt by the rubbish left immediately outside the door to the block. The apartment itself is comfortable, but we thought that the bathroom could have been cleaner. The light switch is also in need of repair. Check-in details were slow to arrive and had to be requested, unlike (we note) the experiences of others who had used the apartment prior to us.

Attended a show that ended at 9:50pm, took 18 bus and were in apartment at 10:11pm. Quiet, safe building. Spectacular host. Of course we would stay here again.

This place offered just what we needed for our week long London Trip. It was super close to bus and train stations making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Owner had great communication throughout and provided a lovely stay. The fresh fruit and milk was a plus too!
4.7
The apartment was just as described. Clean. Great communication with the host. The street is very quiet but close to restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to the British Museum, Soho, Chinatown etc. Also close to the Underground.
4.7
Lovely quiet top floor flat tucked away on side street but easy walk to British Museum, St Paul’s and the Underground. Comfortable bed, thick towels and great sofa, tv area too. So grateful for milk, fruit and cereal awaiting us in lovely kitchen Sashko was quick to respond every time. Perfect!
4.7
We had a lovely stay at Sasha’s apartment. Sasha was super helpful with all our questions and our check in was seamless. Highly recommend.
4.7
Great host and location. Check in was superb. Location was perfect for us as it is walking distance to many tube stops, markets, pubs, restaurants, museums, plus many great London tourist spots. Great safe location. The price is competitive for the top floor apartment and location. The furniture is IKEA ish, so dining table was a bit flimsy, and the so so mattress and pillows were not incredibly comfortable. One warning though, if traveling in summer, there is no AC, just one small fan. Other than that, this flat worked out well for us. Again, a GREAT host, too.
4.7
A nice, secure little flat just a short walk from the tube. With a couple small convenience stores nearby and several places to eat within a few blocks. Though it can be somewhat noisy during the day, come evening it is quiet. The manager of the property was VERY accommodating when my travel schedule was turned upside down due to transportation strikes. I would stay here again if available.
4.7
This apartment had everything we needed and is within walking distance of most sites in London. Sasha was very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.
4.7
The apartment was exactly as pictured. Great location & worked perfectly for our family. Sasha was very helpful & accommodating.
4.7
The apartment was great for a few days stay for me and my wife!
4.7
My husband and I are so appreciative of Sashko and his wonderful apartment. We loved the location. It was super close to a couple of underground locations (especially Farrington) and walking distance to many of the major sites. Sashko was an attentive host and was helpful with non Rental related things as well. The bed was super comfy as well as the couch. I would highly recommend this place.
4.7
Sasha is an excellent host, quickly responsive before our arrival and during our entire stay. He helped us with our luggage since we arrived early, and he had great restaurant recommendations. Sasha's flat is very convenient to the Tube, train and bus stations. We went all over London very easily from his flat. We would stay here if we come to London again!
4.7
Great location-safe neighborhood with close groceries & dining options. WiFi speed varied from 25-135 mbps. Theaters just a 20-25 minute walk. Tube station close. Sasha good communicator. Would stay again.
4.7
The property is well kept, elevator accessed 3rd floor apartment. Washer/dryer came in very handy-but could use some written instruction on how to use it! No more than a 20 minute walk to Millenium Bridge/St. Paul's, Covent Garden, Kings Cross and Farringdon stations-Nearest underground station was a 10 min. walk-great local restaurants as well
4.7
A very functional, comfortable, attractive place to stay. The neighborhood is lovely, with many amenities close at hand. It's located on a quiet street and in a peaceful building, so it was tranquil. I found the bed to be comfortable (did not use the sofa bed), and for one or two people, the space is more than adequate. The wifi worked well, except in the bedroom, and all of the other utilities were great - especially the very welcome in-floor heating. Sasha was a great host - very responsive, helpful, and made the check-in and check-out processes easy, clear, and smooth. I would highly recommend this apartment, and would stay there again myself.

I recently stayed at this property for three weeks for work. It was an ideal location not just for work, but to explore the city.
4.7
We loved the vrbo! Great location and easy to get around. It was very clean and loved the apartment. Didn’t know there was no AC overseas and so it was definitely warm in the apartment.

Fabulous Flat!
We enjoyed our stay very much. Sasha’s check in video was so helpful and made the check in process easy. Our flight was delayed and he was so accommodating with our delays. There was milk, fresh fruit, and the beds were clean. All of which made traveling with children so easy. I hope we make it back to London and stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay in great location.
Great stay in great spot. My wife, 8 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Location is in Farringdon neighborhood. Close enough to many great restaurants and sites, but far enough away from noisier and crowded city center. Sasha is a great host and communication was easy. Would stay here again.
