The breakfast was great! I would only suggest putting out knives with the plasticware and add Turkey Bacon for the non pork eaters!

The bed was very comfortable
My room had ants and I notify the front staff and the manager and they didn't do anything. I stay for 3 days and I notify them to clean my room and they never did .

It was ok.
The eggs could have been real instead of powdered eggs.

The cleanliness and friendliness of staff

Convenient location close to everything
Not so friendly front desk staff

The room was very spacious.
I didn't receive a stayover cleaning. Spoke to the housekeeper before leaving the room, only to return to an unclean room. Front desk clerk said it had to be requested, which I've never done. I had to clean my own room. I wasn't happy at all because I put all the trash together to make cleaning easier.

The Price.
Bathroom floor was dirty upon arrival. There was a definite mold smell and on day 2 we found the culprit. It was above the window and also in the AC unit. Bed was pretty small as well. One of our blankets was dirty as well. When I went down to ask for more towels they did not really want to give them to me but we were a family of 4, and only 3 towels were provided in the room.

The remodel looks nice and is inviting. Easy check in and out. Close in parking.
The room wasn't quite finished as the mirror had LED lights in a box on top of it, and the phone didn't work to contact the front desk. The indoor pool was a big factor in choosing your hotel, but upon arrival at the pool, we noticed the water was dingy and cloudy. We thought maybe a lot of people had been in the pool, so we dipped our feet in, and it was freezing . Others were leaving the pool for the same reasons. That was very disappointing.
I had to phone on our cell phone because the noise of the children slammed doors and running up and down the stairwell was extreme. The large party had placed their children in the downstairs rooms, and the adults went to the upstairs rooms. We listened and watched in an attempt to put a stop to the noise. My husband went to the front desk in person to ask for intervention. While the night clerk apologized, it did not stop for another 40 minutes. Suggestion, check the settings on the door closures to close more softly. This could be a maintenance issue.

Staff friendly and helpful
The shower had used soap and shampoo bottles, like the shower wasn’t cleaned. There was a roach in the bed when we first entered the room

staff
first got had a flooded room because there was a remediation fan drying carpets when walked it but staff switched us a immediately. then pulling the sofa sleeper out that didn’t work and we had to move that out of the room which I helped and had to get another one from another room and brig that in which it didn’t work either. maintenance was called and showed up 11-1130pm. breakfast was terrible.

Quiet, comfortable. Under remodeling construction but no problem
Had issues with tv..connection problems but don't watch much tv....and let staff know for fixing for next guest

OK breakfast, nice staff. Room was comfortable and the furnishings were brand new. The location was great and easy to find.
The sleeper sofa was new and the matress was still wrapped in plastic. I was unable to expand the sofa-bed and the staff couldn't either so they brought in a roll away...which took up a lot of the floor room and I was there with 3 kids under 12. The microwave was new and the cord couldn't reach the outlet so I had to move it to under the desk. We were there 3 nights.

put me in a room being remodel. not complete. no cable tv, no blankets, painter material in bathroom, light coverings missing. I would have rather you told me, you did not have a room available.
room was not ready for guest, should have never put me in the room.

I can tell you are remodeling. room was probably not ready for guest. tv did not work, and bed only had sheets on it. everything was good.

Breakfast was good! The kids liked the pool, even though it is not heated. The staff was very helpful and kind.
They were remodeling the entire second floor which I was unaware of when we got the room. I also picked this hotel for the fitness center they have, but almost all the equipment was broke or falling apart which was disappointing. Also they have construction going on, so to get across the street you had to make u-turns in heavy traffic which was a tad annoying. We did have to keep asking for fresh towels.

The room was ok, breakfast was ok- we were late to it anyway. It was a nice hotel but could use some improvements.
The wifi connection was terribly weak, the pool was not heated which I’m sure is normal but still would be nice to know ahead of time. My husband is a big coffee drinker. The coffee machine was broken and the only container that had of some was some old/stale coffee. The coffee in the room was awful tasting so it forced me to have to go to the gas station which requires having to loop around the road it’s located on to the nearest gas station- because it was too rainy to walk. The bathtub was smaller than expected as well. Equipment in the gym was not usable, the laundry soap dispenser was broken, the sofa bed was stained up pretty bad as well. Not a terrible stay but just not what we expected to have. More than likely will be choosing somewhere else next time we come into town.

The staff was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed my keys promptly when they stopped working
The room was great except the pull out bed. The sofa was worn and the mattress was really uncomfortable. The hotel has the third floor under renovation, and the workers left the elevator reeking of cigarette smoke.

The breakfast was decent. The bed was pretty comfortable when you are extreamly tired, but overall it was not that comfortable. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and was given a mattress pad that was itchy and that I could not use. Manager did leave two bottles of water and two bags of chips for inconvience, but really needed the extra blanket.
Room was dirty, stains on walls and bathroom was not the cleanest. Room had funny smell to it. Air conditioner did not work very well at all, was stuffy and humid even with the AC on.

It was clean and comfortable
