We really enjoyed our stay here, and booked both the Mayfair and Lakewalk houses together for a larger family group. It was so nice to have adjacent properties and both houses were super clean and well-appointed. Clearly care is taken on hosting these properties, with cleaning, local recommendations, easy check-in and check-out, etc.
The location is great, with easy access to local parks, and just a couple miles down to the Canal Park, Park Point and Bayfront areas. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and look forward to doing so!

Property is in good location. Bed springs noisy and uncomfortable. Basement has moisture which creates musty smell on main floor. Several spiders and earwigs inside. Property could use pest control treatment.

The location was great, rooms were perfect for travleing with 2 teen boys and great little extras like the Duluth coffee! Such a tasty way to start the day!

This 3 bedroom house turned out to be a great choice for our 6-person stay for two nights. We know Duluth well and made use of the nearby Lakewalk for walking and biking. While we felt it was worth 5 stars for a rating, there are two minor dings we felt were worth mentioning: the king size beds, while very comfortable, had cheap metal bed frames. The bed frame in our room was so noisy when we moved or sat down we thought the frame might be broken. But we still slept very comfortably on the mattress. The upstairs bathroom was roomy and very functional with one exception: the only lighting in the bathroom is a light on the built-in ceiling fan, and there is no vanity lighting whatsoever. So if you are needing to shave with bright light or apply makeup, it's impossible to see your face clearly. We were in town for a wedding so needed to do both. Otherwise, everything was great for us and we'd stay here again.

This property was absolutely clean! I think it was the cleanest property that I’ve stayed in.
Our questions were answered almost immediately! We needed a service person to fix a drain and he came promptly and was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again and I would recommend this property!

Clean property and quiet neighborhood. We even had a slight view of the lake!

Location
Fantastic, as it is close to the wonderful hiking trails including Lester Park, Hartley Nature Center, and Hawk's Ridge. An easy 10 minute drive to downtown and Lincoln Park area.
Layout, Cleanliness, Value
Honestly, one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone, exceptionally clean, and a great value. Highly recommend!
Will definitely book again!

Perfect location to enjoy Duluth and seasonal activities. My family and I enjoyed the comfort and accommodations.

The house has everything you need. It seems a bit over-priced since it’s pretty basic, but the location is great, place is clean and comfortable and staying in Duluth is expensive during the “turning of the leaves” weeks. My only other complaint is the enormously thick pillows, which made it difficult to sleep. A few of us moved the pillow cases to the throw pillows.

It was awesome! We enjoyed the weekend. I would recommend oven mits, we made an egg bake and used kitchen towels to get the pan out of the oven. Water temperature in the shower stayed warm from the first person to the last. There were 6 of us.
