I loved the location and the facilities. It was like a home away from home. The facility was clean and had all the necessities. I was able to bake and cook when I felt like it, or have the luxury of walking a few steps to a number of dining out facilities/restaurants. The stores and underground stations were all within short walking distances.
I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it.

location is great, Room is spacious.
the lock box is broken, very difficult to open. No hot water in the small toilet. Bath tub in other toilet leaks water.
We can't sleep because the underground is too noisy. Every early morning, someone pulls the trolleys outside also quite noisy . The refrigerator is not working well.
Heaters also leaks water.

The location of the property is excellent and easy to get to transport, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Great to have laundry facilities in the property and to be able to make your own meals and relax.
There was a minor plumbing issue on day one, but this was resolved within the hour so had no major impact for us. Being in London during a heat wave means that there is no air conditioning so we had to purchase fans at our own expense as the property was not easy to cool down (the windows didn't open more than an inch).

The location and was ideal and it was very clean
The lift only worked sometimes so it wasn't ideal arriving and departing with lots of bags but it was only one flight of stairs so it wasn't a major issue.

Close to all modes of transport - tube / train / bus
Very noisy, tube lines run underneath, recommend ear plugs. Also very bright so recommend eye mask.

The location was brilliant - so close to the main National rail network and the underground although we walked everywhere - it was brilliant. Beds were so comfortable and every was clean
There was nothing we didn't like but if I had one improvement it would be to have more kitchen equipment - i.e more pans, a strainer for pasta, an oven dish.

was not highlighted that if you are allocated the basement apartment the noise from the Euston underground trains is quite load and regular...last train out of Euston approx 1am....restarting at approx 6am. If this was know we would have asked to have a higher floor/apartment.

The location was great, as was the set-up of the flat. Simple check-in. Wi-fi worked well.
The shower was great.
Crockery and pans all in a good state. There's a washer dryer which is helpful, especially if you're staying a while.
The fridge was not working properly, though the freezer was fine. Milk went bad and cheese was rubbery, so was not cooling properly.
The toilet seat was also loose and shower handle coming off, though working.
It was a bit rough around the edges, but that's fine with us, really. The fridge was the main problem.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and nobody inform me that the lift at the
apartment is out of service until we checked out the lift is still out
of service.

Location and proximity to Euston.
Layout of apartment good.
The lift broken making it difficult to get suitcases upstairs with small people.
Beds were terrible, old lumpy mattresses, old sheets
Uncomfortable coaches
