The room was comfortable for the price. Also very convenient.

The mattress was really old and had carve outs in it. The shower head didn't work and water filled the tub without a stopper. It was clean but really outdated and the TV was really poor quality. The images looked like cartoons.

Room was dirty.
Door lock barely worked and had issues.
Shower knobs did not work well.
Breakfast sucked, toaster did not work, orange juice spoiled.

It was fine and Lupita (aka Jennifer) was awesome at the front desk

There was no hot water during my stay. They informed me at check in instead of calling to tell me before I arrived. We were told it was being worked on, but there was no workers present during our stay. We had to go to loves to take showers.

Staff was nice.
Room and breakfast area were clean.
A bit noisy due to closeness to freeway.
No hot water. Was hoping it would be repaired but it was not during my stay.

For what we paid we got exactly what we needed. Just a rest from a long drive, I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay, the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was big and spacious though! Oh and no ice anywhere but they offered ice buckets, which was weird lol

Breakfast was nice but, the staff stated they were out of sausages. But, when I checked out later. I could smell sausages. Oh well.

Old, dirty, breakfast did not look good

The property staff was helpful and the breakfast was just what was needed

There were hookers rooming at the hotel and conducting business. Others appeared to be long term residents and seemingly incoherent. I did not stay because the room was dirty and the property was generally unsafe.

Office staff was very nice and helpful

The parking lot was not well lit. The room was dirty. Sink was brown and floor unswept. I went to desk to complain and asked for money back.

This was a horrible experience. I found out that this property was previously a Motel 6. The front desk attendant that I checked in with was rude. The room was hard to locate as it was after dark. The property is not well lit so you have to drive up and shine your bright lights on the doors until to find your room. Inside was not the cleanest. There was a smell. Chairs were falling apart. Sheets and blankets had holes in them. The best part about this stay was check out. That attendant was nice. It was definitely not worth the money and had I not been in town for a funeral I would have just left.

Check in person was wonderful - extremely personable. Room was good but bathroom floor not clean. Overall good for the price

The property was clean and it.was conveniently.located.

Property is very old with no conveniences. No vending machine, no roll a ways, only outside stairs to 2nd floor and it leans over so you feel like it will collapse. If a quick overnight stay is what you need then this place will do in a pinch. Long term is out of the question

It’s been years since I’ve stayed at this location but it was once the LaQuinta. Overall it was convenient due to the location but feel like the lighting in the room should have been upgraded as well

Area under construction. Room had mildew smell unless fan was on.

Everything was great. Nice and clean. Comfy bed. The shower just didn’t work properly but no biggie. Would stay again.

The best thing about our stay - the needs were surprisingly very comfortable for a budget hotel.

The front desk person was very friendly.
But the faucet in my room was missing a part so the water was spraying out very forcefully.

The place was ok for a one night stay, but it was pretty shabby.

I was looking for a room for my sister and I as we were coming to visit my brother at the nearby college SFA. I wanted something that was inexpensive and most of all, clean. Well that’s exactly what I got at Quality plus more! The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy! My sister did not want to leave her bed! The pillows felt like cotton☺️ The shower was hot!!! I love this bc I cannot tell you how many “luxury” hotels I’ve been to where the water was lukewarm 🙁. The staff was also friendly and accommodating and I loved the waffles and bagels in the morning 😋 My only caveat is that the area is a bit noisy. It is near a busy street and right off the freeway.

No wifi in room. After we unpacked and get ready to put myself up and ready for online Church.,we had found that no wifi available in our room. The only way to solve the problem was to change the room!!!that what they had told us. How bad!! They should fix it . Terrible! We had packed our stuff move to another room that closer to the wifi modem.

When I book this, I was unaware it was by the interstate. So very noisy area. When we arrived I had to pay an upfront $25 damage deposit that I was unaware of when booking. I did get it back the next morning, but I didn’t understand because no one inspected the room to see if there were damages…so what’s the point? The tv did not work in our room. We called and they told us we’d could change rooms, but we had unloaded everything. We loaded the refrigerator but later unloaded and unplugged the refrigerator because it was so loud. The ladies working the front desk were extremely nice. That was the best thing I can say about our stay.

The tub had burn marks like from a cigarette. One towel had spots on it - it looked more unwashed than stained, but no way to know. The towels were paper thin. The water temperature and pressure were both unreliable. The room was not fully clean - there was hair and debris.

Lobby just remodeled so looked brand new.

No hot water in bathroom sink. No milk at breakfast for cereal. Bed was uncomfortable.

Room is relatively clean but in poor shape. Mattress is kind of broken down. Badly in need of an update here. Check in person was friendly and nice though.

Friendly check-in clerk. Enjoyed stay.

Standard fare, nothing special. But when I discovered I had no working Wi-Fi signal in the room the front desk said it was the only one they had but they thought the manager had the right code. But when I asked them to call the manager who had the right code they said he not been responding to any of their other calls at any that day. What? No manager on site or even available by cell the whole day? Finally advised to go to a Starbucks or McDonalds for free Wi-Fi, which were both several miles away;

Nice hotel but car and truck traffic was dangerous and inconvenient.

It was very clean. Just old and area not the best. We were there for only one night so it was fine
