About this house rental
The only property in Telluride spread over five acres in a park-like setting, this beautifully remodeled condo in the Telluride Lodge makes the most of natural wood, stone, and sun.
Bedding: Queen, queen, captain's bunk bed (queen and twin bunk)
From the second-floor interior hallway, you enter the unit and go down a half-flight to a full gourmet kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, stereo with CD player and iPod dock. A large sunny deck is off the living room with access to the complex's courtyard where there are picnic tables and gas grills.
Down eight steps from the main living level, you find the master bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV with ROKU, iPod dock and ensuite bath with steam shower. Downstairs another half-flight is the second bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen TV with ROKU and iPod dock; and the third bedroom with a captain's bunk (double on bottom, twin on top), flat-screen TV with ROKU, and iPod dock. These share the bathroom on this level, with over-sized jetted tub and rain-shower.
The condo has its own washer/dryer. Free wireless internet is included in every stay.
Parking for guests is first-come, first-serve at the onsite outdoor lot. There is no designated parking spot with this vacation rental, but a pass will be provided.
The Telluride Lodge is located adjacent to the grocery store and just across the river from Lift #7. The free in-town shuttle has stops on the north and south sides of the property and downtown Telluride is just a short 10-minute walk.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

Loved our stay - it was perfect for the bluegrass festival. The condo wasn’t the most baby friendly, but that was pretty easily remedied.

There were several issues with the property: 1. It was clear that someone had smoked in the home but then tried to cover with some air freshener. 2. The smoke detectors were taken down and placed in a drawer. Several of the pillows were disgusting. The master bed was extremely soft. We wound up leaving early and going to another property.

Location was great! 1 min walk to Cimarron Lodge / lift 7. You can get your ski rentals and lift tickets there, super convenient. About an 8-10 min walk into town / gondola. We had 4 guys, slept comfortably. More than 6 people would be pushing it I think, but overall it was exactly like the pictures. Communal hot tub also just a short walk away. We had some internet issues but the staff was prompt in fixing it. Great stay, great location

It’s an awesome place for skiing with a family. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Hot tub was a short walk across the courtyard. Very clean with high quality appliances. Only minor thing, which is more of a heads up, if you’re skiing early season the runs to lift 7 may not be open. Lift 7 is the lift across the street from this condo. Your only choice if this occurs is to take the gondola down the mountain which is a good walk from the condo. We just drove to the gondola which was no problem at all. Wouldn’t let it deter you, just a heads up.

We had a great time here! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. When we forgot to look right in front of us the team was quick to respond. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would stay again! We never had to drive, we walked everywhere we needed to go. We took several trips to the cute local grocery store right behind the condo. All in all a great place!

I was surprised by the low quality of the condo considering how expensive it was for the week. Things were broken, it was dismally appointed, and overall not what I was expecting given the expense. We cooked eggs in the morning only to find no salt and pepper. There was a stand of extremely stale spices, but no salt and pepper. The WiFi was sketchy at best. Some of the windows and blinds were broken. The lock on the sliding glass door didn't work. The electrical outlet in the kitchen island doesn't work. There is a washer and dryer, but no detergent was provided. Even though there is a hot tub onsite, there were no extra towels. Providing one towel per person for SEVEN days for both showering and hot tub is ridiculous. Fortunately, when I did request more towels, they were promptly delivered.
In summary, the service from the property management was excellent, but the property itself is definitely not worth the price.

This was a great property for the 6 adults that stayed. Very clean when we arrived. There was an issue with the fireplace pilot light and this was addressed by the end of the day. We would like to stay again!

Perfect spot to be situated for a ski trip. Just steps to lift # 7 and also fabulous grocery store literally at the end of the hallway of our unit. Hot tub was sensational and clean. Could change your clothes and take a shower there as well. The views of the mountains were gorgeous! Slight negative is that there could have been a binder or a packet giving instructions on the unit. The online guide was helpful but not complete. Great accommodations overall!

Perfect Location
We loved the location, my husband and brother in law were able to hop on lift 7 to ski right from the condo. There’s a market in walking distance as well. We can’t wait for our next trip back!

Worst rental experience ever
The unit looks much nicer in the photos than it really is. It is small, dark and outdated. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working and there wasn’t any running water in the unit. It was a disaster. There isn’t a good way to bring in luggage or groceries. The area was under construction and we weren’t warned about this in advance. We purchased groceries and had no where to put them when we arrived. We couldn’t even stay in this rental with all of the problems and didn’t get settled until 8:00 that night in a new rental. It was a terrible way to start our vacation in such a beautiful location. Would not recommend!

Nice Cabin With Great Location!
We loved this cabin! It was really convenient to get to, we loved that it is next to the river trail and a short walk to both the gondola and town. The cabin was really clean and was a great space for our family to hang out in at night!

The place is in beautiful condition and easy access to the slopes. The whole town and ski resort is stunning. We got lucky with perfect weather conditions and tons of snow. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome Location!
We were very pleased with everything at the house. The location was very easy fro us to walk everywhere we needed to. Also, the check in staff was extremely nice and easy to work with. They went out of their way to help us and it was much appreciated! Definitely will be coming back!
