There were some very loud, rude guests in our hallway. They were reported to the front office who handled the situation. They were screaming, cursing, etc in the hallway near our room. The guests quieted down for an hour or so and then it started up again. The front office staff did their best with a bad situation. The hotel itself was nice and spacious but the other guests made it for a less than enjoyable stay.

Business trip which I booked two rooms for the kitchenette but there was none. I called and reserved in advance to have side by side rooms which was not honored until I requested again in person. The night shift was not hospitable nor interested in my requests as she remained on her phone call. She was nice but not enthusiastic at ALL. Seemed she did not care to be there. The cleaning crew was excellent and did a fabulous job. No coffee for my night entrance. I would stay again but just know that the staff represents your brand.

Crystal at the front desk is very friendly! Our room was recently remodeled & very clean. The room was spacious with two queen beds. We enjoyed our stay & will be returning in a few weeks.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in was very easy. Dianna was super attentive and friendly. It was clean and smelled good.

Check in was great, the hall entering the rooms had a musty odor. Our room was stuffy because a/c wasn't cooling. The host moved us to a bigger room and was much better, but the tv didn't work, (maybe batteries), I woke up with water standing in the bathroom, it rained that night but could not tell where the water was coming from. No shampoo etc in the rooms, you have to ask for it at the front desk. You could hear the neighbors next door talking till 2:00 am. Overall, wasn't terrible, but you get what you pay for.

We booked this hotel simply as a place to rest our heads on a long journey. It was clean and the receptionist was super friendly (I think her name was Angie).

Room was very clean. Older facility that was redone. Not bad for the price. Staff friendly, but lobby floors dirty and chairs in lobby stained. Stayed a few weeks ago and our room on 2nd floor was better.

The trash cans at the 2 different entrances smelled really bad. Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Lobby floor was dirty and chairs in lobby stained. Stayed here 2 weeks ago and it was a much better room last time. Not bad for the price. Better than most places in Nacogdoches.

We had a distinct mildew smell that took several hours to fade, despite the apparent cleanliness of the room. We almost asked for a new room, but decided it wasn't worth it. The bathroom sink wasn't draining well either, and for some reason, we started off with one fly buzzing around in the restroom, and then another joined it to annoy us while we we were in the restroom. The TV worked fine, and the shower was nice and hot.

very updated inside with all new appliances and bedding good water pressure and lots of hot water no breakfast available as it is part of motel 6 which does not offer that service, some construction but every hotel within 5 miles suffers the same, Crystal at front desk always very pleasant and willing to help with directions or concerns and suggestions

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and no hairdryer! I guess you get what u pay for,,,,,the price was reasonable and the room was nice size, bed very comfortable

I booked this hotel based on price and pictures. Honestly, I wanted clean sheets, hot shower, clean towels and ac. For that I got what I wanted. However, several things were not as good as I had hoped. There was no TV remote in either room I booked, no shampoo or conditioner so I had to go and purchase and the room fridge was not cold at all and the adjustment knobs were gone. No maid service. Overall, it was just ok. Besides the remote, shampoo and fridge, i got what I paid for.

We stayed here for a track meet at SFA and not a lot of options available in Nacogdoches. We stayed one night just to sleep and shower. It met our basic needs and has been recently updated with vinyl flooring and paint, not great quality but ok. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Lady at check-in was very friendly and welcoming. Hallway and stairwell carpet dirty and nasty looking. All in all it met our basic needs.

Front desk person was friendly and helpful with my Expedia reservation challenge. Bed was decent and generally room was clean. No hairdryer or shampoo in rooms. Since those are typical in hotels, the absence should be highlighted so guests can plan accordingly. Walls are thin so I could hear children in room next door. Fortunately they settled down about 11 and only woke me up about 8.

Everything is great except housekeeping! I put my dirty towels out every night they pick them up the next day. EXCEPT nwver want to bring me replacement one and when i do find someone that works in housekeeping i get told "NO ENGLES" i ask for the same thing everyday! Its very aggravating!

Description reads 2 queens with kitchenette and only king beds come with it. No pullout couch, so three of us couldn't move to that room. Front desk tried to accommodate. Also front desk helped to get someone to fix tub that wasn't draining On 2nd night, someone tried to pry open our SUV trunk. Front desk said to call manger next day (Monday)
